My first time ever using VRBO, and this place was perfect. Easy check in, great communication with owner, and instructions for check out was easy. Highly recommend this property!!

Great rental for a group of families. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Roomy living quarters, comfy bedrooms, and nice accommodations - coffee provisions. Definitely will rent again.

Easy drive to downtown state college and beaver stadium. While we didn’t spend a ton of time out the house we enjoyed the small porch out back, big living room and dining room. House was clean and much bigger than expected! Would definitely rent again!

This was a great stay and would definitely recommend for any group needing a place to stay near State college. The house was clean everything worked and all the rooms are upstairs which was nice to have separation from the living room. It gave us the rural feel of PA with out being in the rural distance to State College!

Back deck dirty not cleaned. House outside needs a power wash. Needs inside paint dirty window sills

Overall nice place for our large group! Back deck needs cleaned. We would have used it but it was pretty moldy and dirty.

House was run down, dirty and furniture was in very poor condition. Pictures were deceiving. Was unhappy and didn’t want to stay there owner was unwilling to compromised in anyway. Owner and property manager play off each other directing you back and forth to each other to avoid dealing with the issues at hand.

This property had lots of room to spread out and the two living areas works great for kids and it allowed them to have a their of space

The first floor space was great for spreading out! There were also enough bedrooms to fit our group.

The first night we discovered very active squirrels in the ceiling and walls of the home. Their constant scratching was very annoying. The owner finally got a pest company out on the 3rd day of our stay. Centrally controlled lighting was another oddity of the property. Master switches in the master bedroom controlled power to the light switch he’s throughout the house. We never did figure out how to turn on the overhead lights in the kitchen and above the sofa. Finally we had to text the owner for ability to control the thermostat locally. He gave us ability to drop the temp 3-4 degrees which was very helpful at night but would have liked to have complete control. Despite these couple of issues we did enjoy our stay.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the west side of town.. Like every farmhouse it has its own character..very roomy. The grill worked fine and so did the electric stove. ..It served its purpose and beats a motel hands down...

Great home in a great location near Penn State! Our team of employees really enjoyed their stay. Owner is nice to work with and very accommodating.
