Absolute perfection. From the cleanliness of the property to the location in the most appealing neighborhood in Lubbock, our week was spent enjoying our time in what immediately became our home away from home. Matt and Bri deserve every star possible for all their efforts to create a no-worry vacation, and we will return…ASAP!

This house slept everyone comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The garage access was wonderful.

The property is just as advertised and the hosts did an awesome job of making sure we had everything we needed. We were all really comfortable—the morning we checked out my brother (who is usually uncomfortable when he’s traveling and not sleeping in his own bed) said “I haven’t felt this rested in weeks!” Our family will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Lubbock!

We used the house for a reunion of college housemates and our spouses. It was great for a number of reasons... 1. The house was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. 2. It allowed all of us to be together as much as possible in a comfortable setting, rather than having to shuttle between hotel rooms and sit on each others' beds. 3. Having the ability to prepare meals at the house was great. Trying to get a larger party into a restaurant in Lubbock right before or after a football game is a nightmare and they are hardly a good atmosphere for having a conversation and catching up with old friends...we were able to have great meals and had a great time catching up with each other. We will definitely be looking at this the next time we meet up in Lubbock!

The property was very nice, quaint, and perfect for our girls weekend together. We will definitely plan for this property again when in Lubbock.

Nice newer clean duplex. Enjoyed our stay. Garage was a plus. Could use better cooking pot selection. Maybe K pod coffee pot. Other than that it was perfect. Would use again if ever back in Lubbock. Thanks MC

The property is ideally located a short distance from a major grocery store, various shopping options, gas stations, and multiple dine-in or carry out food venues. We appreciated the house’s cleanliness, large kitchen, and spacious garage. TVs abound and the WiFi was fast and easy to access. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The snacks were a welcomed treat after a grueling daylong drive. Thanks for providing us with a comfortable home away home. We hope this place is available on our next visit to the South Plains!

I booked this property for a weekend in Lubbock for a family wedding. It's in a great neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, extended family, and to the wedding venue. We had the perfect amount of space to meet our needs. I was in communication with Matt immediately following booking, and right up to check-in. He answered my questions promptly, and was able to allow an early check-in, which was super appreciated given our itinerary. Upon entering the property, it was welcoming, tidy, clean, and organized. I would definitely stay in this house again when traveling to Lubbock, and extended family hopes to use it as well when needed for additional out of town guests. I could not be more pleased with our stay. Thanks Matt!!!

The owners understand hospitality and it was executed perfectly! They had everything we could need and much more. The house is spacious, comfortable, and homey. The kitchen is large and completely stocked and ready for cooking. They had plastic plates, bowls, cups, and flatware for the kids as well as an awesome assortment for the adults too. We were able to get our truck into the garage which was a very nice surprise. We were so comfortable, we were sad to leave. This is the place to stay for a family and we are definitely going to stay here again.

We were very impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived. We loved having use of the 2 car garage. The master bathroom and bedroom are spacious and the owners have thought of many comfortable amenities through the house. From remote control lights and fans in the bedrooms and Big Joe bean bag chairs in the bedrooms for the kids. It housed 7 people extremely well. The beds were heaven to sleep on and reminded us of hotel luxury. The neighborhood is very well maintained with upscale stores a block away. We will most certainly stay here again when we are in Lubbock!
