Absolutely fantastic property! The condo was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. When we initially walked in, it felt like home. The easy access to the beach and incredible sunrises from the balcony made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to coming back next year.

This unit is a one of a kind. It is updated, clean, and well cared for. We had excellent communication with the owner throughout the entire booking process all the way until checkout. Quiet beach location, not over crowded like some beaches, which is perfect for nice getaway. Great location to grocery, shopping, and local eats! This place checked all of our boxes so we will definitely be staying again!

We’ve stayed at this condo before gorgeous ocean view no obstacles spent everyday walking and enjoying beach late afternoon pool. Grocery store close by eat dinner out. I love Amelia Island

The condo feels like home. It is well appointed in a very nice area on the island. We listened to the waves as a lullaby, enjoyed cocktails on the balcony and a beautiful sunrise every morning. Every morning started with a beach walk.
Our host was amazing and available. We cooked in the kitchen some nights and everything we needed at our fingertips. There is a very nice grocery store close by.
The bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds and lovely linens.

Go ahead and book this property, that's all I need to say. Everything was absolutely spectacular from the property itself, to the location, the furnishings, but most of all the communication. I have stayed a plenty of properties and been satisfied but this takes it to another level. After 1 day of being back at home we were all day dreaming about going back to Amelia Island. Needless to say, we will definitely be back.

I’ve rented from VRBO in the past but this is the first time I’ve left an exceptional review. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful with our entire stay - from entering the condo to finding places to celebrate Christmas Eve our host was warmly responsive and knowledgeable with every detail. The condo was exactly what our family wanted - cozy, clean, comfortable with a fantastic view of the beach. We walked the beach, visited downtown Amelia Island, took a day trip to St. Augustine and enjoyed beautiful Florida! Thanks Jan for everything - you and Amelia Island are a treasure!

We very much enjoyed our stay for the Georgia/Florida game weekend with our son and his fiancee. The unit was very nice and in good condition. Love the large master bathroom, large closets, full size washer and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated that the owner checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We look forward to a return visit!

Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful week at Amelia Island! We really enjoyed our stay at Jan's condo property -- the process of making the reservation, corresponding with Jan leading up to our arrival and all during our stay was effortless. The condo was just as pictured/communicated and was equipped with all the items & comforts of home -- it was terrific!
We also enjoyed our time at the pool (very clean at all times); the close proximity to the beach and we also walked to the Ritz Carlton property several times for morning coffee.
Don't delay on making your next reservation at this property, it was truly a great experience and we look forward to returning!

We have celebrated our anniversary on Fernandina Beach several times over the past ten years. Each year we looked for the perfect place. Finally, we found it, Ocean Place, Building 3, Condo 93. The accommodations were absolute perfection. Parking was very easy. Access to Old Town was exactly what we were looking for. Jan Berry has quite a jewel on Fernandina Beach. From the time you unlock the door, you feel like you are home. My wife and I felt like we were part of her family which is the way Jan wanted us to feel. Highly recommend everyone traveling to Amelia Island to see if Ocean Place, Building 3, Condo 93 is available. Discover this little piece of paradise on Florida's best beach.

The condo was exquisitely decorated and contained plenty of supplies/cookware not normally available in most rentals. All of the appliances were top of the line and in great working order. The highlight of the property was its spacious balcony where we were able to enjoy the breathtaking Ritz Carlton's July 4th fireworks show, which was right next door to the properly. We enjoyed the balcony for eating and just relaxing each day while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The owner was exceptional to work with in that she provided information we needed about our stay in a timely manner, and she also responded quickly to any questions we had about our stay.

We loved our stay in this condo. The property owner Jan was very responsive to questions and texts. The condo was very clean, and we really appreciated all of the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. The beach was never crowded. A few times we were the only ones in the pool also. I am always really nervous before booking our family vacation, but I wouldn’t even hesitate to book here again.

My family and I traveled to Ocean place condo on Amelia Island for our first trip to this location. The condo was spacious and clean. Jan called to check in with us to make sure we were able to get checked in ok and did not have any issues. The balcony was our favorite spot, to sit drink coffee and watch the waves come in. We saw dolphins. The tortoises in the dunes were also fun to watch. The pool was very clean and a nice place to cool off. We did a boat trip to check out Cumberland Island with Rip Tide, wandered around Historic downtown a lot, ate at Sliders, Tortuga Jacks, Salt Life, Sandbar, Peppers, and the Salty pelican and all of them were great. We loved the area and the Condo and definitely would love to come back!

Was a great trip. Owner was so pleasant to work with and had such a well appointed condo - so easy to live in and cook meals during the week. Beautiful balcony with morning sun. Secluded quiet area with very private beach. We rented umbrellas from The Beach Store because we like to always make sure we have enough shad with kids but she had plenty of chairs. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. We would recommend for anyone seeking a quiet getaway.

This condo is beautiful. Location is so convenient, right next to the Ritz, so we often walked the beach and stopped there for drinks, lunch, etc. Minutes to historic Fernandina, grocery store and many restaurants. However the best part is sipping coffee and watching the sun come up from the beautiful spacious porch, and returning for a night cap to hear the waves and see the sea sparkle under the stars. Truly magical. Jan has thought of everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Can't wait to return!

This was a great place to stay. The condo is beautiful as are the ocean and sunrise views! The owner has thought of every detail to make you as comfortable as if you were at home. We loved visiting Fort Clinch, Amelia Island State Park, and Cumberland Island National Seashore all of which are nearby. There are great restaurants in Fernandina Beach. We loved Cafe Karibo! We had a great trip and highly recommend this condo.

We were searching for a perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Fortunately we selected this beautiful well-appointed condo unit on the 5th floor of a beachside building overlooking the ocean. The owner Jan was great, communicated well, and even honored our special occasion with a gift bottle of wine and a handwritten card. Worth every penny!

We loved our time in Amelia Island and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo is outfitted beautifully and we loved the views and the privacy.
The linens and duvets are luxurious and made us feel as though we were staying next door at the Ritz.; we also adored the extra touches such as the baskets in the bathrooms with lotions and sprays, the CD player with CDs, etc.
Speaking of the Ritz, we enjoyed being able to walk over for an afternoon drink or snack - and I enjoyed being able to sneak over to the spa one morning. The proximity is perfect; it is close enough to enjoy the amenities and yet far enough away that it feels more private, remote, and quiet which is what we were looking for.
Back to the condo... the kitchen is outfitted perfectly and had everything we needed (no need to pack detergent, etc.) - Jan even had sugar for our coffee.
Jan is the consummate hostess and was available to answer the few questions we had while there. We also appreciated receiving the brochures, etc. she sent us a few weeks ahead to help us in our planning. The outside closet was a hit with my son as it had beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.
We look forward to another stay and would not hesitate to recommend this perfect little gem; thank you, Jan!
