The wall, baseboards, and curtains in master bath and bedroom had blood on them, trash under the bed. Dust was very thick all through the place. The queen bedroom’s tv dresser was very wobbly so had to lay down the decoration on top. The toilet was ate up with black mold. The tub had black prints, yellow ring stain and mold. Nasty on the fridge and dishwasher, coffee pots had mold and had to be cleaned, sink stopper was broken, blood on balcony chair, walls was very unclean, pull out bed smelled of pee and had some rings on it so we bought a blow up mattress, you have to move a pretty heavy coffee table to pull out couch bed. If you have older or disabled people with you just a heads up. Most of the pillows had yellow stains along with the towels so we had to wash linens before using due to the smell and filth. In the picture the kitchen table area looked roomy but was squeezed between couch and bar. The bunk bed room was very small so definitely not ideal for adults or bigger kids, broken handles on drawers. elevator shut down. The view was great! Outside area and town clean, store you can walk to right behind building. Pool was warm! Hot tub was warm and the jets was like the jets in a pool so matched the weather and kids could join without getting to hot or over taken by jets! There were pool supplies by the pool as well as 2 areas to spray off! Beach was very clean and beautiful! In our opinion the cleaning needs to be more thorough. But trip was nice!

The condo was easy to find nice and clean. It is located right on the beach and had a private pool and beach entrance. The beach area was not very crowded when we visited. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a question.

The A/c did not work properly the day we arrived. They put Freon in unit & it got cool that night. The floor was sandy when we arrived & there was some mold on the shower curtain. I think the cleaning people should have done a better job. Otherwise Yes, it’s smack dab on the beach.

First time beach vacation during Fall break, and first time staying where there's emerald green water ever. Beach was clean and no crowds. Condo was clean and exactly as stated in listing. Not far from anything, still only 20 minutes from Destin. We'll be back to the Ft Walton area again!

Upon arriving the owner/property manager was easy to contact. They allowed us an early check in which was really appreciated after a long trip. The place was clean. The elevator never had a long wait, so getting to and from the beach was quick and painless. The view from the balcony is perfect. We saw multiple dolphins in the water! We could also see fireworks shot from the pier. The beach service was really nice! An umbrella and two chairs come with the rental. 10 out of 10, we recommend! We would all love to stay here again in the future!

This Condo was perfect for us! Close to the beach with a great balcony view. Easy access to the beach and convenient parking. The condo provided for all your needs regarding cooking. Had a great nights sleep as the bedding was comfortable. We will be returning!

We love staying on the beach. This condo was one of the more affordable ones on the beach for the amount of sleeping spaces for our family. We had 5 adults and one infant and we all had ample space to sleep and hangout inside the condo. We love the location of Tom Thumb being right in front of the condo so we could run and grab groceries that we needed. The pool and hot tub were clean. Other guests in the condo were friendly. This will be our new go to place for sure!

We were sitting about halfway down the island strip in the perfect location. The condo was big enough for our big family. There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t available to us. Amy was a dream to work with. Very fast response times to any messages sent. I hope we can stay here again.

We just returned home from our stay at Sea Dunes 203. It is a slice of paradise for sure! Thank you Amy & Greg for sharing your space with us! We appreciated that the unit had everything we needed to enjoy a stay for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Kitchen was nicely supplied as well. We always do some cooking on vacation. None of us was ready to go home this morning as we took last pictures and soaked up the sounds of the waves. The Emerald Coast's beauty never disappoints, and it was great trom 203!

Everything was perfect! The scenery from the balcony is breathtaking! Our son even saw a couple of dolphins in the gulf from there. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items that came in handy when we prepared some meals. They do have a Kerug/ drip coffee maker which we enjoyed. You can count on great communication with the owners. Thank you Greg and Amy for our family memories made in your condo paradise! God bless you both!

