Nuestro condominio de primer piso en esta comunidad de poca altura está escondido para su disfrute. Nuestro condominio recién remodelado y a prueba de sonido es la planta baja con 1250 pies cuadrados. Incluso tenemos estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta de entrada. No hay ascensores ni estacionamientos aquí con solo 100 condominios y 40 en nuestra sección. Su estancia tranquila será un gran momento lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Nuestro dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King Size, acceso al balcón y un baño privado. Nuestro segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo y una cama doble. Tenemos un baño de salón completo adicional. Tenemos pisos de baldosas nuevas y nuestras habitaciones tienen pisos de madera. ¡Nuestra sala de estar tiene un sofá cama para cuando esos invitados adicionales simplemente no se van! Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada con una mesa de comedor. Tenemos una lavadora y secadora. Nuestra amplia terraza tiene una vista del río Ole y también una fantástica piscina. Tenemos un grupo adicional que se encuentra en el lado del Golfo para otra opción ~ ¡qué variedad! Nuestro complejo también cuenta con 2 canchas de tenis iluminadas, almacenamiento de botes gratis y muelles para botes, además de fabulosos muelles de pesca. Estamos ofreciendo increíbles nuevas ofertas de listado. Envíe sus fechas por correo electrónico y haga las maletas ~ Todos nuestros condominios son estrictamente mascotas y no se permite fumar, incluido el balcón ~ sin excepciones. We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

Spring Break
We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Wonderful getaway spot
The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely Recommend
I have to come to Pensacola every two years for certification. We decided to take our boat with us on this trip. This is the perfect place to stay! The condo was clean, convenient (boat dock) and the owner was absolutely helpful., and thoughtful. Mrs. Lita offered us options due to the bad weather at the time and I thought that was extremely nice on her behalf. Will definitely look forward to coming back when it’s time again !

We had a wonderful time here. The condo had plenty of room for us and our teenagers. We enjoyed fishing off the pier. Saw a few sting rays go past and caught some large catfish. The pools and ocean were nearly empty each day which was very nice for us!
