Everything was excellent. If I could stay I definitely would. The staff was courteous and friendly. Everything was good and no room staffs came to the room, which it was unusual for me not getting towels and few other things that is provided by your hotel.

I needed few things which your hotel provided like towels and shampoo and they did not provide them. I was disappointed and not getting basic things like towels among other things I needed, which made me want to leave because shortages in staff you have.

Since I had stayed there several times, the manager did me a one-time exception. Super grateful.

I forgot my credit card in Texas.

Our breakfast was awful. One of two,, very rude staff member serving breakfast . I paid extra on my bill for breakfast included, when it was given free to everyone. Lady in line in front of us asked the charge for breakfast? She was told it was free! She questioned in amazement, free for my whole family? They were 4. They ordered alot of food. Omelets, biscuits and gravy,, oatmeal,, waffles,, fruit cups, juices and coffee.. When it was our turn to order, our staff server was very rude to us. She took my husband's order but not mine, and when she finally came back to ask what I wanted, I answered, I would like a...and the server walked away?!!! My husband and I couldn't believe it. I quickly replied as she walked away, I'll have the same as my husband! When it came my husband was almost done eating. The very poor level of customer service basically ruined my breakfast, and my husband's too. He was not pleased with the events at breakfast.

Very unpleasant check in experience. We were made to wait while desk clerk was on the computer. We waited for almost 10 minutes while he attended to his computer . It was very awkward and not professional customer service. Then he attended to another customer who clearly came in after us. The lady walks in, sees us waiting, but steps up to the desk to inquire. The desk clerk stopped his computer work, and started to check her in asking for her credit card. My husband interjected, inquiring why he was helping the lady check in when we where here before her? Desk clerk replies he is going to help us both, then calls loudly for help from the back where as another desk man appears, and takes over the other lady checking in. This same secondary desk man came out from the back room while we were waiting to check in, asking our desk man if he needed help since he was on the computer and he had guests waiting. Our desk clerk replied he didn't need any help and he had everything under control. ( a weird answer, really). The secondary deskman returned to the back room, and we were made to wait for another 5 minutes until we were rudely assisted. Aweful check in which set the tone. Not good!!!

Love this location. Super clean and love the layout of the rooms. Super spacious and plenty of parking

We had a great time staying here. The property was clean and safe, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend!

I've stayed here several times since opening, and the greetings upon entry are always warm and welcoming. Throughout my stays, the staff is always courteous and kind. The rooms are clean, damage-free, stocked, and comfortable.

I can honestly say, I have zero complaints.

Breakfast was good.

Everything! Best hotel in Modesto and I’m super picky. Safe, clean, modern, beds are so comfortable, great breakfast, spacious, couch pulls out into a bed, full size kitchen.

It’s a little pricy but worth it

Love that this hotel is new, clean, and very modern! There is onsite laundry and a small convenience store inside for drinks, beer, and toiletries.
