We've had an amazing time. Beautiful apartment and good size pool. Food shop 5min away and restaurants 20min walk.Alex even supplied some food and drink to get you settled in. I can't recommend it enough.

When we walked into the property (which was ready early for us) the first thing anyone said was “can we come here again next year”! There was a marvellous welcome pack, everything was sparkling clean, the villa was well designed and well equipped, the pool was very big (and cleaned 3 times in the 9 days we were there). About a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops at the Rubicon marina, 2 minutes walk to the nearest local restaurant and supermarket, 30 minutes walk to Playa Mujeres which is pretty much inaccessible apart from on foot so very quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this villa .

Lovely villa, very safe and secure. Great layout, sun on patio all day long. Shop and bar nearby. Only problem was had to pay extra for pool heating which was not stated within Vrbo advert

Lovely villa, very well laid out and in good condition. All mod cons you could need. Great position outside for sun all day by the pool. Location a bit out of the way with a 10 min walk to the coast, but 20 mins to the marina. Playa Blanca a bus or car ride away.

We spent a week at this excellent property in November. There was a great welcome pack left for us which meant we didn’t have to rush off to do shopping. There’s a bus stop just up the road which and a half hourly service into the main Playa Blanca area. We just walked (50 mins) and got a taxi back. (Under 4 Euros) All very convenient.

10 days of bliss, even the weather was sensational. Great host communication, no issues at all to report. We are used to villas and a high standard and this was no different to our expectations. Spotlessly clean, everything you need, right down to books. Wonderful clean pool, which was also cleaned whilst we stayed. Pool inflatables, even a machine to blow up the inflatables. Welcome pack also very much appreciated. Great location - its near to the marina if you can walk for 10 relaxing minutes but not so near that it is noisy. Its a perfect 5 and we fully intend rebooking. Great for relaxing and re charging before our horrible UK winter.

What can I say about this villa? Utter luxury. The perfect location, 15 minutes slow amble to the Marina area along the beautiful coastal path. Everything in this meticulously clean villa you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. Luxury sun loungers and outdoor furniture made our days by the pool feel very decadent. All communication with Alex was swift and helpful. We loved it so much, we rebooked for next year before we’d even left! Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent stay at Alex’s property! Everything as per listing, Alex’s communication and help was great. The villa was in walking distance of the beaches (good choices of white sandy beaches) and the marina for restaurants and water activities. Would recommend holiday for a group of friends or family.

Perfect for what we wanted , welcome pack gratefully received , just lacking information regarding the resort and surrounding areas . Would definitely recommend this to family and friends Can’t wait to return

Das Haus ist echt klasse es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist sehr gut wir konnten einiges zu Fuß erledigen. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Wintzer war ausgezeichnet es wurde auf alles schnell reagiert. Gerne wieder.

Jederzeit würden wir hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Allerdings ist ein Auto angebracht wenn man auch an den Strand fahren will oder die schöne Insel Lanzarote erkundigen möchte. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Alex Wintzer klappte sehr gut , keine email blieb unbeantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Una casa con todas las comodidades y una piscina estupenda! Muy cerca de Playa Blanca(5min. en coche) y en un lugar muy tranquilo. Hemos tenido una estancia perfecta!!

Had a fabulous 2weeks nice quiet location one of the best villas stayed in for a long time it was home from home, pool was a good size too, lovely terrace good bbq cleanliness was superb kitchen had everything you need shop 300 meters down the road and rubicon marina about a 15 minute stroll. Would I stay again absolutely.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen, sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert, und wir fühlten uns gleich sehr willkommen durch den üppigen Begrüßungskorb mit allen wichtigen Lebensmitteln für die erste Zeit - ein herzliches Dankeschön an Alex Wintzer! Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Une villa dans un quartier calme. Une piscine superbe. Un problème réglé dans la journée avec une réactivité parfaite. Cependant difficile de cuisiner pour 6. Trop peu de vaisselle et couverts disponibles. Ce dernier point ne nous empêchera pas d’y revenir car le bilan est très positif. Merci pour l’accueil.
