The house was super clean & comfy.

Location was very good, close to amenities

Ironing board provided was broken, bathroom had a strange smell.

Unit was clean. Adequate facilities. Host support and communication were excellent.

Bathrooms need a refurbish especially the master bedroom bathroom. Walls were unfinished and had mold. Kitchen utensils are minimal. Unit only had one access card and key which was very inconvenient as the access card was required for the lifts and door access. TV was very difficult to manage - we gave up in the end as the quality of the movies were not good.

Shower place, wall and floor need to clean properly. Dirty.

The only saving grace was it's location.

When we arrived for check in the room hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait whilst they hastily sent a cleaner and had to sit outside the room for half an hour. Bearing in mind my father is disabled which I'd flagged ahead of arrival. On top of this, the place is described as having a sofa bed. It doesn't! It has a sofa. So our 5th party member had nowhere comfortable to sleep for 2 weeks! Lucky my family live not too far away, and were able to accommodate her. One bathroom also had a leak in the ceiling, and the shower in it had mould. The sheets in one bedroom were also stained!! Again, my family nearby brought their own sheets for us to sleep on. When talking to the owners about all this, they told us we could go somewhere else if we didn't like it rather than trying to find a solution!! Of course everywhere else was booked/too expensive for us to move, so we made do. Terrible customer service!!

The place is beautiful and they have most of the equipments. very good

The place need more cleaning where there was so many dust on the fridge and on the tv area.
