We came for a concert and decided to make a mini vaca out of it. Views are outrageous. Fantastic location.

Our family of four fit perfectly. My boys loved the pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard tables. It gave them something to do in between activities. Hosts are very personable. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of things.
Being able to see over Denver on the 4th of July was amazing. Fireworks were everywhere. One of the coolest views I’ve ever seen.
Hiking trails were right down the road. And Denver was only about 15-20 mi s away.

Loved our stay here! Geri was quick with information about the area and home. It was well stocked with staples (she messaged to check the fridge before we went to the store). The place is really lovely complete with hummingbirds to watch while drinking the morning coffee. If you are going to see a show at red rocks it is very convenient!

The home was spectacular in the way of floor plan, space, cleaniness, it was well stocked, so comfortable. The view from the hills breathtaking. The owners Geri and Tom were so friendly and helpful with anything we asked. Definitly would stay here again.The location in Golden was central to areas we wanted to go, Vail, Estes Park, Leadville, Downstream Adventures for Rafting, Denver. Loved downtown Golden. Love the shopping for souveniers. Cowboy Atomic for breakfast was so so good their homemade biscuits the best. Buffalo Rose for Bison Burgers the excellent.

Geri & Tom call it "The Million Dollar View" I could lookout upon that view a million times, & it still wouldn't be enough. My family & I are from the flat state of FL (our home is only 9ft above sea level) so the views from this property, were phenomenal & breathtaking! Mountain peaks (some still dotted with snow), the endless blue skies, green meadows, the shimmery dancing green aspens leaves, curious deer & various fluttering birds, accompanied by the perfect mountain air felt like a dream that had been calling me for as long as I can remember.
The home is located right next to Apex Park (mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding trails), I am an outdoor/nature lover, so this was perfect for me. Every morning I went for a run by myself (I carried the bear spray because I'm from FL) but never felt in any danger because I'd always see other hikers, runners or bikers out too. My husband & teen daughter would join me for hikes mid-morning and evenings as well. There are many places to hike in Colorado, but when we'd look them up online, many were so similar to what was right there on property waiting to be explored.
We went to see my favorite band play at Red Rocks (a bucket list venue)! My girls experienced snow for the 1st time when we took the cog train to Pike's peak. We saw bighorn sheep & 3 great grey owls at Garden of the Gods. We enjoyed all the games in the house. So much fun in downtown Golden!

Simply stunning views! We were greeted by hummingbirds feeding, as we arrived. The accommodations were spacious and well maintained. The best parts of the whole weekend were the beautiful sunrises that were simply spectacular. It was clean and very comfortable and the location is right in the middle of nature. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway!

Geri and Tom were great hosts. They were incredibly helpful and great communicators. The place was great. We were there as a group of friends and it was perfect for a guys weekend. It had lots of great games, it was really close to red rocks, and the view was incredible.

We had a great getaway weekend here! The location was beautiful, the amenities were perfect and the hospitality was the best we've had! It was such a nice treat to have breakfast fully stocked in the refrigerator when we arrived. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful property, comfy beds and pillows, game room with board games, DVDs, puzzles, pool table, Foozball, tabletop shuffleboard to keep you busy if the local outdoors isn't your thing. Plenty of trials nearby to hike without having to drive from the property. We got snow, so didn't hike but got to sled! Definitely recommend!

We had an outstanding experience at this home! The views of the mountains and the city lights below at night were amazing.
The hosts were very responsive during our visit and helped us navigate the first snow of the season. Being from Texas, their help was truly valuable. We had at least 8-10 inches of snow, and it made the scenery even more beautiful. The hosts even shoveled and salted the sidewalk for us!
As for the house, it was probably the most well-stocked VRBO rental we've visited. The hosts stocked the refrigerator with a number of items, and the pantry had a variety of snack items and spices. The dishes, glassware and cookware was also plentiful and nice.
We came to Colorado for a wedding at the Boettcher Mansion, which was a short drive from the house, and was a beautiful venue.
We stayed in for most of one day because of the snow, and enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard. We were able to visit a number of great local sites, including Golden, Idaho Springs and Boulder. Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater was maybe the highlight of the trip. We wanted to visit the Coors brewery, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance the weekend we were there.
Overall, we had a great time in Colorado and would recommend checking out this home and area.

Luved our stay! Perfect for those attending an event at the Red Rocks venue. Awesome walking trails right out your front door. The abundance of Elk on the property were defiantly the highlight!

