This house had everything we needed! The game room and kid toys were a major plus . The outside fire pit and play set entertained the kids - even in the cold! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Perfect house - very clean and organized ! The communication was perfect ! I had a few questions and I had a response within minutes !

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to illness but had great communication with Romana and she even worked with me to make changes for when we would be able to go later in the week but eventually had to cancel. Even though we didn’t stay we were very much looking forward to it and hopefully we can in the future.

Badly in need of maintenance- kitchen cabinets expanding due to water damage, floor squeaks going from master BR to master bath, wavy vinyl floors in hallway and kitchen. no dvd player for a family place. Trash wasnt picked up when it was supposed to be. Had issues with gate process on check in, long line at gate EVERY time and rude attendant. Deck unsafe for children. trampoline not safe as the barrier not installed on one side. heater for game room inadequate size, that unit was for a small bathroom. Outlets dont hold a plug, unsafe! The fourth bedroom was really the game room whith only access was through bedroom number three! Master bath very small despite obvious new improvements. Home overall very dated. Unit needs a major cosmectic and structural upgrade, way overpriced given the distance to camelback. On a positive note, Romana was easy and nice to communicate with. However, Would not rent here again or recommend.

Close to all golf areas. Snd pocono raceway many activities in community and out. Host was very friendly

We rented this house to take our twin boys and their friends skiing for the weekend to celebrate their 16th birthday. The house was clean and the host was more than responsive to us! It was an easy drive to the slope and the game room kept them occupied for hours after a day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this house.

Had to deal with some disappointed kids. The description says "take a ride in the kayak" but you can only do that if its your own. Oven was dirty but everything else was clean. Nice big house for large gatherings with a great play set for the younger kids and a large game room for all ages. Back deck with picnic table and gazebo are also great features! Host was friendly and responsive.

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. My wife, two teen sons, in-laws and I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Upon arrival it was clear the house was clean and cared for. Comfortable beds and furniture. Game room was a huge plus for our family, especially since it was a bit rainy when we were there. The house would also work well for two families with a few kids.

The property was great for a family with small children. The Game Room and open layout kitchen encouraged gatherings and family time. It was also clos to the pocono mountains.

Property was perfect for our group. Owner was so helpful and communicative. House is beautiful and my teen boys loved the game room. Definitely recommend!

Pandemic travel restrictions threw a wrench into this annual long weekend just before Christmas to celebrate birthdays w/ my girlfriend, her pre-teen son, two adult children, future son-in-law and our chihuahua. Instead of traveling away, we kept it in-state and decided to do winter adventures in the Poconos, tubing at Camelback, Horseback riding in Cresco, Off roading on the around Pocono Raceway and Jim Thorpe for a day. All indoor dinner plans were cancelled as well so we did all our eating at the property and prepared and cooked as well. Although we did take some cast iron skillets, and a Turkey roasting pan, the home was equipped nicely with cookware, serving platters, flatware, etc A large ShopRite was about 15 minutes away and was impeccable in terms of stock, amenities and customer service. The property is well maintained save for some minor screen (side door & master bedroom) and closet issues (game room). The ground around the home is stunning and the deer literally walk right up to you. A major disappointment was that while the driveway was plowed, the steps to the entrance of the home was buried under an easy foot of snow after a recent snowfall. With no shovel in sight, we needed to use a window squeegee & two sets of hands just to make a path to the lock box. Not a great start. The gorgeous deck, gazebo and fire pit area were also rendered useless because it wasn’t shoveled out either. When we went out for groceries we purchased a shovel. I shoveled the side entry way and my son shoveled out the fire pit area so we could enjoy a least a portion of the outdoors with morning coffee, the beautiful deer and winterscape. We wanted to use the deck, gazebo and the surrounding grounds so if you plan on wanting to utilize the entire property and all it’s features.. check first. We were truly very disappointed. Indoors the game room provided good fun for all ages. TVs were great just don’t expect to watch major networks unless you already subscribe to a service that gets you that access. Other than that your stuck with streaming & Internet channels. The home however, was perfect for all our needs and sleeping arrangements. Very cozy, decorated for Christmas (yay!) and comfy furniture. Romana was incredibly helpful throughout. Property was perfect for a family with small kids (no stairs!). Family room was fantastic, and the firepit really sealed the deal. Would highly recommend.

