Loved my stay here!!! Place was super cute and one-block walk to Old Town. Traveling solo and felt very safe - both property and unit had various security measures in place. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Arrived late at night to find dirty tub with sand and hair in it.Dirty stove top, oven, and microwave, and dirty floors. Contacted owner who said they would come the next, but we had to clean the tub and kitchen before we could use anything that night. Kitchen lights over the counters burned out. when we asked the owner, they said they'd just burned out during the last guest and they didn't have time to replace them. Makes Kitchen prepping difficult. Can't use garbage disposal because owners are worried about plumbing. Power button does not work on tv in one of the rooms. Lots of mold and dirty grout in bathroom and rotting baseboards makes it feel unclean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and pillows are comfortable.Living room and kitchen area area works well for the property. The decor is probably the best part of the property as it's welcoming without being kitchey. Washer and dryer are a plus and owners leave laundry detergent which is very thoughtful. One small fan and a white noise machine were provided which were also very helpful. No street noise, but no noise protection from upstairs neighbors. We could hear everything they were saying and doing - even just their walking around sounded like stomping. We could also smell everything they cooked. While property owners provide earplugs, they did not help. Apartment complex is quaint and fits the area motif, but the unit could use a good clean, wall holes plugged, a coat of paint and a little TLC.

My wife and I had a great stay. There was food and entertainment all a block away. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is sufficient to make meals if you don’t want to eat out. All in all 10 out of 10.

Great location. Exactly what we needed for our weekend to celebrate a childhood friend’s wedding. Slept like a rock and loved all the coffee spots to visit via walking distance of the place. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice property, and the unit itself is great. Its definitely a bit rustic and the upstairs unit seems very loud (we had several groups stay above us throughout our stay and you could hear the footsteps and talking of them all). I would recommend staying upstairs if you can.

Prior to our arrival the property manager was in touch with us regarding our arrival information. She also checked in on us a few times throughout our stay and was very responsive to messages we sent. The rental was clean and stocked with the things we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed, but this was made clear to us before our arrival, so we brought an air mattress for our youngest kiddo to use instead. We were within walking distance from Old Town and within 15 of most major Albuquerque attractions. I'd definitely recommend this rental for couples or small families of 3 or 4.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 visiting Albuquerque for the first time. Easy check in and out, clean, and with a great location. We walked to the Museum of Natural Science, to breakfast and dinner, and Old Towne. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this property! The location, just across the street from Old Town, was perfect. The interior was really cool and vibey, and the communication with the property manager was exceptional, very prompt responses to questions, and really greate check in and check out instructions!
We'll definitely be returning to this property.

The location was fabulous. Right across the street from Old Town and and the museum. We went to tje Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and ate a great breakfast in their restaurant. We went on a walking Art Tour which was available through the museum
We went to the Balloon Fiesta and though we were rained out several days, Thursday we saw all the balloons and the special shapes. It was breathtaking and a once in a lifetime experience. Our apartment was perfect.

Our leisurely visit allowed us to make the most of Albuquerque's Old Town, leaving the car at our apartment and walking to sites and restaurants with ease. A short trip to the botanical garden and walk by the Rio Grande were as satisfying as our day trip to Santa Fe. Our home base was comfortable, and we started every day well rested. A jewel of a find.

This location did not disappoint. It was on the west side of Old Town, literally! The apartment was adorably decorated and very clean. Other reviews complained about noise, I did not experience this problem. We had a place to park all of the time, however someone was always in our assigned spot, not a big deal! I would definitely come back to stay at this location.

With its high ceilings, white beams, consistent "travel" themed decorations, the apartment is interesting and stylish. Host was attentive. It is also comfortable. I was here by myself, but there was room for a small family or a pair of couples. If I am back in the neighborhood, I will definitely look to see if it is available.

This was an great apartment. We loved the location as we could walk to Old Town and explore by foot. It was also close to everything else by car. We both absolutely loved the travel theme throughout the apartment.
As it is an apartment and we were on the bottom floor I would suggest you use ear plugs while you sleep as there is no sound cushioning from the apartment above. We could hear everything. (They are provided for you so that's nice).
Other than that small issue we loved loved loved staying there.
