清潔感、高級感があり、建物も雰囲気が良かった。 部屋の天井がとても高く、広く感じられた。 ミネラルウォーターのサービス、コーヒー紅茶のサービスも良かった。 子連れでお寿司以外のご飯がよくお店が決まっていなかったので、スタッフの方に聞き教えてもらったお店の雰囲気も味も良くて大満足でした！

特に無かったが、強いて言うなら、もう少し洋服を掛ける所があれば更に良かったという位。

Very nice hotel, the staff are nice and communication with English is not a problem. Room is nice and clean! Our room comes with breakfast and dinner, both are fantastic! Location is good, 5mins walk to JR station and 2mins walk to Otaru canal. Will definitely return to stay again!!! =)

Good location. Room was small but not unusual for Japan. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

NIcely renovated hotel with an english vibe to it. Staff were friendly. We booked the loft room for family of 4 and it could easily sleep 6. There is apple TV with projector in the room and we could mirror it with our ipad. Room is comfortable and feels newly renovated. There is a family mart across the street and it is also within walking distance to Otaru canal and Sakaimachi Dori.

Space constraint means little space for our luggages for our family of 4. Otaru is a quiet town and most shops are close after 5-6pm. So there is no dinner options around the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not try it. We settled our dinner early at other places before heading back.