Immaculate, well kept spacious home away from home. Romana was always available with a quick and polite responses to my many questions. A short drive to many outdoor activities. Will definitely be returning!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! We had enough space for everyone (10 people) I was worried it wouldn’t be enough but it was perfect!! Make sure you bring firewood, the fireplace is wonderful at night for ambience!!

If you are looking for a GREAT property in the Poconos for a vacation or short getaway, THIS is the place to come. Romina was very helpful with my pre-arrival questions, and was always responsive -- often within minutes -- to any queries when we were on site. This house is kept impeccable clean. Believe me, I am a stickler for "clean", and this property definitely was. The master bedroom and larger guest bedroom face the street, but the neighborhood is so quiet, you actually think you are alone in the wilderness. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a grocery store not too far away (Aharts, in Blakeslee). Romina's property is centrally located to many great excursion destinations. We went rafting on the Lehigh River, kayaking on the Delaware River, horseback riding in White Haven and ventured deep into a coal mine in Scranton. But, if you prefer to stay local, you need not move further than the back deck! The hot tub and gas grill were used nightly, the fire pit was great for making s'mores and just hanging out, and the gazebo was a welcome quiet place for reading. If you are traveling with children, the game room will be an instant hit. You can't go wrong -- and they'll never be bored! -- with foosball, air hockey, ping-pong and billiards. We also brought some board games from home, and the picnic table on the back deck was a nice place to be in the sunshine, get fresh air and have family time. Romina also provides amenity passes for her guests, which will get you access to two on-site pools and the lake/beach area. And, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the wildlife -- we were visited by deer DAILY! I can't write enough great things about this house, the location and the owner. If you are heading to the Poconos for vacation, and you are looking for a place to stay, definitely give this property consideration. It won't disappoint! We just stayed at this property from 7/26-30. There were 7 adults and 2 dogs. Romana makes you feel at home, the house is very clean and has the basic essentials. Linens and towels are provided but we did bring extra since less then a week doesn't get use of the washer/dryer. The hottub was cleaned prior to our arrivals (greatly appreciated) but did take about 2 whole days to heat up to the appropriate temp. If you are bringing dogs and are planning on using the deck, you will need a gate for the one side of the deck,(one is connected) it is open at one side but not at the other, and our small dog (Papillion) was able to get through the bars. It is a very good location if your planning to visit Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony areas and there are restaurants fairly close by. We didn't use any of the community amenities (lake,pool) but did drive by and there were many people at the pool. The gate process can be frustrating, especially on a Friday night when there is a long line, and the older woman there can be very slow. The wild life is everywhere and very friendly. Overall, it is a very nice property and will definitely considering renting again next year. We were a family of 7 adults, and the game room was used every night, had a lot of fun. Only thing to improve is the tv situation, the channels are very limited and TV's are in an odd location to view, but it didn't interfere with our stay. Thank you again Romana for a wonderful week!

The house was very clean and as advertised. The house was fairly central to all of the places that we visited, Hickory Run State park, beltzville park, Mt. Pocono, all within a 20-30 minute drive. The check in process was a bit slow at the guard house, but the people were kind. Romana check in a few times to make sure everything was ok, and if there was anything we needed.

We loved the Cozy Pocono's house - it was clean with lots of extra blankets, a fun game room, hot tub and fire pit. Everything promised. There were a few things to improve upon just for future renters that are easy fixes. The guard shack at the neighborhood entrance wasn't friendly and we also wished we would've known some particulars ahead of time as far as ordering delivery and Uber in the neighborhood. The other feedback it would have been nice to have a welcome notebook or even a page with some of the details about the house, guard shack, and the wifi. It was annoying to keep going back to the app to get the login for the wifi or check other information. We also would've appreciated a check-out check list - like what to do wish used towels and whatnot. I hated to bother the homeowner with those silly questions. We just wanted to leave the house as best we could. Other than that we loved it and would stay again.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. You feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. You will sleep like a baby on the plush mattresses in all the rooms. Romana was an absolute pleasure to work with, very responsive and attentive. I absolutely recommend this home for a weekend getaway.

This was by far and large the best house I've rented so far and was the perfect location for our ski weekend in PA. This wonderful house has everything necessary for a great vacation getaway, hot tub, and the happiest place for kids "game room". Plenty of room for us and our family friends. we were so impressed with the natural beauty of the surroundings, Would definitely love to come back here during the summer time. Romana was extremely helpful, such gracious host. We greatly appreciated your very prompt response. Thank you for the stay Romana. Highly recommend to anyone !!!
