The weather was unfortunately uncooperative however the house is wonderful to still allow for personal space. The host was super attentive to any needs or concerns we had. We will be returning next year.

The house is so well suited to a small group. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is magnificent - right across the street from the beach. We really appreciated the EV charger. The front porch is the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. Our host was so friendly and accommodating and easy to work with. Responded very quickly to all messages. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend at this spacious and beautiful house near the beach! It was a perfect getaway for our extended family, with ample room for everyone to spread out comfortably. We enjoyed leisurely walks by the beach, cozy evenings gathered around the fireplace, and breathtaking views that truly enhanced our stay. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, exactly as advertised. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat. What a fabulous house! I just happen to adore the arts and crafts style so I was already thrilled, but the house was so much more! The art work and collectibles and books - everything was so unique and interesting! My 7 year old granddaughter was fascinated by much of the art on the walls. I felt like I was in "Downton Abbey". We loved it! We enjoyed the beach across the street and Silver Sands State park. Our favorite pastime was sitting on the front porch watching the people, fancy cars and dogs go by and looking at the water and ospreys. I saw my first monk parrot in a big nest down the street. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you Deborah, you made everything so easy!

We loved staying at this house. The elevator was important to me & was perfect for my arthritic knees. The house had so much character & the views were outstanding. A lot of time was spent on the front porch looking at the amazing view of the sound. Definitely will stay here again.

Our family was super comfortable in a charming and beautiful property on the beach. It has gorgeous plantings in the yard and plenty of spacious bedrooms, public areas and a well-appointed kitchen. All thumbs up!

I'm one of 11 children. We all live out of town except my brother whose 70th birthday we were celebrating. The house held all of us who were able to make it, spouses and 3 grandchildren. Spacious, clean, plenty of room for us to have conversation and relax. The large windows are really wonderful. You can't beat the views. Books galore! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a gem! Lovely cosy, relaxing feel in a stunning house. It made our once in a lifetime family holiday all the more special. The three year olds loved the space and being able to get to the beach in one minute.

Debbie was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host and the house is wonderful. It’s large with plenty of space and bedrooms, and you can’t beat the gorgeous views with the water a few feet away! The house has everything you need, and is one of the best vacation properties I’ve stayed in. You’ll truly feel like you’re at home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were celebrating a 60th birthday. Relatives were here from out of state. This house was big enough for all of us and was right on the beach. It was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend a stay at this house.

The 100 year old house has a lot of character and charm. This was a good venue for our family get together. The rooms are all well sized. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms but one bath is situated within the master so that took some maneuvering. The kitchen is newer and had everything we needed. The fireplace in the living room was nice to sit by and chat with family. The location is great. Parking is ample. We would stay there again.

The overall experience was great. The house was beautiful. Walking along the Sound was very pleasant. Lots of games and books available.
The alarm was armed when we arrived, but the matter was dealt with promptly and the owner's sister called immediately after. I would suggest adding a line with the alarm code just under the lockbox code for quick reference, since there is not much reception in the house and it is hard to read alot when the alarm is on.

We had a wonderful vacation with family at Deborah’s gorgeous home. We enjoyed all of the amenities including the ping pong table, the front porch overlooking the sound, the side walk chalk and doll house for the kiddos, and the upstairs deck. Beds were firm, but comfortable and the bedrooms overlooking the sound were fabulous. Can’t beat the location directly across from the beach and the architecture of the home is stunning. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful and well stacked with linens, towels, and kitchen ware. The house is literally on the beach, making it very accessible to bring things back and forth, especially having 4 young children. The layout of the house and as well as the amount of sleeping space was a hugeeeee plus. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay in Woodmont! One of the highlights was family meals in the large dining room. Another was drinking coffee on the front porch.
The house had all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay - laundry room, large kitchen, outdoor shower.
There are two wood staircases, but plenty of hand rails, so our youngest family member could be safe.
The beach is the star of the show - across the street & very clean.

This property fulfilled all our expectations for our annual family vacation. Deb communicated clearly and we were able to focus on relaxing and enjoying our time. The location is just close enough to get your needs but far enough to not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of normal life. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away without having to go away.
