My family had the best time at this property. It is located with easy access to shopping, restaurants and all the fun in Osage Beach. The home was very well stocked and extremely clean. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home on quiet cove perfect for our family with teenagers and 5 year old. Plenty of kayaks, paddle boards and floating toys to play in the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfy.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had such a great time swimming and using the paddle boards. The location was great, super easy to get to and from shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, welcoming, and provides plenty of things to do from relaxing inside, outside on one of many hangout areas, to activities such as fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. You can tell that the owner takes good care of the place and ensures their guests have a great stay. They provide fishing poles, kayaks with life jackets, paddle boats, a grill stocked with propane, a fire pit stocked with firewood, and more for your use as long as you use it responsibly and respectfully. Not many owners go the extra mile to provide this for you but this owner is great. The house is close to many activities that the lake offers such as a couple golf courses right down the road, boat rentals within 10 minutes, go karting, bars, shopping and more all within a quick drive away. The land itself is large and allows for outdoor games such as cornhole. The parking is a little tight but we were able to fit trucks parked at an angle, though it is much better than other properties around the lake. If this house is available, I'd book it because the price is fair and the stay is incredible.

We loved our stay at this property at Lake of the Ozarks. The house had everything we needed and the water activities available on the dock were an added bonus. We stayed here with extended family and everyone had a great time. We hope to go back.

He really enjoyed this property. It was in great condition and had everything we needed. I appreciated the cleanliness. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks, paddleboards and water float. We would definitely want to come back!

This property was everything it advertised! Calm, peaceful cove close to the strip with a ton of amenities and toys to enjoy the lake. The house is updated, very clean, and stocked with everything you need for your trip. Host was very responsive and accommodating - 5 stars is not a high enough ranking! We will definitely be back, one of the best stays we've ever had at the lake!!!

This home was fabulous! It was clean and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen…all that was great, but the outdoor space was phenomenal! We thoroughly enjoyed the private dock, paddle boards, and kayaks! We will definitely use this property again!

Beautiful home exactly as described and then some! Well stocked kitchen and so many water toys to enjoy the lake from the dock. Owner responded immediately to our one need and issue was fixed the next day. Highly recommend for everyone!

It was a quiet cove that had loads of amenities for us to use. It was great swimming off the dock and kayaking around. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and pans. Wonderful time and the host was nice and easy to work with!

My family and I loved this property and it’s location right on the water! The house was clean and the property was well kept with a ton of amenities. We would stay here again. The only complaint I have is the parking area is quite small, it took some strategic maneuvering to fit 2 trucks on the parking area.

We had a wonderful time. The property is loaded with things to do on the lake and is nestled into a cove that was pretty quiet during our stay. We did have to contact the owner once and received a response that cleared up our issue within the hour.

This was our first VRBO stay. Although the “hidden” VRBO costs were higher than expected when shopping for a site, Calm Water Cove was even better than its advertising. Aside from providing more nice towels and linens than we could possibly use, the host provided all of the paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, plates, napkins) we needed along with coffee, spices, oil, dishwasher detergent, detergent, dryer sheets, plastic cutlery, plastic bags, and foil. We didn’t need to use all of this, but it was awesome that it was there. The host also provided a stocked tackle box, hand soap, and games (outdoor and indoor). The quantity of outdoor furniture on different levels was great, and instructions from the host were clear. This property was an awesome setting for a fun vacation with our two grown boys, their wife and girlfriend, and our 2-year-old granddaughter.

This house is located in a great location. It is in a quiet cove off the lake and close to many great restaurants. The house was super clean and maintained. Loved the amenities such as the kayaks and paddle boards! Jackie was great at communication. Only slight complaint is that the outdoor furniture was sticky but still usable - definitely from the outdoor elements, so understandable. Overall an awesome house that we would love to return to!

Our family had the best time once again at Jackie's lovely lake home! Our grandkids love the lillypad and kayaks, our adult sons used the paddle boats too. The best family vacation and we all loved the fabulous addition on the dock with a new patio set there. Jackie is truly a wonderful host and is always ready to answer any questions. Our family was so excited to return to Jackie's home at the lake again this year!!

Great location. Nicely decorated. Lots of charging stations and overall good technology. Large kitchen and well stocked. Great water toys , two paddle boards, four kayaks , one paddle boat and a lily pad. Best house we have ever rented.

Highly Highly recommend. We had a fabulous time. Super nice accommodations and amenities. Very attentive owner. Plenty of water toys to enjoy the calm, quiet cove. I cannot recommend enough, will definitely try and book next year.

Amazing Family Getaway
My egocentric self is tempted to leave a bad review so that no one else finds this gem and we can keep it all to ourselves! This lakehouse was so well stocked that we only left one time to eat out because we were having too much fun on the kayaks, paddle boards, and Lily pad. The owner is wonderful and always text back within moments if we had a question. We took our own fishing boat and the dock had a slip so we could keep it with us all week. There wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t catch fish. My 6 year old even caught a 4 lb bass! The wildlife was out every day (deer, squirrels, friendly neighborhood cat). The inside is updated and feels like home. This has been our favorite family vacation so far and we hope to be back soon!

This was our family's 2nd stay at this wonderful lake home, and we will definitely be back! Comfortable beds, decorated so cute, kitchen is well equipped; the best part is all the "extras" like the kayaks and paddle boards. Love it here - you don't need to leave the house to have a wonderful vacation!
