This was my sons’ first time in LA, and I wanted to make it magical. This property did the trick. Not only did my boys love spending time outside in the backyard, but they (and all of us) felt really welcome in the space. It’s a very short, 15 minute, drive to Universal. The drive to Disney is about 40 minutes. Georgia will take great care of you and is very responsive to questions and requests! Loved staying with her and hope to be able to stay with her again!

We enjoyed the Enchanted Manor grounds, absolutely beautiful and very special! We traveled with kids tween and teens, they loved the pool and back yard. We enjoyed the overall experience. While we did enjoy the charm and character of the interior home, we did notice the home smelled strongly, we had observed spiders and cobwebs. Additionally, we felt surprised the 2nd bed was an air mattress and that didn’t hold air well. So we slept on the couch. The ad did mention an airbed but felt that was a little misleading. Lastly, we did not feel
the stay was a private as the ad stated, our stay wasn’t as private as we expected or preferred.
I’d recommend visiting and it’s close to Universal just read the details closely. Miss Georgia cares about her guests experience, gave us a free book and signed it for us.

We went to LA to visit Universal Studios. Everything about our stay was great. The location, our host Georgia, the cottage and, of course, the backyard. I would highly recommend for others to plan time to spend an entire day and evenings enjoying the grounds. The host is absolutely amazing. The location is close to everything; stores, restaurants, Universal, Hollywood, etc.

Georgia’s place is amazing. It feels like a cozy, comfortable cottage inside with an INCREDIBLE outside. We used the jacuzzi every day, swam and had s’mores with our family. We even cancelled a day at the theme park so we could just stay at the house because it was so relaxing. Georgia was so sweet and there for us for anything we needed. I even placed an Amazon order that arrived late and she let me know and shipped it to me the next day. It was a wonderful stay.

Georgia was super attentive and kind. The grounds are so beautiful. You just want to be in the backyard the whole time. We had our dinner in the backyard and it was so pretty. The jacuzzi was lovely and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you for everything Georgia!

I just wanted a quiet, peaceful, relaxing weekend with a few friends and family members. The pool was the first hi light for us. Imagine a resort style pool and jacuzzi. Beautifully lit at night. Definitely need to plan an event there! The energy and soul of this place make it matched by few. Words don’t actually do it justice. You HAVE to experience it. The cherry on top; Georgia, the host, is one of the sweetest, most interesting, and beautiful souls I have ever met. She is also hilarious, has some incredible stories, and was genuinely concerned for me and my family / friends. The weekend on her property was one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory.

There is an obvious mold problem in this property. Do not stay here! No refunds either. We walked thru and could not stand the old musty, possibly dangerous smells in this place. Pool is not heated, no private spaces for sleeping. Owner seems sweet but don't be fooled like we were. Stay away!!!!!!

It would be hard to express all that is wonderful about this place, there's just too much to mention. The best host and location we've ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Our Bulldogs didn't want to leave and neither did we.

Beautiful house! Beautiful grounds! I stayed here with my daughter, who correctly described this property as an "oasis."
Quiet, lovely tree filled street and neighborhood, yet totally convenient to shopping.
Georgia is a dream host.
Every bed is totally comfortable. I did not want to leave. I could have stayed on that expansive back patio for weeks, looking up at the trees and listening to the waterfall from the jacuzzi into the pool. Lots of light inside the house. Beautiful big rooms with wonderful comfortable couches to sink into.
The home and property are everything the site shows you...and more.

We celebrated my mom’s 70th bday here and it was a spectacular and beautiful home. The owner goes above and beyond to meet your needs and she was super kind and Friendly. There so much room to hang out and relax and enjoy yourself. The pool and waterfall and jacuzzi were amazing as well. Totally recommend this listing it was truly beyond my expectations. It’s like you’re in a fairy tale everything is so beautiful.

Fell in love with the Enchanted Manor and the enchanting host. We were Enchanted Guests from the moment we drove in. The Murphy bed and master bed were cozy and comfy with excellent mattress and pillows. Secret room and amazing pool / jacuzzi area perfect for the 8 year old--which made it perfect for us. Meals by the pool, grilled steaks and made s'mores.
Great kitchen too, Ralph's grocery less than a block walk away, Less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood. Easy parking. Quick trip to the airport. Perfect stay in every way.

The Enchanted Manor is a slice of paradise. The pool, fire pit and backyard are amazing and super relaxing. The house is so clean and beautiful. My kids absolutely loved all of the rooms. The location was so convenient to all of the places we wanted to see.
Georgia has everything you could possibly need in the house. She is a lovely host and very accommodating. My son would love to return. I highly recommend.

