Martin was so helpful and accommodating, I was feeling unwell and he brought food to the room.

Breakfast excellent with good variety available. Rooms had all that was needed - hairdryer, TV, if wanted, tea-making facilities. Comfortable, clean bed too.

Difficult to say, as for such a small house/building, good use was made of it all.

Clean,bright, nice big room

Good location and ideal for us meeting with family locally. Breakfast was good, some nice touches including the piece of bread pudding to take away. Fresh fruit salad was lovely.

Bedroom was rather small. Mattress was a bit saggy. Shower cubicle and shower head were tired and a bit old. Bathroom was tiny. All rather cramped.

A very warm welcome. Matt was a lovely host and made a big fuss of our dog. Rooms lovely and clean and an excellent breakfast. Location was perfect and we were even given a piece of homemade cake to take home. Highly recommended and would definitely return 🥰

There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

Very warm and welcoming, very accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were a good size for us and the 2 dogs and the breakfast was fantastic.

the room was very comfortable, the guest house was immaculate, the location was perfect, breakfast delicious and Matt and Paul were the best hosts and we came away with a very delicious sweet treat made by Matt. we will definitely stay here again!

Great location close to the centre of Keswick, plenty of on street parking. Lovely B&B accommodation; spotlessly clean, modern comfortable double room with plenty of storage & lovely shower room. Tasty, beautifully cooked & presented breakfast. Thanks Matt for the attention to detail. Would definitely like to stay here again.

No easy chair in the room but I really didn’t need it.

Hosts were excellent. Really friendly. We had some wet clothes after a day's walking which they got dried for us - very much appreciated. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was lovely. Breakfast was superb.

The breakfast at the Salisbury was excellent, with a good range to chose from and beautifully cooked. The location in Keswick was great being near the centre of town and close to a scenic walk for our pet. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming, providing lots of useful information about the location and pet friendly places to eat.

We loved the host as he was very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome the whole time. The breakfast was also top-notch with many options available.

my husband can’t walk far so location was perfectly central for our needs. Spotlessly clean-Matt and Paul made us feel very welcome indeed and were super nice to our dog Albert.

On arrival my husband and I got a very friendly welcome by the owner of the property. He was so informative with regards to all the things which we could do in Keswick. The walks, places to eat and places of interest. The guest house was so comfortable from being kept lovely and warm to fantastic beds which gave you a great sleep and lots of hot water when showering. The room was spotlessly clean. the breakfasts were first class. we had our dog and the owners were so good with her. Well done Matt and partner. Can’t recommend you enough. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
