Great home nice kitchen and bedrooms

It was a wonderful stay and we couldn’t say more about the property, the amenities, the cleanliness, everything! We will want to come back to this cabin every single year. It was really cozy and just perfect. Only trouble was communication with management. We had communicated with them and asked for a late check out but somewhere on their end that was not implemented and cleaners showed up before we were ready to get out. However due to the error they gave us time to clean up be pack up and all is well :)

Property was good as advertised but we had power outage for almost the whole day. Not recommended.

Our family had a very enjoyable time at Cherry Creek Retreat. The location is close to many activities including the State Park beach, the Nature Center, and easily-accessible hiking trails. The house had a wonderful and spacious deck, with great views from the large windows throughout the house. The hot tub was clean, well-maintained, and in a wonderful and relaxing setting. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; everything we needed to make some great meals. We did find the outdoor grill too small for the size of the house. It made it difficult to efficiently cook for our family of eleven. We found swimming in the lake to be a bit of a challenge due to the heavy boat traffic. The cove was full of partying boaters, so if you like quiet this may not be the place for you in July. However, our family enjoyed our time at Cherry Creek Retreat and made some very special memories there.

Perfect place for our large group of family and friends. Super close to the lake and Wisp Ski Resort.

Our group of 8 college roommates stayed here for our annual Deep Creek trip. The house is great. We loved sitting on the dock enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We used the fire pit in the evening and sat on the front deck each day. This is a great house. The location and amenities are wonderful. We can’t wait to return next year!

This house had everything we needed for a getaway weekend close to a ski report. It was about a 12 minute drive over the Wisp and many restaurants. House was cleaned and organized. It had multiple forms of entertainment (games, tvs, puzzles, hot tub, etc.)

Very clean, well furnished and equipped house. Plenty of room for our group of 14

We had just a few issues. The beds were squeaky and the sheets uncomfortable. There were a few doors that needed repair, one sliding door to the outside and a shower door. The hot tub did not have enough water to accommodate all the jets.

Location for hiking couldn't be better. Walk to 2 trailheads. Special private section at end of cove for kayakers. Plenty of room in the house.

This property fit our needs perfectly. We were looking for a clean, comfortable house, with a large common area for hanging out and relaxing. We knew the weather at this time of year would be dicey so we wanted a place they would could enjoy inside and outside. The fire pit was great and the comfy couch was perfect for vegging out on the rainy/snowy days. We also felt very comfortable with the precautions that were taken because of the pandemic. The contactless check-in was smooth and the house was spotless. The only issues were the hot tub cover was torn and broken when we arrived (not an issue because we weren't going to use the hot tub anyway) and the upstairs shower would not stop dripping (more annoying than anything).

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of inside space, dishes/cookware plenty, beds are awesome, decks and hot tub, fire pit all excellent. Terrific fireplace inside also and games. Very comfortable and had a wonderful time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished and lots of room. The furniture is very nice, comfortable and all the beds have high quality mattresses. The location was very nice and close to everything. Check in/out process was a breeze with the code so you don’t have to coordinate with key pick up. While we didn’t realize the lake front was across the street, it was a very short walk and having a private dock made up for it. The only disappointment was that there was not a fire pit and patio chairs on the back deck as advertised in the photos. This would have been a nice feature to take advantage of the cool nights. This should be updated for future renters. The house next door is under construction so we were a little concerned when we saw tools and a toilet out in the yard however it wasn’t a problem at all and they didn’t start working until mid-day. It should be noted that trash pick up doesn’t include recycling but there is a recycling center very close to drop your recycling off instead of throwing it away. If in the area again we would definitely rent this property again. The lake is gorgeous! So relaxing! House is beautiful! Rental was easy!

The house was well furnished and comfortable. We cooked in often and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and provided just enough lake view through the trees to enjoy while drinking morning coffee on the deck. It is a very short drive to the State Park swimming area and close to stores and restaurants. Because it's a split entry,there are a lot of stairs, inside and out, which the young adults and children didn't mind but I admit my knees complained a little! Over all a great time and would return again.

Everything was clean and tidy, completely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice decor. The location is not too far from town approx 10min drive with snow to the market. Service was great too! I had a question on how to work the gas fireplace and they sent someone right over to get it going for us. I would highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be coming back again next year.

We have rented various homes over the years and this one was by far our favorite. Upon arrival, It was immaculate and clean with a nice surprise of a christmas tree in the family room! The home is wonderfully cozy- sofas and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need while away from home. We would absolutely come back again. :)

What a truly stunning location a few yards from the lake with a spectacular sunset view on a very quiet street. The tasteful design made one feel welcome from the outset. The property was clearly beautifully renovated with hardwoods theoughout, panoramic windows at treee line, and a brand new hot tub which we enjoyed with super moon shining down from above. The house easily slept 15 with more than spacious accommodations. The centerpiece of the property was the cathedral ceiling in the main living quarters with a field stone fireplace and beautiful barn wood mantel. Truly the home and location made a weekend feel even longer as the rest and recuperation achieved was fantastic.
