Bienvenido a "Carolina Winds", nuestra segunda casa que alquilamos selectivamente a huéspedes, referencias y amigos.
Este condominio en la segunda fila cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños y vistas al océano y al canal. Las comodidades incluyen piscina privada, televisión por cable, WiFi, pantalla plana LED de 46 ", televisores de pantalla plana en las dos habitaciones, lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de gran tamaño, encimeras de granito y una terraza de gran tamaño (14x20) que es perfecta para exteriores Comiendo y viendo los fuegos artificiales. Una cama queen en cada habitación, una cama queen / sofá y una cama individual / silla acomodarán hasta 7 adultos y pack-n-play se encargará del bebé o niño pequeño. El condominio está muy bien decorado con divertidos colores de playa y es un lugar fantástico para unas vacaciones familiares, una escapada romántica o un fin de semana de chicas.
Este condominio tiene múltiples puntos de acceso a la playa directamente al otro lado de la calle. No es necesario cargar la minivan; ¡El área de almacenamiento incluye tablas de surf, sillas de playa, una sombrilla y cubos para construir castillos de arena!
Estamos a 5 minutos a pie al norte del Boardwalk, que cuenta con las infames Britt’s Donuts, atracciones de temporada, tiendas y restaurantes, fuegos artificiales los jueves por la noche y otras fiestas importantes y películas de los domingos por la noche en el lago. We had a wonderful stay at the condo!!! And the view is absolutely gorgeous, especially when you can see a rainbow out on the ocean during a shower!
We had was with the toaster and we no problem getting in touch with Brad and he told us to go ahead and toss it and he would get another one order!!!
He was a phenomenal host!!!!

This condo was fantastic! It was better than we expected! There are 6 flights of stairs (7 steps each flight) up to the 3rd level. But the ocean from view is definitely worth it! Very nice deck w/table & chairs is great for outdoor dining. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had everything needed! Pool very nice & a short walk to the beach! Only about 10 minute walk to restaurants & boardwalk. Highly recommend this condo!

This property was perfect for our couples weekend get away. It was clean, spacious, and located conveniently to the beach, restaurants, and shops. After a few negative reviews about cleanliness we were concerned but found the property to be in top shape for or stay. There was a closet with beach items and chairs that was an added bonus. It was alot of stairs to get to the condo but the reward was amazing views and an awesome balcony. We would stay here again and would 100% recommend.

I had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach as always. Condo was perfectly situated deck is amazing convenient to all of our favorite spots for food and drink. Needs a very deep clean. Attention to some of the back railing is needed. Garbage disposal needs attention overall a nice day just a very dirty condominium.

Condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location to stores, boardwalk, airport, ect. The walk up the flights of stairs was worth having the view on the top to see the ocean! Pool was nice to have to cool off. There was also a closet down below that the unit had with beach chairs and beach supplies, we appreciated that! Great communication with the owner when I had a couple questions! Would rent again!!!

The location of the condo is perfect - an easy walk across the street to the beach, and about a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk/restaurants, which made it very convenient for our group to get around. The size of the unit was good, and when we reached out for an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch in the living area, the host was very quick to reply and accommodate! Some things to note: (1) As others mentioned in reviews, the wall air vents were pretty caked up with dust/mold, and the air was very musky when we arrived. We had to air it out for a bit and even purchased air fresheners to try to cover the smell. (2) The condo does not come with very many amenities. You can read the description and see that no toiletries are provided, which is fine, but there was only one extra roll of toilet paper when we arrived, and there was no hand soap or dish towels to wipe down dishes. We ended up purchasing these things ourselves for the weekend, along with the air fresheners. (3) The sheets come from a cleaning company wrapped in plastic (which is actually reassuring to know they're fresh and clean), but that meant we had to make the beds ourselves. I guess it's expected when you choose to stay at a house instead of a hotel, that cleaning is involved, but making your own beds and purchasing your own cleaning supplies is a bummer. I could have asked the host for these things, but didn't want to be a burden since they were not local. Just some things to consider if you book here!

