Everything is organized and clean

The property is great. Located 3 minutes from the beach. Amenities were great. Lots of extra items ready for use. Beach chairs, beach towels, toys, fire pit, grill. The biggest let down was that the outdoor shower was not hooked up. It would have been nice to rinse the sand off of my kids with warm water before going inside. The beach wagon had a busted tire and was not usable. Also, the check-out instructions were very specific and a bit uptight. Mandating that all beach towels are washed and folded, all bedding removed from the beds and placed near washing machine, mandating that two loads of laundry be started before leaving. I understand the intent of the requests, and the place is great; however, for the price paid I would like a little more lax policy on linens/towels or at least a better tone to the check-out instructions. 5 separate bedroom spaces, 10 beds all said and done. Perfect for large getaway. Would stay again.

Our group really enjoyed this house! Lots of bedrooms, could use another bathroom - but we made it work. The beach is very close and stunning! There was plenty of everything that we needed. Thanks for providing the beach chairs and wagon, that helped with the trek to and from the beach. We loved our time there!

Very nice house and location. Granted Michigan City in February is not the best time for the beach, we had a great family weekend. Thanks so much for sharing your house.

There are some needed updates, like the TVs in the bedrooms (which are still tube TVs) and the grill cooked kind of unevenly, but this property was a great getaway for my family. It was very close to the beach. Everything about this trip was easy.

This property was perfect in every way. You could walk everywhere and the over all stay was perfect. The house was excellent. My family of 12 can't wait to go back! BETH NOBLE

Comfy and cute house. Very spacious. Perfect for getting our family together - 8 adults and 6 kids. Close to beach and many attractions.

The home is clean with a well stocked kitchen. Furniture is dated, but not uncomfortable. We had an issue with getting the gas fireplace started consistently. Would have appreciated knowing in advance to bring TP and hand soap. But otherwise this is a great place for a family getaway! Be sure to check out the outlet mall!

We had plenty of sleeping space with 5 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom became the main play room for the kids. Only suggestion would be that cleaning staff provide extra trash bags for kitchen and additional toilet paper. The boxes of tissue were appreciated since this is the season of cold!

We stayed at the house for our daughters wedding. We loved it. It has beds for like 14 or something, it’s crazy. We only used like 5, people ended up crashing at other houses after parties. So we had so much more room for activities. We would stay there again. It was super clean. Highly recommend.

It was a great location. Our contact Cari was very accommodating. It worked for the six of us. We plan to book here again for the next year.

Accomadated our family well. Kitchen had everything u need. Only complaint I heard was some matresses were uncomfortable. All in all was a good experience and will definitely book again.

We stayed at the cottage for our family vacation and really enjoyed the space. The previous 3 years we had stayed at hotels and found that it was hard to spend time together in the evening. We had 8 adults and a two year old. Every couple had their own room which was good for privacy. We went to Four Winds Casino which is a really cool place and if you like to gamble a little it is fun. Their is a local beach within a block that we walked to everyday. The house has an outdoor shower that was great for getting the sand off before going inside. There is a small zoo & a splash pad close by that was great for younger kids. There is a Meijer within 5-7 miles which had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals at the house so I have no recommendations for places to eat. With that being said, the grill looks like it could use some maintenance or even be replaced. Only half of the burners were working well and it made it a little difficult to cook all our meat at one time. But we made due. The Lighthouse outlets near by were a great activity for a rainy day and we found some pretty good deals. The only other thing I wasn’t aware of was the arrangements for picking up and dropping off the key. It did not make a difference for us since we were leaving earlier in the day but the keys are picked up at a real estate office and it is recommended to pick up by 5 pm central time. The time change helped us since we were traveling from Michigan to Indiana and we gained an hour. The “list of things that need to be done before you leave” letter that you receive with the key comes across much more demanding than what it really requires. Just have to do a couple loads of laundry and straighten up. Overall this is a place we would stay again. Reasonably priced and very functional for a larger group.

We really enjoyed our stay here, so close to the beautiful beach and other entertainment options! The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week. Our family found it very comfortable and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family of 14 had plenty of room and the house was great. It was very close to the beach, the zoo, and several other fun places. We are hoping to be able to stay again next year! THANKS for a wonderful time!!!

It was a very clean ands child friendly house. Wish it had more yard space. Good location to walk to a lot of things.

The house exceeded our expectations! We had 7 adults and 4 kids and it was plenty of space. Perfect spot for a Michigan City weekend
