Die Lage vom Hotel war super, fußläufig konnte man alles gut erreichen auch die Bahn Haltestelle,
Das Frühstück war toll, hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren Nicht allzu groß, aber total ausreichend..
Im Großen und Ganzen war alles gut, aber an der Zimmerreinigung sollte noch gearbeitet werden. Vor allem staubsaugen wäre angebracht.

Our reservation was for a garden suite. After the first night we realised that the room was noisy; the hotel manager offered us a suite at a higher floor at no additional cost for the rest of our stay.

we have been very lucky and got the beautiful room 207 with the amazing view to the city and sea. The room is big enough for three persons. The breakfast was quite okay.

A wonderful hotel, we always fly here for dog shows with dogs. This time, all the pleasant impressions were spoiled when leaving the hotel. We were asked to pay for damaged sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, accusing they of being covered in dog excrement!!! It was outrageous! Our dogs travel all over the world and are always kept in crates in their rooms. Even in the garden, all the excrement was immediately put into a bag! The beds are quite high and dogs of this size cannot jump that high. The cleaning lady apparently didn’t think about this! And our bed linen was never changed! When asked to show the photo, the cleaning lady immediately left... Such a lie from a cleaning lady is outrageous! If she doesn't like animals, that doesn't give her a reason to behave like that.

Definitely worth for its price. Located in the heart of the old city, many touristic places are available by walk. Very friendly staff, the bed is very comfy, rooms are kinda fresh.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, près des lieux touristiques mais en même temps dans une petite ruelle très calme.
Nous avons pris une chambre vue mer, ce qui est plus agréable.
Petit déjeuner correct. La salle des petits-déjeuners a une très belle vue sur la mer.
La chambre et la salle de bains auraient pu être un peu plus grandes. Pas trop de place pour la valise et pas trop de rangement.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the taste of the breakfast, the splendor of the view and the balcony door of our room opening to a very beautiful garden. Coming from a cold country like Iceland, we enjoyed the warmth of Turkey by lying on the grass in the garden and sunbathing. it was great

Everything. Position was great, very close to Sultanahmet square and both most famous Mosques in Istanbul, Bleu and Hayasofya. Staff friendly and nice, room excellent and breakfast complete. I and my family have had a "dream holiday" in this hotel. Staff was fantastic, they offered us an upgrade at the same conditions of both rooms booked and supported our needs: they spent almost an hour to find a taxi available - when we couldn't find, with the risk to lose the ticket booked for the acquarium - and also negotiate for us a favorable fare, allowing us to do happy our little Grandchild. last but not least, they offered us some bottle of mineral waters when we leaved this fantastic places: we really appreciated their great hospitality.

Breakfast was okay
Towels were smelly and were not washed properly. No tissue box available in the room. The room they gave in the beginning was very noisy and asked for switching. The shuttle service is not free and it is not clearly mentioned you need to pay each trip plus they did not provide pickup location detail.

The hotel met most of the family expectations from the location, price, rooms space, wi-fi and nice breakfast at the roof top overseeing the sea. We stayed in a two-connected family room and a twin beds room. The area nearby is quite and very close to the Meydan and blue mosque areas. Many thanks to The manager and staff for being really supportive and understanding to our needs.

Great location, bed was confortable, and very good turkish breakfast
Our room was in the second floor below the restaurant and it was very noisy, you could hear the chairs everytime someone moved, it woke us up every morning

close 5 minute walk to the blue mosque. The breakfast area was lovely with a nice view. we had a room with a garden view which meant there were a lot of cats, that was lovely.

The view is absolutely amazing ! You see the Istanbul bay, the old Mosque built by Sinan, the panoramic view of the city. Breathtaking ! The view from the breakfast room is similar.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel offered a very comfortable accommodation. All the staff are great, but I would like to thank especially the handsome man with earrings and tattoos at the reception. (I forgot to ask the name). I will choose this hotel again on my next visit.
