Good value for money (we needed a cheap option for our first night in Cuzco, then we booked a good hotel for the rest of the week)... good location for a 1 night stay (8 minutes drive from Plaza de Armas).

No breakfast (which is ok, we were informed that one needs to pay for it and we didn't pay much for the room, so... all good). Be prepared to share the bathroom (this is a hostel, we knew there was no other option and we booked the room anyway).

Very nice location and very quiet. Great for couples looking for a quiet yet central place to sleep. The staff are nice and they offer tours aswell. Great kitchen- clean and fully equipped.

Sometimes lacks ventiliation so a bit sruffy and most of the staff speak only spanish.

The price was great given its Cusco and only 10 minutes from the main Plaza and still in a very nice area, for a double private room it's the best we've found. Staff was nice enough. The kitchen was great, we'll furnished and very clean and functional.

The bathrooms are a bit small and showers were only hot from 6am to 10pm which doesn't fit well with the schedule of return from some treks.

We didn't get the room we reserved. There were some problems with the reservation so we got two single beds in stead of one matrimonial.

It was an amazing stay. Great and big kitchen which was very well equipped. The staff was outstanding. They checked on me because I was sick.. Really really appreciated. Amazing view!! It was very quiet at night as well.

The rooms were a bit too small and a bit bright in the mornings. They could make the bunk beds a bit more stable by connecting them too the wall.

I love this hostel - it is so cheap and the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Diana and Freddy who helped me with so many things during my stay. the tours organised through the hostel are much cheaper than elsewhere in the city and were all exceptional. There is a WhatsApp number you contact to coordinate the tours and the person speaks perfect English and Spanish and is so so helpful - I had to change plans very last minute and it was no problem at all. They have baggage storage if you are doing a multi day trek and I used it several times. The kitchen facilities are great which really helps you keep costs down and there is a small grocery shop just around the corner, a supermarket maybe 5 minutes away and then San Pedro market 10 minutes away where you can buy any ingredients you might need for incredibly cheap. It is a quiet hostel so if you are after a party place this isn’t for you but for the many early starts for tours in cusco it is ideal. I met some great people here in the kitchen and the roof terrace and in the dorm rooms - it is a good place to meet other travellers. Really can’t recommend this place enough - it was a home away from home and I will miss it!

The organisation is awful. They canceled my first reservation the day I was supposed to arrive for someone who had stayed there before and forgotten to book their bed. So I stayed in a different place and booked for 2 days later. I arrived, booked 5 nights with the guy at the reception and after one night they told me it was a mistake and there wasn't any space anymore. I could see on booking that there were empty private rooms but they wouldn't offer them to me. The breakfast has to be ordered the night before, but I wasn't told. When I arrived in the morning they told me it was exactly calculated for the number of reservations and I couldn't have breakfast. Normally, every guest gets a key for the front door. I didn't get one until I spoke to other guests and went to ask for it at the reception. Overall pretty annoying.

Our room for 3 people was a bit too small, we bearly had space to move around.

Staff is soo friendly and helpful, I stayed twice in this hostel as I loved it so much. Even if you get sick, they do everything to make you feel better. All facilities get cleaned every day Rooftop where you can meet people Tour desk with fair prices Asking is free! If you need anything, ask the staff!

The boiler of the hot water is directly at the dorms wall. It's a little bit noisy, but if you have ear plugs, is totally fine!!
