Spacious backyard, well equipped kitchen, good shower and good fan to keep the mirror clear. Only complaint was that there was no bedding for the sofa bed.

The room was nothing like the picture. All the furnitures were different with no fireplace. The fabric furnitures were a little dirty. The bed and pillows were very shift. Came home with a neck ache.

The stay was great. It was nice to have space. The kitchen was well stocked. Back porch area was nice and it has a washer and dryer. The carpet is a little worn and there were a couple bulbs out. The fireplace has a bulb out which made it not as nice. All in all a good place.

Me and my cousin took a girls trip. It was a perfect place with a great location. Enjoyed our stay!

We loved it! The resort has two pools and two hot tubs. Mini golf, fitness room, game room for kid! Bikes for free to ride! Free breakfast! Two min walk to Adventure park! And 5 min walk to main streets! Very satisfied with the place, everything was clean and kitchen had everything we needed! Also you can go outside and barbecue on gas!

Comfortable bed, easy access, lots of games, small but nice patio. Laundry soap wasn't restocked before our arrival...contacted host mgmt but never delivered. Several outlets not working in kitchen/dining.

This is a great location. Lower level really close to parking and a pool and hot tub. We could watch the coasters at the Leavenworth adventure center from our place! We had seen the reviews about the bed, but everybody’s different so we took it with a grain of salt. Needless to say, the first night we slept in that bed it was absolutely ridiculous! We got in touch with the management and they came out. The bed was actually broken! They immediately cleaned the adjoining part of the condo (unit506) so we could use the bed there. The king bed in unit 506 is really comfortable. They will be replacing the broken bed ASAP.
Other than that we had a fantastic time. I will be booking the entire unit in September for a girls trip!

I would give this property 5 stars if I had gotten a good nights sleep. The location and property were wonderful! Tons to do both within walking distance or a short drive. However, the mattresses on both the bed and pull out bed made it impossible to get a good nights rest to get ready for the next day.

The property was very nice. The lack of smart TVs or streaming devices left limited viewing options. There were dvd players, but no dvds. There were spots in the suite that could use some touch ups.

The place was very clean which I appreciated! They had several games for my kids to play. The bed felt more like a full was very uncomfortable. My husband and I kept sinking into the middle. The hide a bed was also very uncomfortable. We had a family of 4 staying and there were only 3!towels provided. I sent a text and was told I would receive more towels. It was 10 am the next day and we still hadn’t received more. I sent another text and finally got enough towels.

I chose this property for my birthday trip with my husband and daughter. The unit was clean and cozy and the location was perfect. We enjoyed playing mini golf and swimming in the pool after a long day of walking and shopping in town. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Stay was ok but they list that their is a first aid kit on site and this is not true. The first night we were there our 13 year old daughter stepped on what looked to be a large piece of a broken glass beer bottle and we had to scramble to find care. There was zero response from the property owner to this day.

Wifi was spotty all night so that was frustrating for streaming our movies with Firestick. Kept calling for them to tell set at office. That being said I would stay here again as love all the options avail for teens !

I needed a full kitchen to prepare food for a wedding and it was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay. Unit could use new carpet and dining chairs recovered.

Great Location!
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this Icicle Village condo. It is a perfect location to take a walk to town and back after enjoying dinner or shopping in Leavenworth. We enjoyed the hot tub after our amazing kayaking trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. The guest pass to the pool and hot tub was not in the room as it was supposed to be. We did get the pass on the second day so that was fine. A suggestion for improvement would be to have a Keurig with a few k cups and sugar or have enough ground coffee to brew for the first morning. Also, our checkout time was 10 am and the cleaner knocked on the door at 9:50 am. We were just about to head out but thought that they should have waited until 10. Otherwise things were very nice and we would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for 4 days in May. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The keypad entry was nice, and the kitchen fully stocked. has a washer and dryer in unit which was a plus. The couch and bed are a bit springy/saggy, but other than that a great place.

Wonderful place for partner and two children. Location was great and accommodations were adequate. Needed pillowcases on extra pillows and would have liked some hand lotions available. The couch and mattress are spent and the springs are lumpy.
The value was pretty good. Loved the full kitchen.

Lot's of great x country ski options nearby with amazing views.Only bad comments would be the bed mattress being old and sagging to the middle (my partner and I are small frame people). The other negative comment would be that the couch in the living room needs new cushions as they too are very old and uncomfortable.Overall a great time was had and the place was what we expected.
