Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es befindet sich im 1. Stock des Gebäudes und dieses befindet sich direkt an der Strasse, die am Strand vorbeiführt.

We highly recommend Villa Pepita. The apartments were well equipped and very clean. Also, nice pool and gym. Carlos, the owner focussed on our well being: if we had a question, he or Tatiana helped us ot, and if something didn't work perfectly, he organised fixing it right away. The location was also nice, even if the beach right down the building is a pebble beach, in 200 meters there is already a nice sandy one. We didn't have a car but we could get anywhere (other beaches, downtown) by bus, which runs frequently and has well placed stops. We had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent Villa Pepita again. Thank you, Carlos and Tatiana.

Great location. Walking distance to all kinds of attractions in Benicassim. Underground garage with easy access. The host is very helpful and responds quickly to any question you might have. The apartment is well kept and very well equipped. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect and everything worked out perfectly. Plus when we needed help with one unexpected, urgent problem (our falt), our landlord solved the problem professionally even though help was needed during night-time. I can honestly recommend to everyone. 10+

Really lovely apartment, I would definitely go back.
We booked in feb/March so out of season, but the hot tub needed a clean, so we was unable to use it and it was to cold for us to use the outside pool.

The appartement is located in the first floor directly on the beach (across the road). Nice area with restaurants. There is a gym room on the sixth floor with a jacuzzi and sauna that can be used by the guest for free. Conveniant with parking in the garage below the building.
