The Perfect Coastal Escape!
Intervenir y relajarse en la hermosa escapada costera! Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños casa es el lugar perfecto para escapar por unos días con la familia y amigos. Dentro de este 1800 pies cuadrados casa se encuentra una gran sala de estar, comedor y cocina. El salón cuenta con techos altos, un gran sofá seccional, TV de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas. La cocina es una delicia para un jefe con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una isla con asientos adicionales. El primer dormitorio es un lugar perfecto para los niños con 3 camas (la reina y 2 individuales). El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama California King y balcón privado con vistas al mar y la roca. El patio se completa esta casa cuenta con un spa para relajarse, junto con una barbacoa de gas y comedor al aire libre para 6 personas. Esta casa tiene todo lo que desea para sus próximas vacaciones.

This was a great home and met all our needs. Very family friendly, complete with kids books and a few toys. All the logistics were made easy. Would totally stay again!

Perfect for our family of 4. The house was very cute and comfortable. We only stayed for the weekend but could tell it had all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Location was great. Would definitely recommend this property and are already planning a return trip to escape the heat and enjoy beautiful Morro Bay.

The property management company is amazing! Above and beyond. My 4yo left his favorite stuffy on accident and I called in a panic when we realized. They went over the very next morning and searched. They found it hidden on the bookshelf of all places and shipped it that same day. I am so appreciative- they saw bed the day

Property is well suited for a small family. Quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. The gas fireplace is fantastic, and the open living room/dining room/kitchen is beautiful! There is not a closet in the master bedroom which is inconvenient for someone that prefers to hang clothes. A thorough cleaning of the outdoor spaces would make them more inviting.

however, entire property need thorough deep cleaning. showers have embedded grime aroung edges. Time to replace sheets and bedding.
we were 4 adults and queen bunk in second bedroom is not suitable for adults. seemed very unstable and terribly uncomfortable.

We are from the LA area and did a staycation in Morro Bay for the weekend. This rental is well appointed, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated the convenience of being centrally located and close to cute downtown Morro Bay. Would definitely rent again.

We only stayed 3 nights but it was a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. Had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We would stay there again in the future.

We had a fabulous time staying here. My kids thoroughly loved the toys and books in the home, and my husband and I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook meals at the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great property to stay with little ones. Lots of fun toys for them to play with and enjoy. At night we were able to relax and unwind in the hot tub which was perfect !

A perfect base to enjoy all that Morro Bay has to offer and retire to after a long day! Immaculately maintained and a very welcoming house, killer backyard and hot tub! I think we spent more time on the back patio than anywhere else!

We chose this house because of its location and the hot tub. Both were great! As with crowded neighborhoods the next door neighbor has issues with a vacation rental next door so she did play loud music every time we went out on the patio, but we refused to play into her negativity and spent a wonderful vacation relaxing and exploring Morro Bay. Thank you for keeping such a lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The natural light throughout the house made for a cheery ambiance. The large kitchen was perfect for multiple people to be working on meals at the same time and not feel crowded. The dining room and living room had ample space for family to gather and socialize. The backyard had beautiful landscaping and was a relaxing space to decompress. The property manager was quick to respond to questions even on a holiday! I would definitely recommend this property.

The house was great. Checking in was super easy. Location was very easy to find and is just a short walk down to the shops and restaurants at the harbor. One thing I did notice that should be addressed is that all the plants in the house are dusty and need to be cleaned. Another detail that would be a great and simple addition is to have shampoo , conditioner and coffee for the guest at the house.
One other thing is the placement of the hot tub is right next to the neighbors bedroom window, she did come over and ask us to keep our voices down because they could hear everything 🙄 but she was nice enough and all worked out . I would stay here again .

My two sisters and my best friend stayed at this house to celebrate my 50th Birthday.
