The condo was in great! Very nicely decorated, plenty of space. Very clean. Doesn't have a great view only because it is a first floor and the sand dunes are in the way, but overall it was a great place. No complaints and will stay again.

Easily moved from the condo to beach or pool. Space for the kids to be comfortable inside too.

This condo has a great location directly on the beach. Keep in mind it’s on the first floor and a sand dune blocks the beach view to a great extent. The only issue we had was that one of the king sized beds was broken, the metal frame was bent and the bed was unsleepable but there was a sofa bed that we used instead. The condo has everything you could want. The location was close to several restaurants and activities. Great trip.

Exactly like the pictures. Couches are cozy and the beds were also. All the rooms are spacious and the decor is perfect for beach house vibe.

The property and location was all that and more for us. The owner was so accommodating for our needs being met. Very special and warm people. Couldn’t have rented from a better family. If we needed anything they responded to us in a timely manner without hiccups. It was 8 of us total and the space was perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured on the website. The view was gorgeous. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again.

Location was great. I thought it would be more oceanfront as the listing said however, it was bottom floor and our view was a huge sand dune. The condo was not clean which was bothersome due to covid-19. We found underwear, sand in beds, someone's drivers license and freezer with food still in it. No sheets for the sofa bed, the furniture was soiled and looked like someone just had sex on it. I was unable to wash clothes because the detergent provided was empty. I texted the manager and received no reply but a young girl ( the cleaning lady) came with detergent In hand. The manager never responded to me, I also mentioned the lack of cleaning in the text. One great thing, my fiance left her purse and we were able to retrieve it from the condo after reaching the cleaning lady...Great location!! Just maybe the host should follow suit with the other owners and have professional cleaning done and replace living room furniture.

Our family had quite the disastrous stay a couple of weeks ago. On our first night, we discovered a big leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The leak was eventually stoppedthr next day, but a large hole was cut in the ceiling and that did not get fixed until we were departing 5 days later. That bedroom was unusable the entire week (the hole was over the bed). In addition, the air conditioning stopped working mid-week and we went 24 hours without any air. Workers, maintenance staff, property management, etc. was in and out of the unit all week which was quite the inconvenience for the whole family. The property owner was fairly easy to communicate with for these issues — text or call response was within 30 minutes or so, most of the time faster. I am overall very disappointed in the experience though because we lost use of an entire bedroom for the whole stay which caused 2 adults to have to sleep on a mattress on the floor in one of the other bedrooms. In addition, the property management offered a minimal compensation (considering the cost of the stay for a week) for all the issues (which was just received this week, 2 weeks after our stay), and the owner did give any compensation to date, other than to offer a discounted rate to come back (which after the disasters, we did not want to do). Very disappointed and irritated about the whole experience and will not return.

Location right on the beach was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room for the entire family. The large back porch felt very private. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Location is nice, easy to get to the beach.

Condo was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the open concept eating area and family room. I only gave 4 stars as the beds were squeaky and new bath towels are needed! I would still recommend, but you may want to bring your own towels.

Everyone from the 13 year olds to grandpa enjoyed the condo. The size, floor plan, and location were great for three generations to make plenty of memories!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the condo was beautiful and we loved that we were just a few feet away from the beach and the pool. The condo had everything you could ask for and the owner Zoe was great at answering any questions i had before we arrived. When we come back I will say here again!

I loved the condo, it was roomy enough to fit my family. Everything needed was there. The only thing that should be noted is that you can not walk out to the beach access/ boardwalk from the back deck, you have to use the front door and go around, which isn’t a big deal, it isn’t far, just thought it should be noted. Overall enjoyable stay

Condo in terrific location. Several excellent seafood restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. Definitely would stay again.

The condominium was very nice and large and allowed our family to each have their own bedrooms - always a plus. Ground floor level so view of gulf is obstructed by dunes - but we knew that. We had asked about a heated pool prior to booking and was told there was one. On arrival, we learned that the heater was broken and had been for a week and didn't know when it would be fixed. Our granddaughter wasn't happy (nor were we that we weren't notified ahead of time). Location to beach is great. Lots of rules for when you leave the apt including rules for what would lead to having deposits withheld. More rules than I've seen at other VBRO rentals.

My sisters and our spouses are doing annual Family Vacations. Nautilus was our first place to try. It had everything that we needed and the location was ideal for us. Definitely worth a return trip.

Great location, beautiful inside. Perfect for groups of 6-8.

However, the patio was covered in sand- not cleaned in some time. Tiles were actually up and caused walking hazard. Carpet and furniture was extremely dirty, big stains and wrinkled up in the doorway. This unit has no view of the ocean. Baths were clean and kitchen was clean. Ice maker dropped a tiny bit of ice overnight, so we purchased a bag. Windows were dirty with finger prints all over them. Just needs some attention. We had some small brown bugs crawling along the shower and in the kitchen.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Condo was spacious and very clean. Being on the first floor was so nice with hauling chairs and items to the beach.

We have a large family, and this condo was perfect to accommodate all our needs. Loved the close walk to the beach, the long dining table, and the convenient walk to Tom Thumb whenever we needed convenience items.

This rental is bigger than expected!! Very Clean and comfortable. 1st floor was super convenient. 4 adults and 1 teenager stayed here. Bedrooms are spacious. Great room has a nice layout. Kitchen is well stocked with everything!! 1st vacation in 30 years that all mattresses for all guests were comfortable. We loved the location and the quiet side of the beach area. We hope to be able to come and stay again, SOON!! Thanks for sharing this perfect vacation home.

Our family of 5 adults, a five year old, twin 2 year olds, and a year old baby girl stayed here and we couldn't have been happier! Absolutely beautiful condo, very nicely decorated, and perfect location. We loved that it is a first floor unit and the outside patio was very roomy. The only thing we missed was beach service (difficult to carry kids and beach chairs..) but overall we had an excellent vacation and would love to visit again. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for our family to stay!

I would highly recommend this property! My family and I had a great time enjoying this place over the holidays!..The owner zoe was very easy to communicate with and was always there if we needed anything. Really clean and spacious! Great Location on the beach was really quiet not to much going on. We will stay here again in the future! Thank you Zoey for everything!
