Location too far from city. It doesn’t matter which train station you use you still need to walk a fair distance. it took about 50 minutes every time to get there. No metro. You need to get a train which costs about £14 single way. add to that the bus or taxi fare to actually get there. the room is average. People banging on the door middle of the night. your on your own there. No one available to explain what’s going on. It was the worst booking we did during our six weeks holiday. We couldn’t wait till the sun came out the next morning and left. We lost 4 days of booking about £200 but we couldn’t stay one more night. Booking.com asked the owner to refund us but they didn’t. They blamed us and said we took the wrong train. Not a good place for international travellers.

Crushed bed linen, shared bathroom, first come first taken car space, only 2 spaces, very noisy road, old furniture in room, no cupboard but clothes rail and clothes airer, whole place. needs updating, cobwebs on windows, messy garden with broken items, Japanese knot weed with more weeds, rotary with cobwebs, bed 800 springs you fall off the edge and si.k in the middle - backache every morning, extractor fans clogged with dirt/dust that don't work, contractors who mainly stay there slam doors and don't flush. Door locks painted, dirty laundry basket, grease on oven/grill pan and doors, dirty cupboard shelves. Can't upload photos for unknown reason.

It was very convenient location for us with free off street parking. The provision of a fridge and microwave, and crockery and cutlery meant we could bring simple meals. Not so convenient for washing up tho in bathroom sink. The room was very spacious. Good communication with hosts before arrival

There was only 1 chair in the room - a second chair and small table would have been very helpful. The furnishings were generally quite sparse and found bed very soft. Would have liked it to be a little more comfortable for any longer stay.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything i needed. Off road parking. Great communication with the host before and after my stay. Facilities in the room were great. Shared bathroom and bedroom were immaculate and towels provided were lovely and soft. Would definately stay again.

The property was close to our desired location. The owners were very accommodating. Bathrooms are new and clean. Overall a very good stay

Bathrooms are newly renovated but would benefit from having a mirror and soap holder in the shower which I understand the hosts are working on.