We were excited for our beach vacation. When we arrived at the condo, the AC was on and was we were grateful, as it was a hot day. We had an issue getting on the WiFi but with a quick message to the host, we were able to get connected.
We were there for about 2 hours before things went south. We were filling up the ice trays, when we noticed that the garbage disposal side of the sink was retaining water. We flipped on the garbage disposal and it would not work. We tried to use the reset button on the disposal but it still would not work. My husband reached in the disposal and discovered that there was a lot of leftover food in it. He pulled out a moldy meatball and refused to stick his hand back in there. I messaged the host a few times over the next 3 days about the issue as the condo started to smell bad as a result. Brad got back to me very quickly but unfortunately he was unable to get a maintenance guy over there before we left.
When we went to take a shower the first night, we noticed that there was black mildew on the shower heads in both bathrooms. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. It was up in the coldest setting but would barely keep drinks cool. The freezer did work. The AC filter was disgusting. We found unwashed towels in the washer and there were stains on the bed linens.
Overall, the host was nice and responsive, location was great, but the cleaning crew was subpar. I would suggest leaving a binder with WiFi passwords and gate codes.

This place could not be more perfect. Locationally a 2 minute walk to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk to get breakfast or lunch. We had a large group and it accommodated all of us perfectly. Whenever we had a question about anything, Brad answered within 5 minutes (even at 11pm). So thankful for that! We will be back!

Living room furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. We did like that the linens and towels were clean and packaged. We liked the space. We did not know we were going to climb 6 flights of stairs and be on the top floor. I believe I misunderstood the ad and thought 2nd row was 2nd floor. We ate out while there so didn't use anything but the coffee pot which was advertised as a kerig but was a regular coffee pot. We didn't use there stuff as far as toilet paper or paper towels. We bought our own. Would sray there again though even though the living room furniture is worn down.

Our stay was super smooth! Kids loved having space while we visited the beach for spring break and loved the 1 minute walk to the beach even more! Everything was tidy and ready. I personally loved the large porch for morning coffee and a great view. We would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and smelled good upon arriving. Loved the balcony space and was a great location within walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. My family really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean. The view was great! We enjoyed the patio. The pillows could be updated, and maybe the mattresses, too, but we were comfortable enough.
I liked that we did have good parking, and the condo was secure. It was nice to have the kitchen. We used the coffee maker a bunch in the mornings! The beach access was very close! That was a huge plus!
I was proud of us for making several trips up and down the steps! We are a not so young group.... between the three of us our total age is 208 years old! We crushed that step challenge!!
We enjoyed our time in Carolina Beach!

The property in general was not bad. We did have to buy a filter for the ac because everyone started to be sick with allergies after the first day. My husband decided to check the filter and it was completely clogged. The place really needs a thorough cleaning for example the silverware organizer has dried food in it . The refrigerator was very clean . The pool was well maintained.

Great location, house was not very clean though. Black mold on the shower curtains, food caked on the dish washer, sand on the floors, dust literally everywhere. Informed the host, he did not respond.

I would definitely stay at this property again. Everything was as described. The owners were very responsive with any questions. Bedding & linens were provided wrapped. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent were provided.
The storage room had beach chairs, umbrella, buckets, pool noodles, and boogie boards.
The pool looked very nice, but we didn't go into the pool.
The view of the ocean from the deck was great and we could feel the breeze from the ocean. The living room and one of the bedrooms open to the deck.
The boardwalk is a short walk up the beach or street. There's food and ice cream within walking distance. Beach access is a very short walk across the street.
It is on the third floor, which could be hard for some people - but it was worth it to me for the view.
It would be nice if the first bedroom had a full view or big mirror. Otherwise, no complaints. Carolina Beach is a very nice beach and this is a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay.

Very nice place for a family getaway. Easy beach access, pool is well kept and walking distance to the boardwalk fun. Owners are very easy to communicate with.

Parking is tight, but doable. I wouldn't recommend any larger trucks or SUVs. Very short walk to the beach. Consider the stairs if that is a problem for your group.
Overall it was a great place to stay for our family of 5.

It was a great little place to stay for a girls trip. There was even an air fryer which isn't in most places I stay. I'm not in great shape but the walk to boardwalk was still and easy and short walk. it was close to so much stuff I didn't have to take my car out much during our trip. The table on the deck was great to have meals with the sounds of the ocean in the background

The place was outstandingly clean and very well decorated. Owner was super easy to get in touch with and answered the 2 phone calls with my questions. This is a perfectly fine place to stay. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. This unit is 3rd floor but because of the parking, there is a whole flight of stairs to get to the first floor, so there are more than you'd imagine. Wasn't a big deal, but made moving in and out a good work-out. Parking was a little confusing for us just because some cars took up a whole lane. No hotels at this end of the beach so it's less crowded on the beach than the area closer to the boardwalk and it was very quiet when we were there (shoulder season). The views are lovely but obstructed.

I loved everything about my stay. The property was better than the pictures. I really liked how they had all the linens in plastic wrap so they were fresh for us. The place was very clean and convenient to the beach. I will definitely stay again!
