We loved our time here. The condo was perfect with a great view and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the many options for swimming including the lazy river. We were able to walk to many places nearby.

Our stay in #603 was amazing! The view from our room was beautiful. The location was perfect. Super close to the oceanfront and pool. The condo was modern, clean, and well-stocked. My kids loved every minute. Communication from the host was seamless. Highly recommend!

Clean, well-stocked condo with a fabulous view. We were comfortable here and had a nice time in the area.The location is super convenient to shopping, activities and restaurants. The hotel pools were clean and well maintained, which we love. The beach was clean and the free chairs and umbrella were awesome. One thing I will mention, (and it's not a huge deal but it kind of snuck up on us...lol) make sure when you pick up supplies to get a couple rolls of toilet paper and also paper towels. I know it does state to do so in the check in info. I understand your fear that people might take home your extra rolls if you supply them but, I personally would have appreciated an extra roll of tp instead of the welcome soda. Those sodas must cost more than toilet paper. That being said, my husband definitely drank them! Overall, we had a great time and recommend this property.

We booked Destin West Gulfside 603 for Thanksgiving week and were not disappointed. The Condo was as described, clean and large enough for our two teenagers and ourselves to coexist on cooler, non- beach days! The kitchen is well stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing! Checkout the beautiful sunsets. Frank, our contact was very helpful throughout the whole process. He even went over and above to help us locate some items we had left behind. Overall great experience. We would definitely book again.

5 stars across the board! One of our very best vacations and we will be returning. The location is perfect and you couldn’t ask for a nicer condo. We were able to cook in the condo, the bed was super comfy, loved the big couch and the phone chargers being provided was really appreciated!!

We love visiting this resort and have been coming here for a long time. Frank is one of our favorite hosts. He keeps the units well maintained and stocked. It really is appreciated that this unit includes beach set-up and beach towels, ample cookware, comfortable furnishings and spectacular views. We met others at the beach that rented from Beach Time Vacations as well, and everyone was complimentary of the level of customer service from Frank and Crystal. Thank you!

This is our third time at Destin West and this unit has by far been our favorite. The views are absolutely amazing and being on the 6th floor is definitely worth it!
Everything you need is in the kitchen but the drip coffee pot isn’t great and needs replaced. It also has a K-Cup machine which works better.
It is a huge benefit to have the beach service with the chairs and umbrella. The property has made improvements which were needed since we were there last.
This unit has been updated very nicely and is very clean. Thank you for sharing with us and we will definitely be back!!

Best View (Okaloosa Island)
We have vacationed in this area for the last 20 years. The best view we’ve ever experienced. Absolutely Perfect. Watched the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony, breathtaking.

Family summer beach trip
Our stay in this condo was wonderful, it is the perfect location for everything! We enjoyed making meals and the beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. The kids loved the pools, everything was a short walk away. The sky bridge to the lazy River was so convenient. This location was exactly how it is pictured. It is clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The included beach service is such a plus- we were able to save space in the car and not pack our umbrella! Several restaurants are close enough to walk. Publix is super close for groceries. Lastly, thank you Frank for all of your help. He was quick to answer all my questions and made our vacation a trip we will always remember!

Great place to stay near Destin
This was our family’s 4th visit to Destin West! We love the Gulfside condos near the beach. This condo was neat, clean, decorated well and had a beautiful view! We loved the extras the owners put into the condo- cookware, blender, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. we would definitely rent this unit again!!

Excellent Condo
This was our first time staying in this unit and it was amazing! Everything about our experience was great. This is a spacious, beautiful and well furnished condo. Great views and location. Checking in and out could not have been easier. The owner is great to work with and provided quick responses to all of our messages. Will definitely be going back!

Great unit, great view
The property was great, nice pools, great access to the beach. Check in was delayed by nearly 2 hours because the unit wasn't cleaned so the wait outside was frustrating, but the rest of the trip was great. Carts weren't available at check in or check out, and a change in the beach chair rental was also disappointing since they no longer allow setting up prior to 9am. Despite these few hiccups I recommend the property and the unit itself was fantastic!

Great location and view and just as advertised
First trip to Destin and walking into the overall condo property we were a bit concerned as it was dated on the outside of the building.. however, once we got to our unit it was exactly as advertised and was clean with an amazing view. As we got settled we began to really love this property. Pools were huge, super clean and chill. Beach access was super easy and we would absolutely come back for another stay. Frank and his team were easy to work with and I would recommend him for sure.

Beach heaven
Had a great time at this beachfront property. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishware, pot and cooking utensils. The owner was responsive to questions. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub for relaxation and the beach was easy to access and with beautiful fine white sand. Just a wonderful stay!

Awesome property with views of the sunrise and sunset. We appreciated the beach service and extra beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen, needs some drink ware replacement, but it suited our needs just fine.

Location was great! Great view from the balcony. Condo was a little dated, wouldn’t classify it as dirty, but could have been cleaner. Owner was very nice and had great communication. The property (meaning the building as a whole) was lacking as far as cleanliness, especially given the current situation. Easy beach access and walking distance to great restaurants. We would stay here again.

Very satisfied!
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, nice kitchen/living space layout. Appreciated the towels, beach service and the balcony furniture. The only thing I did not like was being unaware of where the room was actually located. The office staff on the gulf side were not helpful. The address provided is for the bay side so it was hard to find our condo since we were first timers. That is the only inconvenience I encountered for the entire week.

Wonderful condo
We've been visiting Destin West for over 15 years, and have stayed in many different units. This condo is nicely stocked for cooking, and includes many extras that were appreciated (umbrella and chair rental, beach towels laundry and dish soap, plenty of extra pillows and linens). The location is fantastic, so close to the beach! We look forward to staying in this one again.

Perfect Place To Stay
This condo is incredible. The views are amazing from the front and back. Very convenient to restaurants (we walked to dinner every night). Also beach and pool elevator right around the corner of the front door.
