Ven y quédate en nuestra villa de vacaciones renovada. No hay nada como quedarse en un lugar que tiene buenos servicios. En la planta baja, agregamos otro sofá de dos plazas con un reproductor de DVD / VCR y un televisor de pantalla plana de 19 '(¡todo nuevo!). Si está viendo algo en la sala de estar, los niños pueden quedarse en el mismo piso y mirar otra cosa en la otra habitación, fuera de la cocina. Muy pocas villas tienen esta sala de estudio / TV adicional, especialmente en el primer piso. ¡También agregamos GameCube con juegos en esta sala! Prepare sus comidas y tenga a los niños cerca.
En la planta principal, junto con la habitación adicional anterior, disfrute de nuestra sala de estar bellamente decorada y amueblada con vista al campo de golf. Nuestro sofá cama tiene una cama queen size. ¡Relájese y duerma en nuestro cómodo sillón reclinable de gran tamaño! Relájese con el sonido del estéreo con el reproductor de 6 cambiadores de CD o vea la televisión en un juego grande que tenga un reproductor de DVD. Tal vez nunca quiera dejar esta gran silla cómoda (reemplazada en febrero de 2016). También hay un área de escritorio con una impresora. Junto con todo en nuestra sala de estar, disfrute de un ventilador de techo iluminado con control remoto, para aquellos de nosotros que disfrutamos de un poco más de brisa en los días más calurosos. La cocina está completamente equipada y tiene muchas comodidades nuevas. Hay un medio baño que ha sido renovado y actualizado. Hay televisión por cable en todo y acceso a Internet de banda ancha Wifi!
Subiendo las escaleras, disfrute de la habitación adicional de una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal con otro ventilador de techo iluminado con control remoto (Señoras, esto es muy útil para mí El control remoto se queda justo al lado de mi mesita de noche. Jajaja). El dormitorio principal tiene un vestidor y un televisor con un reproductor de VCR. El baño principal tiene todos los nuevos tocadores, lavamanos, grifos y espejos. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, con un televisor de pantalla plana de 19 'y reproductor de DVD / VCR. El segundo baño en la planta superior tiene todos los nuevos tocadores, lavamanos, grifos y espejos. Además, hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo arriba.

The Shipyard Plantation es una comunidad cerrada, vigilada y con seguridad, con senderos iluminados para caminar / andar en bicicleta y campos de golf en toda la propiedad. El astillero está ubicado entre Sea Pines y Palmetto Dunes. Está a solo unos kilómetros del puerto deportivo de Harbor Town Lighthouse y de Golf Links. El desarrollo de los Verdes (dentro de Astillero) es conocido por su proximidad a las famosas canchas de tenis Van Der Meer, los altos árboles con sombra y el entorno tranquilo y relajante. Como beneficio adicional, contamos con un agente local que brinda servicio de guardia las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, en caso de que necesite ayuda. ¿Qué harías si hubiera un problema? This pet friendly townhome was everything it was advertised. Well stocked with a nice grill and patio looking onto golf course. Pool is beautiful and close to townhome. Nice amenities with bicycles and locker at beach area for your use with parking pass. Claudia was great with communication and any help when we needed it. Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and great location close pool, walking paths, and beach. Bicycles for use is a very nice plus. Great beach locker with everything you need to spend a day at the beach). Shipyard is in the middle of the island and so convenient to a diverse selection of shopping and other convenience stores.

2nd time we've stayed at this specific condo. 6th trip to Hilton Head in 6 years. This is our favorite location because of the ease of access to the beach and pool as well as being dog friendly. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, etc. make it feel like home. Never had an issue that the owner didn't immediately address. Definitely will stay here again next year!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the house. Our dog especially enjoyed her trips to the beach. and outings to dog friendly places. Weather was great. Location f the house is perfect. How could you not enjoy it!

Great location near the beach! Very quiet complex! Townhouse was nice, but could use some updating! More than enough space for us! Pool was very nice! Great to have bikes also! Would stay in this complex again!

