A beautiful little apartment, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was great quality. Communication was swift. Altogether delighted we stayed.

A fantastic location, just outside Lewes, with wonderful views over the Downs. A wonderful array of breakfast goodies to last us the three days.

- Great food supplies and some special treats! Henry and Ginny were very amiable and helpful.

- Annexe front door needs attention, very hard to open

Spacious and clean. Henry couldn't have been friendlier or more generous.

The Tesco croissants and bagels left a lot to be desired. But all the other food choices were excellent. Arrival time was scheduled to be after 1PM. When I arrived at 1:30, no one was home. There was a key in the door but no note or instructions to let myself in. I had to wait 30 mins till he returned from Tesco. Really just a minor inconvenience; especially since Henry was so pleasant and solicitous.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. lovely view across the fields from the upstairs window. Ideal spot for exploring. The breakfast hamper was first class. Marmalade 👍

Wonderful, friendly hosts. Correspondence was fast and helpful. The apartment is very clean and stocked with a delicious breakfast. The shower gels/shampoos are top of the range and smell great! The views of the garden and fields from the annexe are beautiful. Lovely view to enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you for having us!

Really lovely stay here for a wedding nearby. Henry and Ginny's apartment is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable with great views. The breakfast was more than we expected - really generous. Would love to stay again and make more use of the nearby walking trails. A really relaxing couple of days.

The food provided was excellent quality and variety, would have fed me for a week.

I was confused by the TV controls, but that is only because I was not familiar with them. My host came to help immediately.

The apartment was lovely. Everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast hamper far exceeded our expectations. The views were great. The hosts very kindly said we didn’t need to check out as early. Would definitely recommend.

The property is perfectly situated to stroll into Lewes and easy access for the train to Brighton. it is comfortable and well equipped. Ginny and Henry are excellent hosts. The breakfast hamper was amazing and very much appreciated

The hosts were lovely and met us as we arrived. The apartment was stunning, so bright and clean and had everything you needed. The shower was powerful and the toiletries provided were beautiful.

The beds were hard, which some people like, just a little too hard for me.

Initial supplies excellent and very generous. Well equipped kitchen. Welcoming hosts.

Gorgeous rental, even better than it appears in the photos, great welcome from the lovely hosts and the breakfast provided far exceed what we expected.

Beds pillows superb comfiest ever.spotless clean all rooms. Fab breakfast selection really enjoyed the homemade marmalade and the yoghurts where yummy,fresh fruit also plentiful. Shower in bathroom was spacious too.

Very busy road to pull out of drive on. Garden area for us very limited rather large tree blocking sun think they should make a patio for guests at annexe to sit on

This property is situated in a most beautiful location with lovely views of the Sussex Downs. The wonderful birdsong from many different types of birds was an added bonus.

Ccomfortable, well equipped and well maintained apartment just south-east of Lewes. Great location for walks up onto the Downs and into the town. Absolutely excellent selection of delicious breakfast foods, including locally made honey and marmalade. Also dietary requirements catered for. Very warm welcome from Ginny and Henry (sadly still socially distanced at the time of our visit, but the end is in sight!)

Nothing except slight road noise at peak times when windows were open, but we knew that when booking. Don't let it put you off.

Lovely comfortable home with pretty countryside views. Friendly helpful owners. The breakfast hamper was delicious and the homemade marmalade and honey a lovely touch. Well equipped kitchen area. We slept really well in the queen size bed. Everything in the annexe is high quality. Highly recommended and we will definitely return