The enchanted manor is easily one of the nicest and most unique properties you'll ever see. The backyard pool/patio area was like something you'd see on the travel channel. Awesome saltwater pool and spa, tons of seating with various tables and couches, super comfortable reclining lounge chairs, a firepit, and colorful accent lighting everywhere. Also very private with lots of foliage around the property. It was more spacious than my spouse and I needed, but we loved feeling like we had an entire private resort to ourselves. Georgia provided everything we needed inside the house, and she was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We wish that we got to spend more time with her and that is on our agenda for our next visit. Also, the location was ideal for sightseeing, although we accomplished less sightseeing than we initially planned because of how nice and relaxing this property was. When you are laying out by that pool, you won't want to leave. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we are looking forward to coming back next year!

The description on the website regarding the secret room, designed for couples, and ladder is on point. Since property only has 1 small bathroom, I agree that this place would be best for 2 people. If you have smaller children (age < 8) best not to let them use the upstairs secret room for sleeping since it requires climbing up a small attic ladder & if they wake up in the middle of the night searching for the bathroom, it could be dangerous.However, the inside space is very large as well as the outside. Since we had a party of 5 (3 adults (1 who was 70+) and 2 small children), the great room was opened so we had essentially 2 large living rooms during the day before one converted to a bedroom with the murphy bed down at night. There are many places to sit and enjoy both inside and out. The kids stayed on the airbed, grandma on the murphy, and we slept on the couches. The reason the kids stayed on the airbed, we figured it would be easy to clean if there were any accidents (thankfully none) & attic was not a place we wanted them at night especially if they needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. All the sleeping places were definitely plush. So if you have any bad backs needing more firm sleeping arrangements, the murphy bed , air bed, and couches I would not recommend. However, the secret upstairs room did have beds, and those were a little firmer.

It was great vacation, Georgia was so nice and hospitable , the backyard is top notch , pool , playhouse and a very nice secret room that the kids truly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay and the area is close to everything. My kid favorite time was doing smores at the fire pit

Georgia was such a lovely host! She communicated with me before, during, and after our stay. All I had to do was text, and she was there to help. The manor was beautiful! We loved sitting in the breakfast nook, but most of all, we loved the backyard! We spent most of our time eating, swimming, and in the jacuzzi outside. The pool and jacuzzi are awesome, especially at night with the lights. We also loved the fire pit! We roasted marshmallows and made s’mores both nights. There were so many restaurants around the manor! We brought in food from Harvest Moon for breakfast (yum!) and Angelina’s and Jo Peeps NY pizza for dinners. What great food!!! It’s a short drive to Universal Studios and Citywalk! What a fun time! Thanks Georgia!!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor! Georgia’s home is so incredibly comfortable, and it is without a doubt the most unique place we have ever stayed! Both the adults AND the kids were so excited to see Georgia open the bookcase to the “Secret Room”, the backyard is stunning and serene complete with fire pit (we will use it next time ;), jacuzzi, and amazing Playhouse! Everywhere you turn there is another great space to sit & take in the quiet beauty. The home is close to many destinations, including Beverly Hills & Universal Studios, Santa Monica, etc…
Georgia is always available via text & responds very quickly to any inquiries. She is a gracious host & only wish I got more time to get to know her better.

We had a lovely time staying at Enchanted Manor. The property is absolute clean and stylish. Well equipped and comfortable. We enjoy a lot the patio with a beautiful garden and trees. My husband loved being at the hot tub and i enjoyed a lot the fire pit at the patio.
Georgia was amazing, extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out. went above and beyond to help in all ways.
Its an ideal place for couples and also excellent place to have an event such a weeding or any other celebration.
Would definitely stay here again. Fully recommended.

My family enjoyed our New Year's Eve and New Year's Day at the Rose Bowl and Parade. She left us champagne and gave us a signed book that she had written. Great host and great house.

Everything is fantastic about this property, each and every detail is well thought, Georgia is a very nice and responsible host, the property is wonderful, the patio is amazing. I visited LA first time for 6 days with my family, including my two daughters, 1 and 7 years old, and stayed 3 days in this property and 4 days in a different one. We regret not staying all week in this paradise, next time will do. The location is very convenient for different activities outside, but because of the beauty of the Enchanted Manor, we spent most of our time in the property itself. The property is fully equipped to cook and have BBQs, we had 2 BBQs, enjoyed the pool and the Jacuzzi several times, Slept in the secret room with my oldest one, and played in the small house every and each day with my daughters. Without a doubt, we will repeat this stay

My 2 girlfriends and I had the absolute best time staying here. Georgia is phenomenal in every sense. She was by far my favorite host I’ve ever stayed with. She is on top of responses and very very personal. She made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. Her home is out of a fairy tale. The backyard is something you would easily be willing to cancel plans for. We also got to meet her cats and that made us even happier because myself and my friends hadn’t seen our pets in a week. We definitely coerced them over for attention. 20/10 would stay again!

This was the best place we have ever stayed at!!! Georgia’s hospitality was amazing, we felt like it was our own home. She even suggested making s’mores with the kids on her open fire pit which was so fun for them!!! We will definitely be back again to stay with her and we felt like family the minute we checked in.
