We had a great stay at this condo for our ski vacation. We chose to stay in Cottonwood Heights to be near family who live in the area, but it turned out to be a great location for accessing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons as we explored different resorts. The condo was comfortable for our family of 4, and the hot tub was the best thing for after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

We originally wanted to stay slope side and found this great place that is about 10 miles below Alta/Snowbird. To have restaurants, grocery, liquor store, Ski & See, Crumble Cookie + close and good location to do other options or city, was excellent. The condo setup and garage were also ideal for family and snowfall. Definitely want to return!

The condo was great and we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for hitting Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. The check in process was smooth and Jennifer was very attentive. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the beds are comfy. We’ll be back :)

Great Mountain House
Easy 20-30 minute drive to the big 4 Ikon mountains (Bird/Alta/Brighton/Solitdue). Hottub was great kitchen well stocked. Very close to grocery store, would stay here again for another ski trip!

Location, value, and attention to detail
We (a family of four with two kids age 10 and under) stayed at this condo for a week-long ski vacation.
1.) The location is perfect for accessing the resorts in the Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons (and Park City is also relatively close).
2.) Restaurants, groceries, coffee, and ski-rental shops were just minutes away (and the last two were within walking distance).
3.) The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. The appliances (full washer/dryer) and kitchen items made the condo a quick and easy home-away-from-home.
4.) The property manager reached out to us before, during, and after the trip (thanks Jennifer!).
5.) The condo was well-stocked with travel tips, a Wii, up-to-date magazines, and also had trail maps for the local resorts (all reflective of exceptional attention to detail).
6.) The large garage (our SUV fit easily, even with a ski rack) and hot tub were a big plus.
Great value – great condo. I'd stay here again.

Let me count the ways this property is so great!
We stayed at this property for 9 days. The first thing we appreciated was how great Jennifer was with communication before checking, during checkin and while we stayed there. She was available and helpful for everything we needed. The property looks just like the photos - it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds, linens, and furniture are clean and very comfortable. My husband and son skied and I was working on a project so I spent a lot of time in the property. The fireplace is lovely, the whole place has light and is airy, and the kitchen has the things we needed to have meals and snacks. There is a dishwasher! There washer/dryer was a huge bonus as we went home with clean clothes from our trip - loved not having multiple loads to do right after vacation! The garage was easy access and took care of parking issues. The location was right near Little/Big Cotton Canyons and 40 minutes from DEER Valley which we visited multiple times to ski and spa. We will be back next year!

Excellent Condo for Ski Access
This condo is clean and well equipped. Quick access to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta. Also close to food shopping, liquor store and good restaurants. Easy access to buses to ski resorts if you don’t want to drive. My daughter and I took the bus one day. Bus may come in handy on days when the canyon roads are closed to vehicles without 4x4 + chains. Clean private hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi plus full entertainment system included. The only thing missing is bbq grill out on the patio. We will go back. Jennifer the property manager is on top of everything.

Great stay in Cottonwood Heights
Great location for Solitude & Brighton. The home was very nice with a familial feel to sharing in keeping the cost down. And a private hot tub is always appreciated after a day on the slopes!

Ski Holiday Perfected
Start with location, location, location. Right at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon and close to the ski bus that will take you to most of the resorts in the Salt Lake City area. The property is clean and very well appointed with lots of little touches that make you feel at home. Check-in/out was easy and communication was clear and quick. Already looking forward to staying here again!

Great stay right outside the canyon
We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Just about a 20-25 minute drive to Alta and Snowbird, and very easy to park there when you get there. Loved staying at lower altitude but then being so close. Everything in condo is in great shape and kitchen is well equipped. Decorated very nicely. Grocery just a 3 minute drive. Everything was very convenient and Jennifer was terrific to work with. Helped us with lift tickets and provided all information we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a ski trip
This townhome worked very well for our ski trip to Utah. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, a stylish living room with a nice fireplace that helped us dry our hats and gloves, and it has hot tub on the patio. It took 20-30 minutes to drive to Alta and Snowbird in the morning, so it's a great location to stay if you plan to ski there. It was quite area too. No complaints at all.

Very cosy, well maintained, well stocked property.
Upon arrival I could immediately tell that the property owner/manager had thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The condo is super cosy and comfortable and with all the instructions of how everything works, it took no time to settle in. I would stay here again for sure. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to Cottonwood Canyons.

Fabulous!! Best Ski Trip Ever!
We have taken several ski trips and this was by far our best trip! From the reservation process, to the fantastic rental, location to the 4 resorts and the Cotton Heights Area...there are absolutely no words for how great our 8 days in Utah were. The property is only 30 minutes from the SLC airport and 20-30 minutes to 4 amazing resorts. We rented our equipment at the Lift House a short 2 minute drive from the property...they were also great! We rented for 8 days but they only charged us for the number of days were were going to ski...so we would not have to return and recheck out our equipment. We also had a ski boot issue a few days into the trip and they quickly remedied the problem and we were on our way!
We are a family of 5 (4 adults and one teenager). The property was the perfect size for us. Great hot tub on the deck, covered garage area to dry our equipment and park the car, washer and dryer, fireplace and a stocked kitchen to cook (we cooked all of our meals there but one). I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the rental. We felt very comfortable and at home.
You are very close to the local grocery store...just a quick 5 minute drive. So if you like to prepare your own meals it was super easy to pick up what you need.
Our recommendations...rent a car! We were able to drive easily to all the resorts and the covered garage made it easy to park and leave our items without having to carry them inside everyday. We have always taken the ski buses, but we really feel the rental car made the trip more logistically friendly. We also made an evening trip into SLC downtown area and ate at Red Rock Brewing Company a very cool place.
We bought the Super Pass through Jennifer and her team....HIGHLY recommend that! No waiting in lines for lift tickets...we got out of the car and went straight to the lifts!
Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations!
We will be back next Holiday! 5 Stars PLUS!

Very nice place but rules and checkout is way to much for what you pay!
It was a very nice place and clean but the owner was very hard to work with and quite rude. Also the amount you pay and cleaning deposit you shouldn’t be doing all that at checkout. Also the upstairs is very hot

Great unit and great location !!
We loved this unit, everything was put together nicely and felt just like home. The fireplace was awesome and hot tub felt great every day after skiing. The convenient location close to the mouth of the Cottonwood canyons was great. Great place to stay and highly recommend !!

Nice to see a unit that was so updated, well taken care of and clean. Jennifer was very responsive and a delight to work with.
Kitchen had nice granite counter tops and all the cooking ware was in great shape.
Loved the amenities in the bathrooms and we appreciated all of the notes/signage that they had throughout.

Great ski condo
After our initial rental property cancelled on us and our second location was found to be unsuitable, we found ourselves in SLC without a place to stay for our week of skiing. I reached out to several properties and Jennifer was so kind and accommodating. She was prompt and had her available condo cleaned up and ready for us in a couple of hours. The rest of our stay was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was well equipped for our needs and Jennifer even brought batteries over when the wii controllers died! The beds were comfortable, the electric fireplace was great after a day of skiing and the hot tub was well-kept. Check out was a breeze. Very happy with our stay and would book again!
