House was great for my family. Plenty of room for all of us. Really clean and liked the setup. Host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Location is spot on. It made it very easy to enjoy all the restaurants and bars downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for our son's wedding. It was a fun and busy weekend, and this house was a perfect quiet oasis to come back to. The listing is very accurate, and everything was in perfect working order. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. This was *by far* the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental we've ever stayed at (they even had Saran Wrap and extra trash bags). We were really impressed by the thoughtful architectural details throughout--whoever designed and decorated this home has a real gift. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for your sharing your home.

This home is so cute, well designed and decorated! Every bedroom has a bathroom plus there's a hall bath, so it was very easy for my group of 4 to get ready! It was not a bad walk to downtown but we ended up getting an Uber to save time. The home has everything we needed for coffee, cooking meals and having a comfortable night's sleep (love the blackout curtains in the upstairs rooms)! The yard is really cute and our dogs loved the fenced space. It's really close to a nature trail that we walked with the pups in the morning. The hosts were super quick to respond and were so kind to accommodate a late checkout when we needed it last minute! I highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful, luxurious, roomy house. Spotless, comfortable, and welcoming space within walking distance of downtown. Spacious airy rooms with high ceilings ceilings and lots of light – – and everyone gets their own bathroom! The fire pit was divine. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

I think this was our fifth stay at this house - we keep coming back because it’s just so perfect. This time it was for Thanksgiving. The house is really clean, nicely appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood that’s within walking distance to everything. The owners are lovely and always responsive. Love this place and will be back!! Stayed at this property for a wedding at the Botanical Gardens. Close to downtown, super clean, and a fully fenced yard for our two small dogs made this place a perfect place to stay. An easy walk to Mama’s Boy for brunch!

What a special weekend we had in this beautiful home. It was our daughter’s wedding weekend in Athens. We had the bride and 5 bridesmaids get ready in the home on the day of. There was plenty of room for everyone due to the spaciousness of the home. The day after we hosted a family breakfast and every guest commented on what a beautiful home this is. Even our dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. The owners were so gracious and accommodating to us so we could enjoy this special occasion. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our kids and grandkids as we attended the Georgia-Ball State football game. Everything was just as advertised. We all enjoyed the proximity to the stadium and downtown Athens. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, check-in was easy, house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. And has a very cool architectural vibe. We didn’t use it, but it has a really neat back patio area with a fire pit. Hosts were excellent to deal with. We are already looking at dates that we can book this home again.

This property offered all that We needed and expected for our stay. It was very clean, neat and well provided for with linens dishes, utensils, and cookware. Everything was in great condition. The AC did not disappoint. The property was quite and feels very private.
The owner reached out shortly after we arrived to see if we needed anything. They also checked on us during a storm one night. I thought both times were very nice and thoughtful of them.
Should we ever need to visit Athens for an extended stay again we would definitely book this property!

What a unique property to visit. Our 7 year French Bulldog fell in love with the fenced in hilly back yard. The yard could be used for family fire pit fun. The cement downstair floors were beautiful with a huge stone step to the raised fully equipped kitchen. Loved the the whole unique design. Would definitely recommend a place to stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect true 3 bed/ 3.5 bath house with futon for extra sleeping space in between the two bedrooms upstairs. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our two dogs who stayed with us for the weekend.

We rented this house to attend a wedding in Athens. We also wanted to bring our dogs and this house was perfect for us. The first night we enjoyed some fire pit time on the patio. The next day, we walked the dogs in the park right across the street, stopped at Mama’s Boy and put our name on the list, dropped dogs off, and returned in time to have a delicious brunch there. Then we walked the dogs downtown where the Twilight cycling event was going on. Enjoyed a visit to Classic City brewery and got back to the house in plenty of time to get ready for the wedding. The vibe of the house is really cool and everything was very clean. The owners are very considerate and left us water bottles and snacks. They let us know we could check in earlier and leave later. We would definitely seek out this house if we needed to stay in Athens again. The location is very convenient.

Great house very conveniently located near campus and many restaurants and other locations. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Check-in was extremely easy and the owners were proactive in offering an early check-in and late check-out as needed.

This house was great! We stayed in Athens while visiting Georgia for the Masters. We wanted a house in a fun town close to restaurants and golf and got it all with this house. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. If we get lucky enough to attend the Masters again, we'll stay here for sure! 5 stars all around!!!
