About this house rental

A 15 minute walk from the front door to Notre Dame Stadium. Even closer to Eddy Street Commons for dining and shopping. Plenty of parking (no paying for event parking!) A park with playground right across the street. Built specifically for rentals. We tried to include everything that we like when renting a home away from home! The first floor living space features a light-filled floor plan that includes the living room and dining room with a table that seats 10, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, mudroom, washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower, along with a queen bedroom. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a bathtub/shower combo, and a trough sink and shelving right next to the bathroom. There are new TV's in every bedroom as well as in the living room. Alarm System, Cable and WiFi are included. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Our family stayed at this property when we moved our son to Notre Dame to begin his freshman year. The home is beautiful and is easily walkable to Trader Joes, Eddy Street Commons and campus. Loved the layout, style and decor of the home. Perfect for our family of 5. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again!

This house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering spot. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen graciously accommodated many folks gathered around and chatting, and the dining room easily held 10. (Four of us stayed and other relatives to join for meals and hanging out.) We hope to stay here again!

Fabulous property! Nanette was a pleasure to work with. We booked her house a year in advance and proceeded to answer all my questions all year long. I cannot say enough about how perfect the property is for a group and how close it was to ND stadium. Being able to walk there was HUGE! Thank you again!

Wonderful game weekend in South Bend. The house was perfect for 4 couples. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and plenty of room for a Friday night chili party with the kids. We hope to be back in the spring.

Place was better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook/bake with! Bedrooms large and place was impeccably clean. Very spacious kitchen w patio and grill right off it for ease of use. Kitchen island was very large and welcomed as we are a hang out in the kitchen family. Had a bit of difficulty with the alarm box key when we got there - the host emailed me immediately remedying the situation - was not an issue at all which at first we were concerned if she would get back to us. Will for sure stay there again on our next trip to ND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a clean, updated, well appointed house close to the University with quick access for campus events and that is exactly what the house is. Nanette and team were very communicative and the house had everything we needed (my 8 year old described it as “built for us”). We were also pleasantly surprised by the park across the street. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.

Felt like we walked into an HGTV home. So lovely! Particularly happy not to have carpet and lots of upholstered furniture, etc. in the is day and age. Lots of great socializing space. We had a hard time deciding which bedrooms we wanted because they were all so nicely decorated and welcoming. The whole place is very guest-friendly.

The property was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was unbelievable in appearance and function. All necessary amenities were provided. The location was ideal; near the ND campus with easy access to stores and restaurants. Nanette was very responsive and promptly replied to all correspondences. It was a real treat staying in a home that was so thoughtfully designed. We could not be happier with the whole experience!

The house was perfect for our Notre Dame wedding weekend. It was pristine and well stocked. The kitchen is wonderful, we used the side yard for a Sunday brunch, the tree provided some nice shade. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Nanette is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Let me begin with a thank you to the property owner. Rarely do I find the complete VRBO stay ... 1313 Campeau is the complete package. Nicely done ... clean! ... walking distance to ND and the Eddy St commons ... across the street from a park ... comfortable beds (big plus) ... kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals well stocked with quality appliances. I prepared an early thanksgiving meal for my family. The cottage is perfect for entertaining. The owner and property manager were attentive. I look forward to 1313 becoming my South Bend home away from home. I highly recommend.Thank you

This property is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We just got home from a weekend there to see our daughter at ND and watch the ND/Clemson football game together. The kitchen is perfect- well equipped and has a great island for all of our football game food! Beds are super comfortable, sheets crisp and clean. The decorating is so beautiful. Nanette was a great communicator with quick and helpful responses. Hope to stay again on our next visit to Notre Dame!!!!

Fantastic Home

We dropped our son off at Notre Dame for his freshman year. The home was centrally located very close to Campus. The home is beautifully decorated, looks brand new and had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. There is a park with basketball and tennis court right across the street Which our kids enjoyed. The owner of the property was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her meal and shopping recommendations were spot on.
