Everything was great with the condo. Jeff was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. As others have said the neighborhood is a bit rough. Having the garage made all the difference. Once the car was tucked in and we were in the condo it was a very quiet night. Although a bit sketchy, the location was central for our needs and close to restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean with the exception of the bath tub floor. It had a greasy film that was easy enough to scrub off, so not really a hassle. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Awesome stay! For someone that has to travel for work, having a garage for my car was Great!! WiFi for gaming was superb! Washer and dryer in the unit was great, the only problem I had was the property itself. Nothing against the owner of the unit, he was super helpful and was easy to approach about any question but the property had little to no insulation in between walls. Actually sounded like someone was right behind you when they were in the next unit over.

This worked very well for a stay between moves.

We were pretty happy overall with this place! There were little cleanliness things that could have been better corners cabinets but overall nice. We arrived at the location at night so it seemed a bit creepy on the outside. It was hard to see the garage door numbers. However once inside we felt safe and secure. We liked this little place and would stay here again!

This is an older property which has been renovated to be comfortable and efficient. I think the renovations may be ongoing, as there are some parts that don't quite look finished (e.g. the bathtub still needs replacing). However, the work that has been done gives a very updated look and feel. A few additional items would help it to feel more homey, such as some patio furniture so guests can sit outside, as well as dish cloths and towels in the kitchen, and more than one face cloth in the bathroom. The bed was great (even for our bad backs), the new appliances were lovely. We weren't crazy about the location, as it's a neighbourhood that has seen better days. We didn't feel unsafe, but we were glad that there was a locked garage for our car. Overall, the price was very reasonable and we appreciated the effort that has been put into making this condo pleasant.

This place is perfectly set up for a comfortable relaxing stay. Super modern with more than everything you need. Nice private patio but less than 5 mines away great food on Sprague. I would definitely stay at this condo again!
