handle up to a 40 ft. boat.
SECOND, we are just 3 blocks, 1-2 minute
walk, from the Cabana Club, heated pool and beach facility
(membership included).
THIRD, we are 20 feet from Key Colony's 9 hole
golf course,
LASTLY We have one of the best patios on the Island. Dock your boat right out our back door.

Third time to Key Colony Beach. House was perfect for our family of 4. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, functional, well appointed, exactly as described on listing. Owner very responsive. Our son loved fishing from the dock. We wil be back!

We had a great vacation here! We enjoyed being on the canal and used the pier to launch kayaks and fish. The house was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The Cabana club pool was also very enjoyable.

Key Colony Beach is an excellent place to stay, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and this property also came with access to the cabana club, which has a large pool and bar. The property was very nice and clean and checking in/out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at the KCB duplex. Everything was very accurate in the description and it was very clean. Nice location. Fishing from the dock was not very productive, but we had visits on two days by a pair of manatee that were very friendly. Evenings on the patio were nice as the sunset and the breeze was refreshing. Recent damage to the beach at the Cabana club made it impossible to enjoy the beach area. Nice furnishings and amenities at the duplex. Great location. Enjoyed Sparky's nightly happy hour and ate our fill of wings and shrimp! We took our yellow tail snapper catch from the Sea Dog Charters and had it prepared at Sparky's and they did a great job. Key Colony hotel was great for lunch one day. A day trip to Key West was only an hour and half drive and made for a nice excursion. Don't forget to go to Burdines for a Mahi sandwich and fried key lime pie! A nice relaxing trip.

My family and I had a great vacation. This house is not only very nice and very clean it has everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and not alot of traffic. Loved being able to enjoy my morning coffee on the patio overlooking the canal. We were able to see a shark, a manatee, lots of fish, and birds. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

Well you think duplex but I like updated 1959 bungalow better. Very nice size for two or six considering there is a pull out sofa along with the two bedrooms and it is at the end of the canal with no houses on the opposite side which I love. Sunrises and sunsets both and there is Sunset Park just a short walk away. Better reserve this one before someone else gets it!

Property was in great shape, clean, comfortable beds. All necessities were there. Manager stopped by to check to see if there was anything we needed, made him aware of a broken lounge and it was replaced immediately. Property was as advertised and previous reviews were on the money.

This little rental is all about simplicity and functionality. It appears to have just been updated and is well equipped with good appliances and electronics. We liked it very well and would stay again. We had great neighbors enjoying a boating getaway just like we were and we all had a good time. The fish cleaning and boat rinsing setup is great. Definitely a thumbs up.

The owner, Steve was responsive before and during our stay. The home had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean and everything was renovated beautifully. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, the Cabana Club and other activities. The patio area and dock well maintained and we spent many mornings and evenings outside. Friendly neighbors. Wish we were there now.

This was our first trip to the Keys since both of us was kids. We searched many places and chose this one for a 5 day stay. It is loaded with everything needed to feel like home. Very clean and organized. Kitchen has everything needed to cook full meals or use the little toaster oven on the counter for the small stuff. The A/C gets very cold if needed. The bathrooms are excellent condition, as good or better than any hotel I've stayed at. The canal and dock was perfect for our boat, easy to get in and out. Five minutes to the main channel at the posted 5 mph. Has a nice fish cleaning station and water hose available. Sunrise is beautiful sitting on the back patio, a cup of coffee, as the wind blow's through the coconut trees. Thanks, George & Tammy Nov 2-7, 2018
