Relájese y disfrute de este fabuloso baño soleado con una espaciosa cocina nueva y un salón separado que conduce a través de puertas francesas al área de la terraza. El ala sur consta de 2 dormitorios: un excelente lugar para que los niños se relajen mientras los adultos disfrutan de las salas de estar orientadas al norte. El tercer dormitorio es el más grande y está junto al baño recientemente renovado.
Impresionante área de patio cubierto para cocinar la barbacoa y cenar, incluso si las "duchas de sol" aparecen inesperadas.
Gran flujo interior-exterior a la sección frontal de la carretera completamente vallada y plana. Mucho espacio para estacionar autos, botes, etc. o un juego de cricket en el patio trasero. Calle muy tranquila y familiar.
Central a la playa del club de surf Whangamata (8 minutos a pie) y el estuario (6 minutos a pie). Piscina cercana, canchas de tenis, tienda y campo de golf. 15 minutos a pie de la ciudad para cafeterías, bares y tiendas minoristas.
Ven y disfruta de un momento relajante en un gran hogar lejos del hogar.
NOTA: Según la tradición de Kiwi Bach, se espera que: Limpie la casa y lave los platos antes de partir; Traiga su propia ropa de cama (toallas / sábanas / paños de cocina);

Perfect spot for our family holiday. Kid friendly as it is quiet and there is a gate to keep in the toddlers. Also has a portacot and highchair. Two toilets is awesome to have with a handful of people staying. Kitchen has all the necessities. Owners were very accomodating to our needs. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for your lovely home.

Listing said two bathrooms, and there was only one plus a separate toilet. We specifically chose becasue there was meant to be two bathrooms. Toilet seat lose in main bathroom. Shower very dirty and needs attention. Otherwise it was adequate.

We had a very pleasant stay with our family (4 y & 0 y) and can definitely recommend the property.

Once again a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need (a home away from home) as well as space to move around. It would be handy to have a bike or a kayak to borrow while there for a short stay. Nevertheless we look forward to another visit in the future. Thanks Jacki.

We had a lovely stay at this batch. It was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it poured with rain the whole weekend but that didnt matter because we were warm and cozy and there were lots of games to choose from and play.

Lovely weekend away
We booked this property as a weekend away with the girls. The weather was terrible so ended up keeping us inside all weekend which ended up being lovely, it’s so cute and cosy inside with lots of books and board games to keep us busy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great stay at "The Beach House" on Tui Rd and would definitely recommend it.We loved that every room had a different piece of Tui art or memorabilia and the kids had to find them all.There was even a dairy 10mins walk down the road for anything we needed that didn't warrant a drive to the supermarket.The house was neat and tidy and Jacki got back to us for all our inquires, we'll definitely be keeping it in mind for our next stay in Whangamata.
