Everything we needed.

Next to Airport. Wonderful breakfast. Really nice room. Service perfect. Sauna and gym.

Room had a street view. The window is closed, but you can hear all the traffic. Bathrobe for sauna wasn’t there

Rude staff Terribile location on a highway My room was above entrance, where everyone smoke, so my room was full of smoke AC was not working Cleaning stuff was moving and reorganized my personal stuff

Good location, nice host, good service and excellent breakfast!

Excellent breakfast with host's hospitality. She makes a lot of sweets and I do believe that will fill your appetite.

I checked-in at around 0100 hrs. Unfortunately, they sold my booked Suite Room that I booked.

Horrible hotel with no A/C

The room was very clean BUT

They don’t have air conditioning. Apparently they turn off air conditioning from October because the weather gets cooler. No it doesn’t. It was 22 degrees and the hotel is right on highway and close to the airport. Opening the window is not an option. 4 stars hotel without air conditioning. They don’t tell you that when paying and it shows on internet that the room has A/C

Fantastic hotel near the airport in a nice local neighborhood

Fantastic hotel, very clean. Near the airport but in a nice local neighborhood. Good option to be near the airport (far from city center). Nice local restaurants nearby. Amazing breakfast. The hotel has a parking but we parked on the street easily, just behind the hotel.

It was a nice open-buffet-style breakfast. There were many sorts of food you can choose among.

There were issues with public WiFi but the staff was helpful to resolve it quickly.

It was a nice and a refreshing experience.

Extenso Hotel was a great experience for all of us. It was very close to the airport and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed every moment we were at the hotel. Also, they were able to connect us with a taxi service and an airport shuttle. They were great and comfortable. You can enjoy to stay here in Extenso.

Maybe our rooms were separated from each other's rooms?

Beds were comfy, room was decent size, relatively clean

A/C didnt work, we couldn't sleep well all night and when i asked for a solution there was none. When complaint was made again in the morning it was shrugged off and laughed at. The manager then heard my complaint but offered no compensation. The hotel is next to a very busy highway and the windows didnt close well enough to keep the noise out. So on top of being hot we were also waken up at 6am to the sound of traffic. Again, no solution offered by staff, no replacement room on the back of the hotel available. WiFi didnt work

Clean & close to airport, but an uncomfortable bed and bad towels.

Proximity to the airport was great! It was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Shower was fantastic, great water pressure.

Sheets were uncomfortable and blanket did not cover the bed. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Towels were also bad quality and not comfortable. Staff could’ve been nicer.
