Bajo la nueva propiedad, la propiedad es un atractivo condominio de dos habitaciones que se ha actualizado recientemente para incluir algunos muebles nuevos con un toque de estilo moderno de montaña. La unidad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, horno doble y barra de desayuno (asientos 5). El comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas. En la sala de estar se puede disfrutar de la chimenea de gas y disfrutar de la luz natural de las grandes y pintorescas ventanas que bordean la pared exterior. Se puede acceder a un balcón privado desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El condominio cuenta con 3 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de CD, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y cable para su disfrute. HBO incluido. La unidad también incluye una lavadora y secadora. Dos de los jacuzzis de la comunidad están ubicados a una escalera de la puerta principal, camine un poco más para disfrutar de la piscina climatizada durante todo el año.

Great spot! Very nice and quiet area, close to everything. Nicely stocked with everything you could need to cook up meals...though we ate at some amazing restaurants.

Good stay with extended family. This property offered a more affordable option in a very expensive area. It was clean and exactly as pictured. There are a couple of things that I think the owners would want to be aware of- I get the feeling that the owners rely on the complex for maintenance and cleaning.
-The office only wanted to give us one parking pass. This wasn’t listed in the check-in info, but should be.
-Broken blinds, 2 of 3 bathroom lightbulbs burnt out, and the twin pullout was in poor condition (multiple springs missing- I put my 2yo on it and was fine, but I wouldn’t lay on it)
-No coffee filters- I figured out how to make one with paper towels
-No air conditioning- this should be listed in the property listing, even though many of those building don’t have AC

This is a very nice property but during the summer it might not be the best spot. There is no A/C which made it difficult to sleep. My main complaint is that this was not disclosed until after I booked. This should be explained in the property description in my opinion. Some cooling fans present in the condo helped but it was still not great. The place is clean. The check in process was great. It’s a wonderful location with walking distance to shops and places to eat. In the cooler months this place is a home run. The owners were quickly responsive when I asked a question.

The 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a great layout and excellent furniture. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet. Loved to be able to walk short distance to gondola and to bus stop for free shuttle. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was simple and instructions from owner were complete. Only downside was that it was a hot week and with no air conditioning we managed the temperature with open windows at night and provided fans but it was still warm at times.

We loved our stay here. It was a little warm for our liking and we were unable to turn the temp down but overall it was great and we look forward to returning!

Check-in process was great and very easy as was the check-out process. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean, but is somewhat dated with older faucets (one was dripping) and toilets, etc. Mattresses on the beds were too soft. We were unable to get the TVs to work due to no written instructions on site and many remotes. We never could get TVs to work even after finally calling the maintenance number on the second day. Overall the condo was a good value, but we were disappointed mainly with the TV operation.

Loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy, really made us feel at home. Love the 2 beds and 2 baths, there was plenty of space for 4 adults. Host had quick response time and flexibility when we wanted to add a night to our stay.

The layout of the property was perfect for me (grandma), my son, my daughter-in-law, my grandson age 4, my granddaughter age almost 2, and their nanny. They loved the pool, hot tubs, and the mountain. We highly recommend the shuttle from the registration office versus walking to the gondola with young children.
The owners of the property worked with us so that we could borrow towels for the Strawberry Park Hot Springs on the day we checked out. Thank you for a memorable and magical stay!

Ryan and Jana were excellent hosts, having provided us everything we needed in advance for a smooth check in. Their property was super clean and convenient, only 7 minute walk to the main Steamboat Gondola. There was also included shuttle service that was complimentary and convenient. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs close to the unit after each day on the slopes, and had a great time in Steamboat. We would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautifully appointed condo right in the heart of Steamboat resort. Very comfortable, up to date, with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Easy check in / check out, smooth communication with management, and a great location.

The location was terrific and we loved the ease of using the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of 5. We had plenty of room and we appreciated all the extra pillows and blankets. We’d love to return.

Great place to stay with 4 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter. Everything was clean and cozy and very quiet during our stay. Location was great as it was not right down in the middle of downtown, but close .

Great location for walking to the lifts as well as a dedicated shuttle to the lifts and the town. The owners were very helpful and flexible regarding our arrival/departure times due to our flight schedules.

Lovely long weekend
We were in town for a friend’s wedding at the Steamboat Grand, and found this an ideal place to stay. It was within easy walking distance (10 minutes) of the venue and it made for a very comfortable home base for the weekend’s activities. The hot tubs on the property were a nice feature. We also found the correspondence with our hosts to be quick and responsive. They let us know that the dishwasher would be broken the weekend we would be on site, and when we asked for a partial refund to accommodate that fact, they generously obliged.
