One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in! The outside property was clean and someone cleaned the pool area every morning. Great location and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again. Two suggestions: there are no umbrellas at the pool. So no shade! A handrail in the shower would be nice. Overall great place!

I've booked with Brooks and Shorey twice now and wouldn't even think of staying with anyone else when I'm on Okaloosa Island. The location, amenities, cleanliness and literally everything about their rentals is always top notch and leaves nothing to be desired!! This particular condo was no different and I wish I could move in and stay there forever!

The building, beach and pool were all very nice and clean. Great convenient location. The view was also beautiful. The mattresses and couch were very thin and not comfortable at all. You could tell the couch was old. The sheets and blankets were like what they provide in a hospital. Not acceptable for something you’re paying for on vacation.

We stayed here the last two weeks of February. The unit was comfortable, clean and quiet. The view of the gulf was incredible! We did not use the bunk beds or pull out couch, but enjoyed each having our own full bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed. It would be nice to have a few hooks on the wall throughout the whole place, but overall we were very comfortable. The pools were very clean, plenty of lounge chairs. Easy access to the beach with nice showers to wash sand off. B & S were very attentive to our needs and pleasant to work with. Great place to stay!

My husband and I have been going to Ft. Walton for about 20 years and almost always use Brooks and Shorey. We love the Waters Edge for the covered parking and large pool. We stayed in unit 507 which was pretty good. The couch and chairs were comfortable,kitchen pretty well stocked and of course the view was priceless. Only complaint is the bed was horrendous! Two people could not sleep in there because you both end up in the "gully" in the middle of the bed! The owners definitely need to invest in a good mattress to keep clients comfortable and repeat cutomers! Hubby took the bed and I slept on couch which was fine for a few nights but neither would want to do it for a week!I would suggest if you are going to be eating meals in, you should bring food from your home area as both Publix and Winn Dixie are very expensive. We brought extra paper towels and toilet paper but didn't need either as each bathroom had a roll with an extra and about half a roll of paper towels. Always good to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Overall, nice stay.

PERFECT PLACE
We were so very plaesed with our stay in this condo. The view was perfect, it's on the 5th floor, so you're high up enough for a great view of the gulf, but low enough to still people watch! It's located right over the resort's two pools which would have been perfect for us to keep an eye out on our two teenage kids had they been with us. The room was clean and everything was so nicely decorated. The bed in the master room was a little uncomfortable, but tolerable. We loved this unit so much that we are planning on booking a week long stay there next summer!

The unit itself was very clean and nicely decorated! My son loved the TV's in the bunk beds! The only con for me was the Master bed was not firm enough for my liking but that is a personal preference. I will definitely book this unit again!

Our experience at Waters Edge 507 was excellent! Things could not have been better. The location of the condo was perfect. The condo was immaculate and very very clean. The entire Waters Edge Resort was well taken care of and clean. Both pools were very well taken care of and great. Again we could not have had a better unit or resort. In all my years of renting when it states a check in of 4pm that is when the unit should be ready. This is the only company that gives a window for check in. I literally got the call 10 minutes before check window that unit was ready. The property in no way smelled of any cleaning. If my unit was the last to be cleaned it should have smelled of bleach. Thankfully I brought my own cleaning supplies. The heated side of pool was not that heated. The gate and fitness code never worked. Thankfully I was able to use someone else’s code to access areas.

Great property on the beach. Everything was just as pictured or provided in the description. Communications with the property manager were easy, clear and prompt. The kitchen was well equipped and they even provide sands toys for the kids and beach chairs and umbrella through a vendor on the beach. Good location, easy parking and wonderful view from the balcony. Would stay here again!

Amazing property!
Condo has been updated from pictures. Very nice for a rental. Nice selection of amenities. Grounds kept immaculate. Great location. In fact, if you forget snacks, ( without a car), there’s a Tom Thumb just a building away. AMAZING VIEWS. Very happy and will return to this unit for our yearly beach vacation! THANK YOU!

Everything was great. We enjoyed everything. However, we do recommend replacing the coffee table with something a little more safe for small children. The glass top moved very easily and the corners scrape you as you walk by (even for adults).At times we were afraid the glass top would fall and break. Other than that the stay was flawless.
