We enjoyed our stay at Summer Place 104, but we did experience some issues that we wished we would have known beforehand. The guest toilet does not function properly (and the owner said that was normal), the dishwasher smelled like burning plastic when it was running (so we hand washed all of the dishes), the ice maker did not make or dispense ice, and the vent piece above the microwave would fall off fairly often (mostly when someone was standing under it). The location of the condo is fantastic and very easily accessible. I just wish I would have been warned of the above issues instead of having to figure them out once we arrived.

We have been here several times now and besides Mike being an incredible host this is a ground floor unit and don’t have to deal with elevators. You don’t have to bring anything except yourself. Mike has thought of everything for you

Property was very spacious for the five of us. Just steps Away from the beach. Fully stocked kitchen (we did not have to use any thing, we came prepared with what we needed. ) We will definitely try to use this condo for future gatherings.

Upon arrival we had beautiful roses on the table and in the bedroom . The condo was beautiful and the owner was available if we had any concerns. The only draw back would have been the ice in the freezer did not work and carpet in the rooms . Being on the beach I felt like I needed to vacuum daily . Other than that beautiful condo .

This was our second year staying at summer place 104 and as long as we can reserve it, this is the only place we will stay. From the beginning of reservations to check out, you cannot ask for anyone better than Mike. Thank you again for making our week at the beach the best week ever. See ya next year.

We spent a week in this beautiful condo and had a great time. Being on the ground level is one of my favorite parts of the condo because you don't need to pack up and go to the beach or pool. We work non stop and this week was so relaxing and just what we needed. The owner Mike is easy to work with and keeps the place looking great! This was our second summer that we booked this condo and it will not be our last!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. We liked the first floor very convenient. Loved the pools and the beach. To start, this condo is immaculate! We have never stayed at such a well kept and clean vacation property, Mike did such a great job of making us feel welcome. We planned our vacation only a couple of days before arriving, and Mike and Kordula were so accommodating and great about addressing our questions. Upon walking in, you can just unpack and relax, everything that you could ever need is there. The location is perfect for families, first floor walk out to pool and beach can’t be beat with kids. Not to mention, it’s so close to the pier and activities. If you are staying in the Destin area, this is the place to stay. Thank you so much Mike and Kordula!

Have stayed in this unit for the third time. Love that we don’t need to bring anything except our clothes. Have never stayed in another unit where everything was provided. They provide everything you need down to toys for the kids. No need to make any stops at the store before checking in, you are taken care of, even down to box fans in closets. My family doesn’t sleep well without those fans. Will be placing reservations shortly for next spring break.

Family Vacation
We had a great time in this beautiful condo. Being able to walk out your door right to the pool and beach is so awesome. It rained several days while we were there but that was a good excuse for some shopping time. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach! Not far back like a lot of the condos. Our door opened to the pools and hot tub! My husband loved being near the fishing pier:)
Mike is great to work with! He was able to get us an earlier check in…checked on us to make sure we were ok with everything. How could we not be? Cleanest condo I have stayed in! Beautifully furnished and oh so comfortable…loved the sectional. Stocked with lots of extras that you won’t have to bring…..beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, boogie boards, toys for the kids and much more. Location is great!
We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and Mike had surprised us with roses, a card, and a bottle of wine! He goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

The condo is beautiful with easy access to beach and pool. Well stocked for kitchen and items to use on the beach. Owners are great with communication and very accommodating. This was our second stay in this unit. We had an amazing time and did not want to leave!

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way!
This condo/location is not done justice in these photos! Everything is immaculately cleaned and you feel right at home the minute you walk in! The first floor access is a game changer for sure and unbelievably convenient for my whole family! This was our first time to the area and my whole family agreed that this will be our permanent fall break destination! Thanks to Mike and Kordula for allowing us to stay here and providing my family with some much needed away time! You won’t regret staying here for a second!

Great place for a trip to Fort Walton Beach!! Everything we needed. Lots of toys for the kids. Right at pool and steps away from the beach. All on 1st floor. Easy parking and stores and restaurants just minutes away.

Great Place in Okaloosa
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Mike makes sure the condo is stocked with everything you could need. Kitchen had everything we could ever want and he even provides nice extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, skim boards, extra towels and more. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the easy access to the pools and beach. Pools are very nice and the beach was not terribly crowded. Nice size patio to watch the kids swim and hang in the shade. Only thing to note is this unit does not include beach service. Overall the place is amazing and I would certainly reccomend to friends and family!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Our unit led right to the pool outside our door which was great for the grandkids! And I especially loved the child's room which was perfect for my five-year-old grandson! Loved everything about this condo!!

Easy access, right on the beach!
We had a great time in this unit and it was a great choice! There was a lot of extras in the unit that my family enjoyed such as boards and chairs for the beach. Every thing was clean, and if I had to nit pick on anything, maybe just some small updates to the unit. But would definitely stay here again, and loved being walking distance from AJs and the boardwalk.

We stay here for our sister trip and it was great. The condo is in a great location, within walking distance to several good places to eat. Being on the first floor was good for us easy to get to the pool area and the beach the pool deck is huge, lots of room for kids to play. The condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation
