Jaime was very responsive to our concerns and made every effort to make sure to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is great. Walk up the beach to jet ski. Good restaurants nearby. CVS across the street with many conveniences. One hour drive to Fajardo and short drive to Old San Juan (both depending on traffic). Airport is no more than 10 min away!. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you!

We loved the place! Great view of the beach! We loved the balcony, where we could appreciate the sunsets!!!!@ Perfect location, very close to the airport and beautiful apartment! Very clean and well equipped with all we need for the 12 days we stayed there! Jaime was very thoughtful and sent us a list of places to eat and things to do around. For sure we will be back!!!

We spend a couple of weeks at Maria's condo in Isla Verde and had a wonderful time. The condo is very much at it shows in the pictures, very clean, updated, comfortable and with a million dollar view from the balcony and bedrooms. The host is very attentive; there was a minor malfunction in the apt and he had it fixed very quickly. She was very accesible if we had any questions. Isla Verde has one of the best urban beaches in the world, without a doubt. Getting into that cool and refreshing water daily will take care of your minor aches for sure!:) From the condo you can walk to several nice restaurants within minutes. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Everything about my stay exceeded exceptions, rom the check-in-process to location. The condo has a beautiful view of beach/ocean and is within walking distance of everything you'll need. Property also has a gym and pool which are both easily accessible.

This condo has everything, I mean everything, you’ll need for an amazing vacation in Puerto Rico!!! Here’s my list of Pros: The Owner is simply THE BEST !! More on that later .... 1. Location !! On the Beach !! 2. Location !! 19th Floor so Panoramic views of beach and all the way to Old San Juan! 3. It gorgeous inside ! Spacious 2 BR 2BA, marble, granite - bright and sunny ! 4. Kitchen is small but don’t let that fool you... it has all the new and modern appliances you’ll need ! 5. A balcony to get afternoon sun off LR and BR. 6. The pool is brand new and huge ! 7. Walk right out onto the beach from the pool area ! 8. Stayed there over winter holidays and tho plenty of vacationers all around, the building is super safe and super quiet! 9. Electronic shades that allow full darkness or simply just a light screen 10. I have rented through VRBO and others before. Never a bad stay, but Jaime is the nicest, most personable, best communicator I have dealt with in over 30 years of vacationing! 11. LOCATION! The Intercontinental is a 2 min walk to the right (same beach) 12. Location! 24 hour CVS and Market literally across the street! Try CVS first- lots of necessities there ! 13. You will find a restaurant you’ll love within walking distance (I mean 10 min walk or less) that suits yours tastes and price points from $ thru $$$$$! There is local cuisine at a poorly named place called HOTTIES that we loved. It is not a Hooters, as the name weirdly suggests, it’s simply delicious PR food !!! 14. The hurricane damage to the area is not clearly obvious and this condo makes you feel as though there never was damage.... I cannot say enough great things about Jaime and this location... Cons: Just one : I will just be sad if you all take my advice and stay here - I’m afraid it’ll be booked for my next trip !!! Do not let other rentals’ photos fool you when they show you photos to advertise their condos with those perfectly placed photos or pix of “nearby” sites. This unit is the real deal on the beach with safety, security, internet, tv/cable/ac, and luxury luxury luxury! And a super nice owner that I promise I do not personally know! I just felt at home throughout this process with Jaime. And as his first VRBO renter, I want to say a HUGE MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS ... THANK YOU for everything!!!