The bad: The dryer takes forever to dry, seems it needs replaced perhaps. Vacuum cleaners need updating. The board games had many pieces missing so it was basically useless to try playing them. The heavy coffee table was hard to move for sleep sofa to be used. Room with the bunk beds had water bottle and other trash under it and it wasn't from us. 5 year old saw it and said "ewwwwww" who put that there:). Hated being on the balcony and smelling peoples cigarette smoke wafting up to us, not enjoyable at all. Drunk, disorderly homeless man yelling obscenities on beach at dark one night, he ended up sleeping it off in the pool lounge chair, not a family friendly atmosphere if that's occurring. Maybe make it harder for trespassers to access the area. The good: Great views, comfy rooms, good location, easy walk to beach.

The unit was okay .... furniture was to “heavy” for the small area ... I would not consider it a three bedroom the “room” where bunk beds are is about the size of a walk-in closet The complex Sea Dunes definitely needs improvement!! Swimming pool was very small NO shadeed area no lights at night.... the walkways to get to unit was very dirty the door to unit was not very impressive at all ..... ocean location was great .... smoke alarm kept going off called owner didn’t answer called housekeeper was told just to disconnect it from wall .... would probably not stay at this location again ....

Fun in the sun
We stayed with family to enjoy some beach time. Beautiful white sand and convenient access to provided chairs and umbrella. Their was a little much seaweed and slime for a couple days but that was everywhere. Enjoyed the stay and would stay at this location again.

Awesome view
Really enjoyed our stay even though the weather did not want to participate. The condo is spacious and nicely maintained. Beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked with most everything you would need to prepare meals… we only do breakfast…I look forward to visiting again! Great getaway
Very relaxing time, we had a great vacation. Strange happenings when we were getting settled and Gina was banging on our door and went to every room taking pictures as we were unloading our belongings (this was an effort on her behalf to check up on her maid workers)... a little unsettling in this world we live in now?? Great condo & location
The condo closeness to restaurants & to the beach can’t be beat! The layout of the condo is great, we enjoyed the patio for eating lunch & in the evenings, The master suite is huge with the walk-in closet and big bathroom. The other bedroom, bunk beds and laundry were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to prepare lunch. One thing we noticed was how quiet the complex was, we had stayed next to a busy road last year. We had a great stay!

Great views of the beach
The views of the beach were fantastic during my family's stay here. We found the condo clean and the check-in was easy. The availability of having a chair/umbrella set-up service on the beach was a real plus as we didn't have to purchase additional chairs.
We are seasoned VRBO users renting properties all up and down Florida. We understand the current virus situation and have rented condos and houses in Florida over the last 2 years. A heads-up for future renters is to pack beach towels, any beachy toys/chairs and laundry supplies as they were not offered during our stay. There is a box full of beachy things down at the pool, but that's first come, first served with the hope those things are later returned. While there is a wide range of area attractions pamphlets in the lobby, there is no personalized information in a loose leaf notebooks to help guide new visitors to the best spots, local information, rules, and even area TV stations. We had to rely on internet reviews. One suggestion to the owner would be to leave a spiral notebook in the condo for families to write down their personal experiences which would help subsequent renters feel more at home. Also, we have had owners who have left personalized notes in other rentals welcoming us and wishing us a good time. A suggestion to these owners would be to do the same.
In short, we had a fun vacation and had good weather, but as far as the condo is concerned it felt like a 3 br beachfront hotel room.

Wonderful location and complex!
The condo location is just wonderful, being right on the beach cannot be beat! This condo is also located in a smaller complex with private beach access so it was never crowded and it was great watching all the families walk the beach at night. The beach service was awesome! George was full of tips and information and just an overall awesome kid, bring cash for tipping him!! You do have to “claim” your chairs in the morning, but this was never an issue. We were also close to all the necessary amenities. The condo was stocked with needed supplies, well cleaned and perfect for our two families to share. Amy was great at communicating and would answer any questions. Her welcome email includes everything you need to know!! If you’re looking at this condo, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book it, you won’t be disappointed. We hope to come back next year.
