I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The photos do not do it justice, the location is great and the communication with Ted was top notch. We will be back.

We had a baseball tournament in Goodyear so shared the house with a few of the other players and their families on the team. Lots for the boys to do when they had downtime after the games. Large kitchen and dining room and 3 living rooms so lots of space to spread out and relax. We really liked that there were 3 rooms with 2 queen beds too. Ted was really responsive and on top of things. He noticed that the temperature in the house was higher than usual the first day and sent a repair person to check it out and he sent us a reminder about trash day too. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and the location.

Everything about the house was great. Well stocked, clean, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Ted was great, accomadated us on early check in and late check out with no problems. Communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Definitely looking forward to booking this property again.

Stayed at this home celebrating my son’s graduation a year ago and decided to go back to celebrate my AF retirement. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The pool area was a blast and Ted is such an accommodating host. You will not be disappointed.

The home and outdoor pool area were perfect for our family group of 11. The home is very well equipped with everything you could need. There are three large areas with couches, large screen TVs, and tables so that our group could spread out and watch NCAA basketball tournament games when we weren’t using the three ironing boards and getting ready for all the wedding events. Our host, Ted is extremely responsive. In fact, we have rented from VRBO for 10+ years and he is easily the most responsive.

I can only echo all the other positive reviews as the house is luxurious, in a lovely, quiet (gated) neighborhood, is well equipped, exactly as advertised and it easily accommodated our large family gathering of 10 adults and one baby. Ted was one of the best hosts I have ever experienced at a vacation rental, he was very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or address any issues. For example, he provided a list of the kitchen inventory ahead of our rental so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving dinner, then he ordered extra warming trays before our arrival to help with keeping the food warm for such a large group and he was immediately on top of things when the fridge started to fail shortly after our arrival; the repair was completed very quickly. We also benefitted from a stroller, playpen and highchair that are available at the house. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and the extensive, well-manicured yard and firepit during the amazing fall weather. We can highly recommend this property. Enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There were enough restaurants, stores, and tennis nearby for a group of 10 for 4 days. It was fun hanging out at the house at night also.

The house was very spacious with plenty of seating. We were a team of 10 and we were very comfortable, everyone had a bed and the home was very quiet in a gated family neighborhood. It was a 20 minute ride to Surprise Tennis Center. The homeowner was very responsive from check in to check out. Hope to stay again next year!

Great rental in a beautiful community. The host was impeccable with communication and addressing our needs. The house is very clean and beautiful. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Traveled to Arizona from Philly for the Cardinals/Eagles game with family and friends. (Boo eagles!) Knew we needed a place that would accommodate a rowdy bunch. Ted's property more than fit the bill, giving 12 of us plenty of room and living space to operate. The place was everything advertised and more. Well kept, spacious and modern and in a neighborhood you could see yourself living in. Situated right near EVERYTHING, all of our destinations were just an Uber ride away. After just a few days it felt like home. I really didn't want to leave the place, I was so smitten. Ted was amazing. Communicative despite problems with the Vrbo app and made sure everything was to our liking. I can't see myself using another property the next time I come to AZ. Do yourself a favor and book with him if you need a desert oasis.

We came to Arizona for my son's wedding and stayed at this beautiful property with some of our extended family. It was beautiful with lots of gathering areas for different groups.

Amazing place to stay if you’re ever in Phoenix area. The owner of this beautiful home was amazing, he answered any questions that I might’ve had. The Home was the most beautiful thing that I’ve ever seen. If you stay here you will not be disappointed I promise!

The roomy kitchen made it easy for multiple people to prepare food at the same time. After buying out Costco, the two refrigerators/freezers and abundant storage were very much appreciated. There was ample seating and plenty of space for people to spread out. We had so much fun in the pool and the game room. The backyard is a desert oasis with lots to do. Ted was very kind and responsive. He saved the day after the venue I booked months ago canceled our reservation the day of check in. I can’t thank him enough. My family had lots of laughs and made wonderful memories in his home.

Our group traveled to Phoenix area for a senior trip. This home was a great fit for our group. Great kitchen and dining area and the outdoor area was popular with the kids…pool, games, and fire pit!

The refrigerator in the garage was a huge help for overflow beverages. The bar area made entertaining for the rehearsal dinner-party that much more festive and put together. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

This home was awesome! It has everything you need. So much room here for all of us and very comfortable and homey! Ted was so responsive and helpful. We are definitely going to try and come back here once a year. And it is close to great restaurants, shops, stores etc

Definitely ticked all of boxes! Fabulous backyard with pool, ping pong, bag toss, outside TV, plenty of seating. Large kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals during our 14 day stay. 5 minute walk to a nice park with lots of green space. Comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this place!

Ted was amazing! Friendly and had great customer service. The house was perfect ! Cleaning could have been a little better however, the home was fully stocked. It had everything we needed plus more. Big spacious home was perfect for my 1 & 2 year old birthday gathering. We had over 10 guess amongst all age groups. Everyone was so amazed with the home. Meeting the owner in person was a pleasure . I’d definitely recommend and hope to stay again myself.

We rented this home for a spring training trip. We had 8 adults and found this to be a great home so folks could spread out. Some at the pool and some watching March madness. It was not far from hiking locations and baseball.

The house was great. There were ten adults in our group. Each couple had their own bedroom but shared three bathrooms. The property was beautiful inside and out. There was room enough in the formal dinning room for ten of us to eat at the table. The kitchen was awesome, as we ate dinner at the house five nights. The house was a s advertised.
