Esta es una maravillosa y espaciosa casa de vacaciones familiares, justo en el hermoso lago Hemlock alimentado por manantiales. My group really enjoyed the opportunity to stay for a week at this house. It was great that there were 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms along with kayaks to use on the lake. Second time we rented and were not disappointed. Sitting on the deck, playing pool, or just floating in the lake was enjoyed by all.

We had a great time at Hemlock Lake. The house was clean and perfect for our large group. Had some rain and the lake was treated during our stay so we missed 2 lake days, but we made up for it at the large table doing crafts and playing games. The men fit in a game of golf. The boys fished non-stop. We would definitely pick this property again!

This house has everything we need . It is perfect for our large family. The kitchen was very well stocked the appliances were updated. The house is located on a very beautiful lake.

This house is much larger than the pictures would lead you to believe! The wall of windows in the great room offer the most gorgeous views of the lake. The wraparound deck is shaded most of the day (in mid-June), so we were still able to be outside during our stay's unusual heat wave.

For our family of twelve there were plenty of beds and baths. Lake was clean, kayaks were grand, kitchen well stocked, and a very nice house. Definitely a “go to” house!

We were hosting our daughters wedding at a nearby venue. This home was an incredible landing place for all of the family from all over the US to stay in one place and be together. We love this home away from home.

Property was very clean gorgeous view of the lake. This was my first time ever renting was definitely a pleasurable experience home owner was very responsive to my excessive amount of questions lol. Highly recommend.

My parents, siblings and our families loved our stay at this house! The ages ranged from infant, toddlers, kids, teens, middle aged and up! There was plenty of room for us all and something for everyone. We've stayed at several different homes over the years and we all agreed this was it! We can't wait to come back and make more memories. The house was clean and communication with owner was excellent!

This is our 2nd vacation at this home. We had a large group of 15 adults and still had plenty of space. The lake views from the living room are gorgeous! We stayed entertained the entire week utilizing our boat, the house kayaks, and canoe. Fishing was good as well! The only issue we had was with 15 adults is we ran out of room for trash and could not find anywhere that was open to take the extra trash. If you plan on staying and not leaving for a week with a large group please consider this. There is a place only open on Sunday’s on Blair Road not far from lake house that takes trash and they charge $2 per bag.

A beautiful property with a stunning view of Hemlock Lake. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable in this spacious house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so very little traffic noise. It was a wonderful experience for all of us.

The place was beautiful and lake was very nice. Had a blast with the lake toys. Our family enjoyed golfing nearby, swimming, fishing and even putt putt , go-carting and laser tag in Coldwater. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days.

The house was beautiful and had enough room for all of us to fit comfortably. The view from the porch is amazing! The yard was a little smaller than expected. But we were still able to have a small blow up pool for the youngest kids and play corn hole. The lake was a little mucky closer to the shore for swimming. But if you go in the lake at the end of the dock it isn’t too bad. The family enjoyed fishing from the dock as well as using the canoe and boat to fish. The neighbors are very friendly. Overall everyone enjoyed their time at the lake house!

The timing of the year was perfect… We had only one evening of wonderful, thunderstorms, and light rains… The view from the property overlooking the lake was spectacular. We woke up to a beautiful view every morning...magical lake view from the master bedroom and living room. Plenty of space for a large family/friends gathering. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Only 15 minute drive to Hillsdale College. Great place to relax and experience God's peace. Enjoy!

We had a terrific stay at this property. The lake itself is great, and with the kayaks we were able to get lots of lake town. The kitchen/living room is a great place to hang out as a larger family and is well stocked. The hosts were great at communicating, and we had zero difficulties overall.
Any negative reviews seem to be from folks who don't read the full details, make sure you do and you'll have no problems.

We loved our stay at the house. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the top level. Living/Dining/Kitchen ares is wide open with terrific views. 2 more bedrooms a bathroom and utility room on this level. Basement is great and includes a bar, pool table, card table, bathroom, and a nook with a bed. More great views. Outside is a great upper deck overlooking the lake, a patio and fire pit on the lower level and various water equipment to enjoy the lake. Family joined us for lunch on Saturday and it was perfect for our group 8 + 2 children to enjoy the weather, the lake and each other’s company in this well equippped home. Thanks for the great stay!

Rented the place for a week with another couple and our 3 kids together. Property owners were very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and beautiful. Had a blast kayaking, swimming and relaxing. Kids fished and played in water all day. Was spacious and couldn't have been a nicer week. The master bedroom has a beautiful sunrise every morning, but you are getting up early. Only regret was having to leave.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Unreal property located right next to the lake... The living/dining/kitchen are all 1 large room with a wall of windows ideal for watching sunrises and sunsets. Could NOT be more satisfied with this home.

Carol & Jim’s place was amazing on Hemlock Lake! We hosted a large Family Weekend celebrating my grandmother’s 80th birthday and it was such a beautiful relaxing weekend!
The house was a great size and we loved the open floor plan with the large table and island to gather around! All the Lake toys that are there to use are so nice to have and we sure took advantage of them! We had a great stay and the house was very clean. I wanted to make note - only because we noticed it a little late - but you do have to bring all of your own linens (sheets,towels,hand towels) and are expected to clean before your checkout. Which was no problem at all but I’m glad we noticed in the check out book! Carol & Jim were great communicators and the story of their home warmed my families hearts! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed at the lake house a few years ago and the whole family loved it. We stayed again recently for a couple of days. We had to make plans to stay only a few days in advance and the owners Carol and Jim were very accommodating. I would highly recommend the house. We can't wait to stay there again.

We loved our visit at the Hemlock Lake House! It was very clean, in perfect repair, et the owners very responsive for any questions! Our son et friend loved that canoes were available for fishing. It is a very beautiful property!

This house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and there was so much room for our family of 11 to spread out in. We really enjoyed how quiet Hemlock Lake was - not the high boat traffic of other lakes we have stayed on. Only thing that caught us off guard was that the master bedroom upstairs was open to the living room below, we just rearranged sleeping arrangements and put the early risers there. We had a wonderful week!

Spent the weekend with my adult children and grandlittles. The house was plenty big enough. The owners allowed use of their water stuff; boats, kayaks, life jackets etc. It was a great experience and highly recommend.

Beautiful house on a beautiful lake! More than enough ways to get out and enjoy the lake; kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and row boat. The house was plenty big for the 13 people we had, only wish the backyard was a little bigger for more yard games. Highly recommend staying here!
