Details are very important. We made sure that our condo has everything you need to have a comfortable stay - just like at home. Good quality sheets, very comfortable brand new mattresses, extra pillows, rain shower heads, spices and essentials in the kitchen, plenty of cookware and kitchen tools. It is available for short term rental: 2 days to 12 months (Minimum 2 night stay).
The internet speed is great.
The thermostat is locked but you can adjust it in a reasonable range for your convenience. In the summer the lowest temp is 72F to make sure the AC motor doesn’t ice up - but the 72F feels very cool and comfortable because of the good insulation and how shaded the building is.
Our small community is surrounded with a lot of trees and greenery and the people who live there are very nice and friendly.
It’s a very safe neighborhood.
The rooms are very decent in size. The entire condo is almost a thousand sqft, so you definitely won’t feel cramped in. The second bedroom in addition to the queen size bed has a big L shaped office desk with an adjustable office chair, a file cabinet and an HP printer in case you need a work station. (I don’t provide ink or paper - that is on you)
We have a mini grill and two rocking chairs on the patio. You can smoke here if you are a smoker.
The 50” TV uses Roku - please bring your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu or HBO.
The location is a huge plus: just minutes away from all major highways in Dallas: US75, I635, Dallas North Tollway. Yet it is VERY QUIET.
Great shopping opportunities nearby (the upscale Galleria Mall) , fantastic restaurants and bars, and quality entertainment within 3-5 min drive.

The condo has an attached garage so when you get out from your car, you walk directly into the apartment. Super private.

Please be considerate with the neighbors. They are all very quiet, private people - let's not stand out! No parties or big gatherings please.