The property was perfect for our two couples. We each had our own room and bathroom. It was clean and stocked with everything plus more than we could’ve needed. It’s a great location, not far from Red Rocks amphitheater and downtown Denver. We got to see a lot in our few days. The stocked fridge (eggs, juice, English muffins, coffee, milk, creamer and cinnamon rolls) for our late arrival was awesome! It was so nice to wake in the morning and not have to run right out. Great hosts, I highly recommend this property. And hope to be back again

Our family really enjoyed staying in this home! It was so peaceful and just what we needed to come home to after sightseeing. Having the availability of the kitchen was definitely a bonus. The space had all we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in CO again! Thank you so much for our stay!

Geri's and Tom's property was the perfect base for visiting and exploring some of Colorado's iconic places. We were able to make day trips to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park (twice), Loveland Pass and even took in a concert at Red Rocks. We were also able sample a number of craft breweries in the Evergreen/Golden area. And, the icing on the cake was experiencing "thatmilliondollarview" every morning and evening. Absolutely gorgeous!
Geri and Tom were outstanding hosts... extremely welcoming! They provided many extra's that enabled us to relax from the minute we walked across the threshold.
We don't have enough space to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.... The property alone is enough to come back to.... we didn't want to leave....
This property was absolute perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and experience Colorado for the first time.

Our stay was better than we could have imagined. The views were incredible!! Having coffee on the deck each morning was so peaceful with the hummingbirds flying around and sounds of birds chirping. My son loved the pool table and how spacious the game area was. We had long days of adventuring and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable, and well stocked/equipped, home. We even had a cozy movie night in the livingroom. They thought of everything and provided a ton of extras to make our stay that much more than we could have asked for. It was so relaxing and stress-free. Great views, beautiful property, and caring hosts. During our stay, my 13 yr old son and I went to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Dinosaur Ridge, the Natural History Museum, Buffalo Bill Museum, and had a half day rock climbing adventure at Clear Creek. Having this comfy home to come back to each day was a blessing. We are truly grateful! Such a magical vacation!

I would give this more than five stars if I could. Property owners were great. Good communication and very friendly. This property had everything we needed and more. The views are amazing and the wildlife is abundant. After enjoying what this area had to offer it was always nice to come back to this house, sit on the porch and enjoy our surroundings. I highly recommend this property and would love to return at some point in the future.

We spent our time in Colorado going to a wedding and visiting with dear friends. Your home was so welcoming and had so many nice touches to make the visit comfortable. We loved the patios, views and hummingbirds too.We had several killer shuffleboard games and many, many laughs. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

We were there for my brother's wedding in the Boulder area. The house was beautiful and spacious. The views were amazing. There is a heard of elk in the neighborhood that is fun to watch. Geri is a great host. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the Denver area.

The views from all windows and decks are fabulous! You have a great view of Denver with spectacular sunrises and lit up city at night. We did not have any issues finding the property. It is conveniently located to the town of Golden, the Red Rocks, Boulder, Idaho Springs and more. The hosts were fantastic, even stocked the refrigerator with eggs, juice, coffee, creamer, milk and cinnamon rolls, which was very much appreciated. Lots of activities to do inside when weather is bad, lots of games, puzzles, movies and so on. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds zip in and out to feed off the 2 hummingbird feeders there. They were very entertaining! The location is in a private, secluded area on the side of the mountain and is very peaceful and safe. Kitchen was well equipped and everything in good working order. They have a nice, large laundry room stocked with detergent and all you need, which came in handy for washing clothes after long hikes. Would definitely recommend this place.

We attended a Red Rocks concert, and this location was amazing. It was close to Red Rocks and Golden, and has an incredible view! Very clean and accommodating! Highly recommend and hope to return.

We can’t say enough about the location of Geri’s place! We love to hike - Apex Park was literally in the back yard and Windy Ridge Park is only a few minutes away! We were also central to Red Rocks and Folsom Field. The out door shower was lovely, the apartment was super comfortable and fun, and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. Thanks for an amazing stay Geri!

This property is a bit out of town, but thats what we like. The views were perfect. Clean and they are very intentional with the setup of the area. I would love to replicate this property and host in every VRBO i rent.

The photos don't do the interior of the property justice. The rooms are very large with tons of storage! Little bit of a drive to get up to and back down from the home, but the views were amazing. Hosts were great and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. It was clean, well cared for, and very well appointed. Geri is such a gracious host. She provided us with tips on the area and made sure we were safe in the snow. The kitchen provisions were very generous and appreciated. We had so much fun playing the house games! And the night time and sunrise views are inspiring. It was our first time using VRBO and Geri made it easy, comfortable, and a positive experience.
