We had a great stay and would stay again for a short trip.

This was good location and made for a good stay for a few nights. The room was spacious and had the kitchenette which we weren’t expecting. The room was fairly clean. The shower water was pleasantly hot and had good water pressure.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed sheets were thin, and bedding was thin. We look forward to the luxurious hotel bed feeling, and we did not have this with the sheets and bedding. I would stay again for a couple of nights but most likely not a whole week. Also, the breakfast was okay. The food was cold when we got it and they offered the same options each day. However, the coffee bar was great.

Lovely for our offseason stay

Nice location, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Nice water views outside. Staff was amazing ( esp Debbie at front desk), room beautiful and clean. Indoor heated saltwater pool was a nice touch.

Breakfast could have been more expansive/diverse in offerings.

Great accommodations - assigned room location could have been better

The room was great. Clean and very comfortable. I really liked the full refrigerator with sink and dining ware. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC system was top notch.

I did not like the fact that I was placed on the 4th floor all the way at the far end as far away from the elevators as possible. This was off peak season and there was no reason I couldn't have been put in a more convenient room location.

All in all my stay was pleasant

The room was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast and staff very friendly

The slamming of the doors. Doors are very heavy and if you don’t hold them they slam and when you are trying to relax and guests are coming and going it is very disturbing also our carpet smelled like dog piss so we did contact housekeeping and they came in and sprayed. I feel you should have certain floors for pets not on the 4th floor should be 1st floor.

I’m a Hilton Homors member and have stayed at Double Trees many times. This Hilton hotel was a dis.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and tried to be very accommodating.

Mattress was not comfortable. Linens were dirty. Smell of cat urine in the room.

The room was large and had everything that we need. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

There were bed bugs in my bed and the bathroom lights were very dark. The hair dryer was poorly made.

We were all happy

Would have liked to try the waffles but it always seem to be used. Maybe offer another waffle maker to use. Loved the location. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Thank you for a great stay

Location n staff n breakfast

The room was not cleaned in a timely manner, even though we scheduled time a day before. Kids were all drenched in water, and we had to go for lunch in wet clothes as it was very close to cleaning staff to finish their day. Kid's caught cold and got sick after that. Sofa bed is not meant for 2 people. It was really pricey. It says the kitchen included, but it only had a microwave. I was expecting a gas range as it was a studio. I am expecting a refund .

Very clean, beautiful hotel and room.

The only complaint I would have to say is the fee to park everyday. I feel as though since we’re already paying for the room for the week it should honestly be at no cost. I’ve never had to pay an additional fee for parking at a hotel I’m already paying for. And my only other little complaint would be that for the 4 nights we stayed, there was no cleaning services that came into our room at all to empty trash, restock towels or anything. I ended up going down to lobby and asking for additional towels and pulled my own trash multiple times throughout the stay.

location and front desk staff Peter was so helpful ! Rooms were very clean and breakfast was above average for a free breakfast that one would usually provide in a hotel setting.

We requested an upper level, were placed in the middle. Loud, never vacuumed outside of our room, trash everywhere in hall, etc...

Stay-cation

That we found something that was affordable close to home, my fiancé & I work different hours so we only get to do short/small stay-cations near by. The fact that we also live in a resort area makes it hard sometimes to do these little getaways. This has made it possible. Thank you!