We had an amazing time in this Condo! Very close the beach and beautiful views of the golf course. The beach locker and shed were fully stocked with everything we needed to make this trip special. They had bikes, a cart, items to make sand castles for the kids, and plenty of beach chairs. It was very spacious and stocked with everything to make it feel like a home away from home. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Claudia's home is so comfortable and perfect for a get-away with our fur-babies! The home is well stocked and she has so many extras - bikes, dog bed, beach locker, baby gate. And it's hard to beat the location of about 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. She was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We'd highly recommend and hope to return again soon!

Great location, clean, owner communication was greatly appreciated. Best of all, we were able to bring our dogs and the owner even had treats and toys for them! Awesome experience!

We had a wonderful time here. The location is near perfect. There is one condo complex closer to the beach by maybe ¼ of a mile, but we prefer The Greens for their golf course views and excellent pool.
The condo was clean, and it is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have visited (pots/pans, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, pet toys! etc.). The locker located at the beach club is also very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach. Claudia was a perfect host with excellent communication.
The only negative was the kitchen sink faucet could use some attention because you need to fiddle with the handle to get it in a position where it doesn’t leak, a minor inconvenience.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is near perfect. There is one condo complex closer to the beach by maybe ¼ of a mile, but we prefer The Greens for their golf course views and excellent pool.
The condo was clean, and it is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have visited (pots/pans, silverware, mugs, wine glasses, pet toys! etc.). The locker located at the beach club is also very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach. Claudia was a perfect host with excellent communication.
The only negative was the kitchen sink faucet could use some attention because you need to fiddle with the handle to get it in a position where it doesn’t leak, a minor inconvenience.
We would definitely stay here again.

Claudia was great to work with as she checks to make sure everything meets your needs and shares lots of information about the island to enhance your stay. The location is convenient and having a locker right at the beach to access equipment is a big plus. Claudia was great to work with as she checks to make sure everything meets your needs and shares lots of information about the island to enhance your stay. The location is convenient and having a locker right at the beach to access equipment is a big plus. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog and Claudia even provides things to make a dog feel welcome. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

Perfect house, perfect location
We stayed (me, my husband, my daughter and my dog) in this beautiful house and beautiful plantation for 4 weeks.
Claudia, the owner, is a perfect host, on top of everything. The house has everything you need, everything! Instructions everywhere. The carpet upstairs is clean and well maintened. The Lowe floor is a little old and the cleaning could be more accurate but nothing major. The appliances are old but work well. Staying in Shipiarard is like living in a fairytale!! I would totally come back again to Claudia’s house, no doubt at all.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Shipyard Plantation is an awesome location. The location of the condo was PERFECT for a short walk to the beach. In the description it says about a 10 minute walk and that is completely accurate. It was perfect for our little dog. If you aren't planning on bringing a dog, I wouldn't suggest this condo. It did have a little dog smell and there was a good amount of pet hair but it didn't really effect us since we had a dog.

I knew from the moment we booked the home we made the right decision. The owner was extremely responsive to any email or message sent on VRBO. She gave us DETAILED instructions on exactly what to expect when we got there and made herself available immediately for any questions/needs. It allowed us to pack lighter (beach chairs, a grill, dog bed/toys, toiletries, salt peper, etc).

The location of the home itself was ideal as well: close to grocery stores, MULTIPLE excellent restaurants, shops, etc.

In vacation rentals (especially those with pets) there will always be an issue. Property representative was easily accessible and prompt in addressing any issues (like needing more propane for the grill).
Beds were hard, kitchen was dated, but stocked with everything you could need. Bikes and beach locker were nice additions.

Excellent location and great property
The villa had everything that is needed. The bikes were good and very nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We used bikes primarily to get around.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, the bikes were well maintained and there was even a bicycle pump with the bikes. We'll be back!

