Pisos nuevos, gabinetes, encimeras, grifo de cocina sin contacto, ducha / baño / inodoros tipo spa, iluminación, incluidos espejos retroiluminados en ambos baños. TV inteligente de pantalla plana HD de 58 "en la sala de estar, pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio de invitados . Alta velocidad inalámbrica disponible. Sofá seccional de cuero y gran otomana de cuero. Nuevas camas en las dos habitaciones. Condominio 2BR / 2BA muy privado, decorado con buen gusto y totalmente amueblado con vistas panorámicas de las montañas Red Rock y Four Peaks. We had a wonderful stay at this property for one week in May. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and very near to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds and furnishings with everything we needed. The two separate & private “suites” were perfect for us two couples. Peaceful view of the desert on the patio with our morning coffee etc. Very responsive host when needed. Everything we needed or wanted within a short drive or walk.

The condo was very nicely located and convenient to all services and restaurants. Short couple minute drive to the fountain. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. A beautiful pool and great view of the mountains. The appliances were all like new and well maintained. A beautiful view from the patio. Only downside but not an issue for mobile folks is the 20 steps to the location. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Rented for a week and change and would definitely stay there again, especially in the summer months when the condominium complex is mostly empty.

Very nicely renovated condo with a lot of room and nicely stocked. The only reason I didn’t rate a five for as listed is there is no mention of the 20 step flight of stairs needed to reach the condo. For a 85 and 78 year old it was a little difficult to carry luggage, groceries, etc up and down the stairs and probably not the most safe thing to do. But Tim was extremely nice to work with, the views were great, and overall we loved the condo!!

This was a great property for our family. The condo is well furnished and clean - the split floor plan is perfect. They enjoyed the pool on the premises and all the area attractions - close to restaurants and the parks. Thank you, Tim, for being such a great host.

The property was as listed and the communication was great. My mom had her own suite and my husband and I had our own. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The entire condo area was very clean and well kept. Fountain Hills is a nice area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved the view off the patio and we spent every morning and evening out there enjoying the quiet and the view. The unit was very spacious and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was the host would not take (or make) a phone call to me. We initially had trouble setting up the TV and texted the host with questions and he responded. His response wasn’t clear to me so I called him. He ignored my call. I texted him again to ask if he could give me a quick call to answer a question and he never called me. If you’re ok with reaching him by text only, then its fine. Otherwise, maybe not.

My stay here with my friend was perfect. We were very comfortable in the condo. The owner adequately prepped us for the stairs to the condo so we weren’t concerned about that. Our stay was very quite and serene and we absolutely loved it!
