Rose Hill tiene 8 dormitorios y 5 baños (3 de las cuales son en suite). En la planta baja hay una cocina grande con una cocina amplia y asientos para hasta 16 personas y un comedor más formal que tiene capacidad para 12. En el primer piso hay una gran sala de estar proporcionando un gran lugar para descansar y relajarse. También hay una habitación doble (con baño) en el primer piso, el resto de los dormitorios se encuentra en las plantas segunda y tercera. La casa tiene una terraza cubierta trasera - el lugar ideal para pasar una noche de verano. Situado a 100 metros de la playa, tiendas, bares, restaurantes e instalaciones de ocio de Barmouth, no hay ninguna posibilidad de que el aburrimiento! No estamos muy lejos de una serie de otros balnearios preciosas, los pueblos y las emocionantes actividades al aire libre del Parque Nacional de Snowdonia.

Visited July 2024 with a group of 16 family and friends for a 60th birthday celebration weekend. The house fully delivered everything we needed and although there was 16 it never felt crowded. The owners were excellent in communicating whenever I had a question. We even had access to the house a few hours earlier which was fantastic as we arrived early to make most of the time we were in Barmouth. The location of the house is great with all facilities within a couple of minutes from the front door. We had four cars and three of these parked on Bradbury's garage which again was a two minute walk to the house. The garage charges £30 for the weekend to park which is cheaper than any of the other carparks.

Brilliant property for a family get together to celebrate an up coming 70th birthday. Stairs could be an issue for those with mobility issues. Location in Barmouth was very central -beach & shops . Enjoyed by all who stayed .

Amazing place, perfect for us. We were a big group of 5 adults and 8 kids. We had everything we needed. And everyone loved it. The hosts were amazing. Didn’t want to leave

A lovely period four storey house and the only property in Barmouth town that we could find to accommodate 10+ of us very easily. Very well sited at one end of a lovely town with very easy access to all that the busy town has to offer. Tall ceilings which keep the house cool at nights in hot weather. The owners, Nick and Sarah, are very nice and very helpful.

Lovely, large property in prime location close to all amenities in Barmouth.
Needs a little TLC on the sun deck, stairs throughout could be an issue to small children and elderly but would defiantly recommend this property.

60th birthday
The size of the house was perfect for the 11of us with plenty of room, location was perfect for shop's bars and restaurants.

The house was spacious , an older property so quirky. We just used as a base for the weekend as we were attending a family wedding. Plenty of bathrooms as some ensuites

Basically a good place to stay. Very close to shops and beach. It’s 7 bedrooms not 8 as advertised. Bathrooms very clean and modern.

If the hosts would have us, would absolutely stay here again! This house is extremely spacious, in a great location, and has all the amenities you could need. Best of all - the value was amazing, i'm sure the hosts should be charging more for the property.
Only slight niggle (and that's probably because we're a fussy family) is it felt like the house could do with a deep clean - there were some sticky marks in cutlery draws, marks behind toilets etc. But was a small niggle :)

Excellent holiday for a group of eleven 18 year olds
We've found the location ideal, as the property is close to the shops, beach and train station. The kitchen was smaller than anticipated, but perfectly fine for cooking meals for large groups. Nick has been so helpful, with any queries being answered in minutes, including those unrelated to the house and about the local area. The area around Barmouth was incredible, we would recommend the Barmouth heritage trail (quite a trek!) and Barmouth Bridge walks. Portmeirion and Harlech were very easy to get to by train and made excellent day trips. We have all loved the area and the house and would love to come back in the future. It's been the perfect house for our group, and an excellent holiday.

Perfect for our group
Lot's of room for our youngsters to stretch their legs, with bedrooms and bathrooms a-plenty (and clean and bright). The house was conveniently positioned for the town and the beach. Wi-fi was excellent. Down-sides were the distance away to car parking and the fact that the central heating boiler was erratic - would not fire up and reluctant to stay on.
However, if we were to repeat our Barmouth adventure, we would seriously consider returning to this property.

Fabulous for a family get together
We checked in on Friday afternoon for a long weekend celebrating my mums 70th birthday. We had ample room for us all, with lots of bathrooms, bedrooms and a large dining room separate to the kitchen. The living room on the first floor was also spacious. My son brought his xbox to keep his cousins entertained, although we were blessed with sunshine all day Saturday and had a great time on the beach both days. Ideally situated for the towns amenities and a short walk to the beach it is a great family home to stay in. Plenty of hot water and heating, comfy double beds on top floor with a sneaky sea view, I would recommend a stay here.

Our family group of 16 had a great weekend at Rose Hill.
The booking process was trouble free. Nick and Sarah were very helpful and communication was easy. Rose Hill was a great place for our family group to spend the weekend. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped and spacious. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.
