Good hotel in a bad area

The hotel itself is comfortable and it has a really good Italian restaurant inside. I used it as a hub for Venezuela and this hotel is fine enough.

The area is not good. At night there is a bunch of prostitutes and drug addicts around, its better to not go out walking at night in this area.

It's a really good place to stay, is affordable and it has really good services

The staff was really kind, respectful, and helpful, the restaurant has a great menu, and the food is delicious.

The mattress of my bedroom was floppy, my second night wasn't as good as I expected. Also, the bathroom is kind of small

Adriano ristorante italiano, is the best and the swimming pool, clean and the staff is very kind.

Have 3 floors and don't have elevator, but ever the staff help us for the bags.

Great!!

All the workers were very attentive and friendly, receptionists to cleaning workers. Especially Eyexid was there to support our trip in Cucuta. We really enjoyed Mr. Adriano’s real Italian food in the restaurant of the hotel. Actually, we wished to stay there longer so that we could try more of his tasty food lol It was less than 10 min by walk to Centro Comercial Ventura Plaza. The pool was nice! It was quiet at night so we could sleep well. Highly recommended!

There was no hot shower and the shower room needed a door or a curtain because every time we took showers the bathroom floor got wet.

It is ok hotel. Average hotel. Pool is small. But is is not too bad.

Room is small and bathroom is small. Loction is not the best. Hard to get taxi from hotel. You are to enter key card to turn on light. So room will get hot went you get back to hotel.

A fair option in Cúcuta.

Pretty much covered everything ok. Nothing outstanding, but nothing really bad either.

Did not get breakfsst as only available tiii 9am and not many alternatives locally. Did not try the pool but it looked clean. Room small but adequate. A/C worked well and bed sheets clean.
