This place is absolutely disgusting. The pictures are not a true representation of this property. The rooms that we stayed in were extra small and did not look like any of the pictures we saw on Booking.com. Also, this property is under maintenance and renovation and I’m pretty sure we got one of the rooms that wasn’t renovated even though they were plenty of other rooms that were we walked around and looked so we know
They call this place a resort. Yeah, there was nothing luxury about this property. Staff was rude and dismissive when calling to ask for a different room was told that the room we were in was their largest suite that they offered. no AC in any of the bedrooms just a main AC in the living room with small vents for it to run through was also given a small fan ceiling fans are wobbly and needs to be balanced and dust was everywhere behind the TV on top of the fan blades in the restroom windows everywhere this place is disgusting. Do not stay here, oh the tub looks like something out of a horror movie or prison discussing absolutely disgusting. The beds were not turned over. There was hair from another person inside of the beds. There was also poop stains on top of the sheets. I understand it’s a dog friendly hotel and this is the reason we chose this location. There was no dog friendly park. Also, there was a roach in the kitchen, the size of my shoe, that’s why it gets the name roach Motel

They have a great pool area with jenga, 2 hot tubs, corn hole and grills as well as snow cones. The rooms were spacious. There was a big storm that knocked the power out for about 2 hours and the staff was very friendly and informative through it.
The beds are good but a little too firm for me and the blankets given are very thin but luckily I took an extra blanket and it was all good.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Granddaughter loved the pool. Really convenient that golf carts for rent were on property.

Quiet and I peaceful- friendly community of folks. Bungslow was lovely with all the conforts of home!! We were close to everything and really enjoyed our stay here. Will be back!!

There was no hot water in the shower. I did let front desk clerk know and she said she would have it checked out.
