Apartment was reasonably comfortable pool was excellent.
No sun, on balcony at any time of the day. Chairs on balcony were inadequate and flimsy.

Siamo arrivati all’appartamento ed era come descritto su Booking. Erano presenti tutti i confort e accessori necessari per viverci inoltre molto pulito e con un Wi-Fi super veloce.
Il Residence è molto tranquillo e la piscina è tenuta molto bene.
Posizione ottima con supermercati e negozi poco distanti.
L’appartamento dista meno di 10 minuti in macchina dalle dune e dal centro di Corralejo ma si può andare anche a piedi.
Inoltre Davide è stato sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa h24 anche su wapp è molto gentile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli.

Lovely quiet complex with very nice clean pool area. Accommodation had pretty much everything you need for a solo traveller/couple. Would definitely recommend.
Gym was very dated and not really fit for purpose. Obviously this isn't a criticism of the apartment, more the complex! Everything else was fantastic.

Tous les soirs il y avait de l’animation , musique, chant, cris amplifiés d’un microphone venant du complexe hôtelier en face de ma chambre.

Everything about the property was spot on. The Apartment was perfect with everything you need in it. Location was great, close to restaurants and shops and close to the beach. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN and already have suggested it to family and friends :)

Absolutely everything, Davide was the perfect host and very accommodating. The apartment is a home from home. Can't recommend it enough.

The apartment had a good location: close to a supermarket, a bus stop and various beaches. It had everything you need and even more. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is peaceful and quiet. It was a nice place to come back to after Fuerteventura adventures

Everything you could need for a perfect hol - little touches like beer and water in fridge - Davide is a perfect host to deal with

We had to buy a toillet paper and a trash bin bags, there were only one piece of each
The sofa bed is very hard, not much comfy
sometimes it was hard to find some parking spot
We liked everything else

Swimming pool, location was good, parking next to back door. Chromebox was a nice addition.
Was clean with a good hot shower.
Owner was very helpful and easy to be leniant with the checkin and out times.
Gym was closed due to covid, was not initially clear on site of booking. Photos should be temporarily removed.

Sun on the balcony side was missing, but nothing to care about as we left the house early. :)
