Die Lage und damit verbundenen Möglichkeiten sind enorm. Frühstücksangebote gibt es jede Menge überzeugende.
Check-in war total easy.
Die Größe des Apartments ist ein großer Vorteil.
Bei Anreise mit dem Auto: Durch die Zentrale Lage parkt man in einem Parkhaus. Das schlägt mit 30€ pro 24h zu Buche.
Aber auch das Geld lohnt sich, denn man parkt einfach genial zentral und sehr sicher.

Lage der Wohnung zentral im Umfeld alles schnell erreichbar
Wohnung extrem verwohnt. Wände und Türen nicht sauber, Türen bespritzt! Tote Insekten an den Wänden. Teppichböden mit Flecken. Heizung funktioniert unzuverlässig. Duschbrausen und Duschwand extrem verkalkt.
Die Bilder auf booking stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein, stammen aus der Zeit nach einer Renovierung, heute alles verwohnt. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt!
Hatten für 5 Personen gebucht, die Wohnung ist aber nur mit 4 Betten ausgestattet.

Very central, clean, quiet in the night, spacious, excellently equipped - even with washer/dryer. Coffee and tea was provided.
There was no washing powder, so we had to buy a whole pack for just one wash. Would have been nice if that was included.

It is in the very center, but very quiet. Exceptionally clean, nice, spacious and comfortable. Certainly my to go option when going on business trip to Oldenburg.
It doesn't have an elevator, so if you get top room it's a little bit of struggle with heavy bag.

bathroom is a bit small, hangers for towels would be good, maybe washing powder for 1 or 2 washes could be provided. that would be nice. Would be worthwhile mentioning that the recommended car park is 20€ per day.

just within the city centre. very convenient to go to cafes and restaurants. as well as the bus stop.
have to climb 62 steps to reach our property (located at the top level). if you have trolley baggage; this is not a suitable apartment. no sponge or washing detergent. we don’t have a lot of dishes, it is not environmentally friendly to use the dishwasher. can you also share a simple instructions manual how to use the washing machine

Lovely enough appartment and they let us keep the bikes inside after they made a mistake on which hotel we had booked.
We were on the top floor and it was hard work having to lugg all our luggage up there.

The location is perfect, in the center of the city. Lots of cafes, shops and activity during the day, and very quiet in the evening. The apartment is beautifully furnished and immaculate. I will stay here again!
I would like to have had more than a couple of dishwasher soap capsules as I used the dishwasher twice.

Extremely clean and well-organized, very responsive staff.
For our purposes parking was a little far away (though in other ways the location right in the center would be exceptional). And for our family of five the dishes and cutlery were a little short.