Great location, upstairs updated and somewhat clean, downstairs dirty
Loved the communication with the property owner. However we did not have a pet and should have not stayed in a pet friendly place as remnants of hair were all over the downstairs. Kitchen needs major cleaning and updating. Location wonderful. Bikes awesome. Beach locker amazing!

Beware of quoted pricing, island/greens wonderful
The price I was charged on my credit card was more than the quote breakdown submitted my the owner. The owner stated that this was probably a hidden VRBO charge. I checked with another owner who said that the quoted price "was the price".
The second floor of the unit was in good shape, but the kitchen needs updating.
I've been going to HHI for over two decades now and all but one of those years stayed at The Greens. The island was wonderful as usual and the Greens was as calming as always.

A perfect vacation
Our vacation was all we had hoped for. The condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. This was a concern for me because we had our two small dogs with us, and when traveling with pets in the past, we’ve been disappointed with our accommodations. It almost seemed as though we had to lower our standards if our pets were along. That wasn’t the case here. Not only was the condo clean and comfortable, but it also had provisions for dogs! There was a comfy dog bed, a barrier gate, and some dog toys and treats. There was ample space for walking our dogs outside, and the walking/bike paths were great for longer excursions. The king-size bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, better than we have at home. The bathrooms were also very nice, especially the shower/tub in both upstairs bathrooms. I did have a couple of questions for Claudia while we were there, and she responded immediately. I highly recommend this property and the owner if you’re looking for a great, relaxing vacation.

Clean, Comfortable and Well-equipped
My husband, two adult daughters and I spent a week at this townhouse in September of 2018. Everything in the villa is as advertised, and it has a very comfortable, "homey" feel. There was lots of space for 4 adults, and the pool and beach are easily accessed. Having the locker at the beach is a great asset, as chairs do not have to be carried to and from the villa. Communication with Claudia could not have been better. We highly recommend staying at this property, and plan to return in the future.

Great Location
Location of this condo is great! Very convenient to everything, pool, bike paths, beach, shopping, & restaurants. Condo is roomy and clean, no hint of pet orders, and the little extras for our two dogs was much appreciated. Unfortunately, hurricane Florence interrupted our plans and we had to leave way too early due to a premature evacuation notice from the governor of SC.
We really appreciate the owner Claudia working with us the way she did regarding our shortened stay. We hope to return some time, but not in hurricane season.

An Excellent Vacation
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia's villa, it was simply as advertised. The villa was perfectly cleaned, well furnished, and is in an excellent location. Claudia was one of the best, if not the best, owner we have ever worked with, we quickly and easily booked the villa on a Saturday evening with the entire process taking minutes. Claudia's communications were timely and thorough.
When we next visit Hilton Head, we will certainly rent from Claudia again without hesitation.

We love Hilton Head!
The villa was very clean and comfortable. Our fur girl was pampered too, with a bed, toys and extra dishes. Being pet friendly is important to us, and these extras were a nice surprise. There’s many upgrades in the villa including new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The owner, Claudia, is extremely helpful, attentive and easy to reach. Having the bikes is another great perk. We rode everyday. The beach is a short and shaded walk. We will be back!

Spacious well equipped villa with bikes
Spacious villa that feels like home. Very well equipped and maintained, and loved the bikes with locks for the 5 minute ride to the beach (or 10 minute walk) and on the bike paths, and beach locker that included chairs, sand mats, and more. Large shade trees near pool are wonderful for the hot summer days and the pool is close by. Picked this villa due to location, pet friendly and 4 adult bikes. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting HHI.
Enjoyed parasailing at South Harbor. Note that one has to pay $6 per car to enter Sea Pines to drive to South Harbor.

Our 3rd Stay at Claudia"s Villa
This was our 3rd stay, and we plan on our 4th visit in January-February, 2019. Claudia maintains a very clean and updated villa. The new tile showers are beautiful, along with the freshly painted interior. My favorite part has to be the 4 bikes located in her outside shed. My brother and I were beach biking every day. I just can't say enough about the villa.
